These homes, each year, light up for all our enjoyment, they love sharing the Holiday spirit as much as we do!

Tours will be departing nightly at 6:15pm and 8:15pm from the Parking lot of McDonald's at Bee Ridge and Cattleman Rd. near I-75 in Sarasota.

 Find us by the McDonalds end of the parking lot.

Check-in Time is 15minutes prior, so don't be late, we can't wait!

Individual Tickets are $20.00 per-person.

Downtown Sarasota Campus

Lights in bloom® – general admission.

Lights in Bloom®  features more than two million lights illuminating the gardens and walkways. Don’t miss a holiday photo opportunity, activities, and entertainment. Food is available for purchase from the Michael’s on East grill, including a cash bar.

Admission Pricing

Early entry tickets : $40 for non-members, $35 for members, $20 for children 5–17, free for children 4 and under.

General admission tickets : $30 for non-members, $25 for members, $15 for children 5–17, free for children 4 and under.

“All-inclusive Event” tickets (Event on December 17, 2022 Only) : $200 for adults, $50 for children 5-17, and free for children 4 and under. This option includes on-site valet parking, an all-inclusive buffet, and open bar inside the Selby Gardens Event Center plus access to the light show.

A limited number of parking vouchers for on-site valet parking each night may be purchased for an additional $20.

Ticket Information

Only tickets purchased through our website or in our Welcome Center are valid for entry. No walk-up admission will be available.

Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.

Lights in Bloom® is a rain or shine event.  In the event of hazardous weather, Selby Gardens may cancel an evening of Lights in Bloom®. In this event, all ticket holders will be notified via email by 3 p.m.

Parking Information

A limited number of onsite valet parking vouchers are available for each night during the run of Lights in Bloom and may be purchased here. Only guests who purchased a voucher will be permitted to park onsite.

Starting December 11, free parking with trolley service to and from our Downtown Sarasota campus will be available at the Sarasota Art Museum (1001 South Tamiami Trail) from 5 – 9:15 p.m.

In addition, several parking options, both on-street and in parking lots are available to the north and south of our campus – all within a short walk.

Where to see holiday lights in sarasota, it's that time of year to pile in the car at night and drive around neighborhoods looking to see who has the best holiday spirit., charles schelle , patch staff.

Sarasota has a good base of Christmas and holiday light displays, but it can be challenge to know where to look. 

If you're willing to explore Sarasota here are some holiday lights to check out on your own: 

• Grace Baptist Church's Christmas At Grace runs daily through Dec. 26, 6 to 10 p.m. Features more than a half-million lights. The church is located at 8000 Bee Ridge Road. For complete listing of daily events at Christmas At Grace, visit http://patch.com/E-crfb  
• The Grieff family decided to extend their Sarasota Christmas Wonderland for another year. The home is located on C enter Ring Road, off of 59th Street where their yard and garage are filled with Christmas lights, inflatables, figures along a lighted path. The family accepts donations for the display. To visit the house, turn onto 59th Street off of Honroe Avenue, south of University Parkway, and turn left at the end of the street and continue all the way back to the light display.

• The Benderson Development's shopping centers on Cooper Creek Boulevard and North Cattleman Road along University Parkway feature larger than life rowers and other holiday lights lining the shopping centers to make battling traffic for those gifts more bearable. Continue west to the University Shoppes where Kohl's is located for more lights from Benderson. 
• Marie Selby Botanical Gardens' Lights In Bloom takes place from Dec. 15-23; 26 and 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. featuring a snowfall tree, dragonfly puppet, 3-D illuminated snowflakes and light displays on Sarasota Bay. Admission for Lights In Bloom is $15; $13 for member; free for children 11 and under and tickets can be purchased at www.selby.org or at the gardens' welcome center.
• Sarasota Jungle Gardens ' Millions of Lights Magical Nights kicks off runs through Dec. 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. The Jungle Gardens' walkway is illuminated with Christmas lights with stop along the way with fire pits and live holiday music from the Cory Music Show, and of course, Santa Claus. Magician Nathan Coe Marsh will also perform twice nightly, at 7 and 8 p.m. Admission is $11 for adults and $6 for children 3-12. Prices do not include tax.  
• St. Armands is filled with holiday lights at St. Armands Circle Park providing a perfect place to stroll while taking a break from dining or shopping along St. Armands or a good way to wrap up a day at Lido Beach.

Want someone else to do the driving? Three trolley companies offer holiday light tours.

• The SRQ Trolley offers holiday light tours through Dec. 31. Pick-up times for the tours start at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at the Regions Bank, 4041 Cattleman Road, beside the Burlington Coat Factory. Seats must be reserved for $15. A Siesta Trolley can also be rented our for an entire tour. 
• The Siesta Trolley is only doing private holiday light tours; no general admission. Costs $350 for a two-hour tour and leaves from the TJ Maxx. Tours run through Dec. 26 except for Christmas. Call 941-915-3232 for more information. 
• Sarasota Trolley , the oldest of the three trolley companies, also rents out trolleys for entire groups first. But if enough people call for a particular date, the trolley tour is opened up. The tour is a little longer than the other two trolley tours, according to the operator. For more information and pricing, call 941-346-3145.

Perfect ! We had a house-full of family … didn't have a clue what was about to happen ! And, then the SRQ Trolley showed up in front of the house. All craziness broke loose ! Our driver, 'Siggi' (sp) was perfect ! Great personality … he added more fun to the ride ! The ride to Mellow Mushroom was full of noisy, happy family … trying to guess where we were going. Twenty seven immediate family … 5 were absent with written excuses. Our 6 yr old great-grandson, Jax, ran thru the house shouting, “Hurry … a bus is waiting for us!” He held on tight to the pole and enjoyed every single solid minute !
