Ranking top 10 most impactful 2024 NFL Draft classes for upcoming season: Commanders rookies ready to rock

Which teams' 2024 nfl draft class will have the greatest impact this upcoming season.

richardsoncamp.jpg

I've already picked  instant impact rookies . Let's go further than that. How about instant-impact entire draft classes? Sounds fun.

Getting valuable contributions from multiple rookies can transform a team in a given year, as those players are as cheap as they come in the NFL . Let's rank the top 10 instant impact classes from the 2024 draft.

10. Los Angeles Chargers

Impactful rookies: OT Joe Alt , WR Ladd McConkey , LB Junior Colson , RB Kimani Vidal

Alt was a Kevlar wall at Notre Dame the past two seasons and, of course, will man a starting offensive tackle gig for the Chargers immediately protecting Justin Herbert . He brings immense height and freaky athleticism to the position. McConkey is a crafty separator with deep speed, and while Colson may not be incredibly rangy, it's a rarity for him to miss a tackle, and he advanced in coverage in his final season at Michigan.

The X-factor here is Vidal, who'll start behind Gus Edwards on the depth chart -- and maybe J.K. Dobbins too -- but possesses the vision, contact balance, and jagged cutting skill to be the head back by November. He's that talented. Elusive, powerful, and he hides behind his blockers.

9. Seattle Seahawks

Impactful rookies: DT Byron Murphy , OG Christian Haynes , LB Tyrice Knight , TE A.J. Barner, CB D.J. James

Even the new Seahawks regime felt confident in the skill-position players acquired by the Pete Carroll regime, because this was a trench-based draft class for Seattle. Murphy brings electricity to the interior of the defensive line, and with his burst, length, and power, Haynes was the best pure offensive guard in the class.

Knight can absolutely fill the void left by Jordyn Brooks bolting in free agency -- think energetic run-stopper -- and Barner has the exact profile of a prospect who can be a more productive pro than he was in college. While he's not fast for the position -- 4.86 40-yard dash -- his 34.5-inch vertical and 7.02 time in the three-cone drill hint at his acceleration and flexibility to separate. Plus he can really block.

James was one of the many ultra-feisty and productive slot defenders in the class, he'll be utilized wonderful by head coach Mike Macdonald who coached Marlon Humphrey in Baltimore for years.

8. Los Angeles Rams

Impactful rookies: EDGE Jared Verse , DT Braden Fiske , RB Blake Corum , S Kamren Kinchens , DT Tyler Davis

The Florida State duo is going to rock for the Rams defense right out of the gate. Verse had the best combination of bend and power among the edge rushers in this class, and Fiske was the finest all-around athlete at the defensive tackle spot in the class. Both never take a play off and have the refined skill set to be instant impact.

I'm a bit lower on Corum than most but realize he'll be a comparable complement to newfound feature back Kyren Williams . Lot of screens. Kinchens film was first-round caliber. If his disappointing pre-draft workout was a fluke, the Rams got a premier playmaker on the back end. Davis helps fill out the defensive tackle room. His stack-and-shed skills against the run and pure power getting up the field toward the quarterback will make him integral depth on Los Angeles' defensive interior.

7. New England Patriots

Impactful rookies:  QB Drake Maye , WR Ja'Lynn Polk , WR Javon Baker , TE Jaheim Bell

Do not sleep on the impact this Patriots draft class will have in 2024. Yes, some of that is because this was a New England franchise suddenly in dire need of stability at quarterback and dynamic talent at receiver. But this article isn't solely about opportunity. Maye was my QB2 in this class, ever-so-slightly between Caleb Williams . He can make every throw and will creative beyond the intended structure of the play with his legs and uncork some beauties on the run. Polk is a jack of all trades and tracks it almost as well as his Top 10 teammate Rome Odunze down the field.

I had an early second-round grade on Baker. While not a blazer, he does everything else at receiver that typically translates -- release package at the line, bend in his routes, and freaky ability to make snags outside of his body frame. Bell might have been the finest value in the entire draft. I mean that. This is a Chig Okonkwo-Isaiah Likely type H-back with rugged yards-after-the-catch talent who will make Maye's checkdowns and swing passes more efficient.

6. Las Vegas Raiders

Impactful rookies:  TE Brock Bowers , OL Jackson Powers-Johnson , CB Decamerion Richardson , RB Dylan Laube , S Trey Taylor

This was a sneaky-good class, even if Bowers wasn't filling a glaring need nor represents the best surplus value in Round 1. Fact is, Bowers is a game-changing specimen who'll aid the effectiveness of either Garner Minshew or Aidan O'Connell in Year 1 while simultaneously taking pressure of 2023 second-round pick Michael Mayer who's still just 22 years old.

JPJ will be a rock at whichever guard spot he ultimately plays because of his width and mobility off the ball. Richardson was one of the smoothest athletes in the cornerback class, and Laube has the receiving capabilities to be a pesky, chain-mover on third downs all season. He was the discount Blake Corum in this class, and he might be more elusive. Taylor is a big-bodied playmaker at safety, and this was a secondary that needed it. GM Tom Telesco did work here.

5. Buffalo Bills

Impactful rookies: WR Keon Coleman , S Cole Bishop , DT DeWayne Carter , RB Ray Davis , EDGE Javon Solomon

Coleman may not be a truly game-changing, 1,000-yard wideout as a rookie. In fact, I don't believe he will. But with the amount of targets the Bills have to replace, he's going to be an active part of the offense, and Josh Allen is likely to look his way in the red zone.

Bishop has the size, smarts, and pure speed to be a featured element in Sean McDermott's defense at safety. Carter is the upfield depth Buffalo desperately needed behind Ed Oliver , and the Bills rotate as much up front on as defense as any team in the NFL . Davis adds another pass-catching element to the James Cook led backfield and provides a punch in short-yardage situations. Dude is thick at not even 5-foot-9 and 211 pounds. Solomon is my sleeper of the Bills class. He has comparable size and length to Vikings first-round pick Dallas Turner -- yes, it's true! -- and was super productive winning around the edge at Troy.

4. New York Giants

Impactful rookies: WR Malik Nabers , S Tyler Nubin , CB Andru Phillips , RB Tyrone Tracy, LB Darius Muasau

All five of these first-year pros will likely be leaned upon in 2024 and have the athleticism to thrive in their specific roles. Nabers was my WR1 in this class. After he learns the full route tree, look out. He'll be able to do it all at receiver. Nubin's average-at-best workout scares me a bit, but his film as a ball-hawking free safety can't simply be ignored. Phillips has elite explosiveness traits at cornerback -- and can play inside if needed. Tracy has free-wheeling cutting skills and, as a former receiver, will be part of what the Giants want to do out of the backfield in the pass game.

Muasau gave me Matt Milano vibes on film regarding his instincts and hair-on-fire style. There's some upside as a coverage type too because of how fluidly he flips his hips.

3. Green Bay Packers

Impactful rookies: OL Jordan Morgan , LB Edgerrin Cooper , S Javon Bullard , RB Marshawn Lloyd , S Evan Williams , S Kitan Oladapo

GM Brian Gutekunst has masterfully rebuilt the Packers for the organization to almost seamlessly transition from the Aaron Rodgers era to the Jordan Love era. Amazing. The past few draft classes have been stellar.

Morgan represents what has become the classic Gutekunst pick -- a do-everything, play-anywhere blocker with athletic chops and balance. Cooper needs to shore up his tackling efforts but has Quay Walker-like burst and change-of-direction skill with minimal hesitation to his game. Bullard is a blue-collar nickel/safety hybrid who hits like an oversized linebacker.

Lloyd is the key piece to the class though. At under 5-9 and 220 pounds with high-caliber burst and speed, do not be surprised when the Packers ground game is more efficient with him as opposed to Josh Jacobs down the stretch this season. The two late-round safeties, Williams and Oladapo are highly intelligent playmakers at all three levels of the field.

2. Arizona Cardinals

Impactful rookies: WR Marvin Harrison Jr. , DL Darius Robinson , RB Trey Benson , CB Max Melton , OL Isaiah Adams , S Dadrian Taylor-Demerson

The opportunity in Arizona certainly helps the high ranking here for the Cardinals, but I do like all of these first-year pros making an impact in 2024. Of course there's Harrison Jr., who could see over 150 targets as a rookie. Robinson will be maximized inside as a "sleek" interior rusher and run-halting defender.

Benson was my RB1 with Breece Hall-like capabilities. Melton and Taylor-Demerson are elite linear athletes who play with a chippy, in-your-face style, and Adams, if kicked inside to guard, has a chance to really move people up front.

1. Washington Commanders

Impactful rookies:  QB Jayden Daniels , DT Johnny Newton , CB Mike Sainristil , TE Ben Sinnott , WR Luke McCaffrey

Those first five picks by GM Adam Peters were sensational. Denzel Washington Man On Fire type stuff from the Commanders new GM. Daniels has all the dynamic skills to be that new-age, dual-threat passer that terrifies defenses underneath, at the intermediate level, downfield, and yeah, with his legs.

If Newton was able to work out before the draft, no way he's available in Round 1. He can be a 50-plus pressure defensive tackle as a rookie. Sainristil can be the annoying nickel corner who tackles like a champ, blitzes off the corner, and sticks to slot receivers underneath, and Sinnott legitimately has Sam LaPorta-esque athleticism and powerful YAC skills.

McCaffrey will probably make the least impact of this bunch, but his diverse route-running skills will likely help him get on the field and earn targets sooner rather than later.

"Every place we visited was breathtakingly beautiful, with stunning landscapes and rich historical and cultural heritage. We highly recommend visiting Israel to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable journey. We had a life-changing time there and are already planning to return." Simon L. and Beatriz G. – Tour to Israel/Egypt/Jordan February 2024 "I had a wonderful time in Israel. I felt while I was there the precautions that were taken for our safety were well in hand. I still got to experience many holy sites and be blessed by walking the path that Jesus walked. Every day was started in prayer, singing, or scripture reading which also extended the blessing of the trip." Quincie L. – Tour to Israel/Egypt/Jordan February 2024

Featured Sites in Israel

Explore a vast selection of beautiful historical and Biblical locations throughout Israel with our Israel Holy Land tour. You can visit Jerusalem, Galilee, and parts of Samaria, getting the life-changing opportunity to see where Jesus and many other Biblical figures lived and walked. We even offer Holy Land tours that allow you to see the Dead Sea, the Garden Tomb, and the Jordan River Baptism Site. Like all of our Europe tours , our Israel Holy Land tours are led by local guides who have extensive knowledge of the area and its history. If you want to experience the history of Israel and see the Bible come to life, our Holy Land tours give you that opportunity.

The city of Jerusalem offers a unique convergence of Judaism, Christianity, and the Muslim faith. For Christians who visit Jerusalem, you will learn about many stories of the Bible while walking her streets. Many actors in the Bible such as Abraham, King David, King Solomon, the twelve disciples and Jesus all lived, visited, or spent time there. The Passion week of Christ will be highlighted during our stay as we visit the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Western Wall, the Way of Suffering, and the Garden Tomb.

Sea of Galilee

Nowhere in Israel does the Bible come to life more than along the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Pilgrims who visit the Galilee region have the opportunity to imagine what life was like 2,000 years ago and what Jesus and the twelve disciples experienced while fishing on the Sea of Galilee. The peaceful setting and the natural wonders of the Golan Heights to the east and Mt. Arbel to the west make for a great way to start your morning in quiet reflection. During our tour, we explore the Biblical towns of Capernaum, Magdala, and Nazareth and take a meaningful cruise on the Sea of Galilee.

The Dead Sea is not only the lowest and most lifeless lake in the world, but also nearly 10 times saltier than the ocean. Travelers will enjoy the beautiful colors of the blue water and the red mountains of Jordan to the east. Take time to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime Dead Sea “float” either in the sea itself or at one of the warm salt water pools at our hotel. The Dead Sea experience is truly a bucket list visit you won’t want to miss!

Garden Tomb

Our visit to the Garden Tomb and its surrounding gardens is normally one of the highlights of our tour to Israel. The Garden Tomb is a rock-cut tomb in Jerusalem that was unearthed in 1867 and is considered by some Protestants to be the site of the burial and resurrection of Jesus. Our visit offers a unique time of prayer, reflection, communion, and praise, which will be a special life-long memory for many travelers.

Jordan River Baptism Site

The Jordan River Baptist Site or “Yardenit” is a baptism site located along the Jordan River just south of the Sea of Galilee in northern Israel. This site is frequented by Christian Pilgrims who enjoy imagining the setting of the baptism of Jesus. For anyone who would like to be baptized in the Jordan River, Yardenit has been developed to be a peaceful setting with beautiful gardens, clean colored water, changing facilities, showers, and a nice souvenir shop.

Caesarea Philippi

To many Pilgrim travelers, Caesarea Philippi is a special surprise while on their tour. Located along the rushing springs of Mt. Hermon, the beautiful and natural setting is where Jesus asked his disciples “Who do men say that I am?” He asked this question while observing the pagan worship of the god Pan as worshipers offered their sacrifice at the “Gates of Hell.” Our time at Caesarea Philippi is one of many opportunities throughout our tour to see the lessons and message of the Bible come to light in a special way.

Israel Tours: Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best month for the Holy Land tour?

Taking a trip to Israel during the spring or fall offers the most enjoyable weather of the year but normally has the largest crowds. If you want to enjoy a peaceful tour with fewer crowds, consider visiting between December and February or June and August. We offer Israel and Jordan tours throughout the year, so you can select a trip that works for your schedule.

How many days do you need for a Holy Land tour?

We offer several types of tours of the Holy Land, so the duration of your tour depends on the tour package you choose. The Best of Israel Tour is our most basic offering and includes a Sea of Galilee boat ride, a trip to the Jordan River Baptism Site, the Dead Sea, and many opportunities to walk on the same land Jesus walked on. This is our shortest trip at just 9 or 10 days. Our most involved trips allow you to experience a wide range of historical locations over the course of a few weeks. Egypt tours are included in some of these packages, as well as tours in Greece and other countries. These tours can take up to 24 days, giving you the chance to spend an extended period of time learning about and visiting different parts of the world. From our Turkey tours to all of our Israel Christian tours, all of our tours feature a first-class hotel rating for the country you visit. We do offer some upgraded tours that offer better lodging options. You can review our hotel categories at https://www.pilgrimtours.com/company/hotelcomparison.htm . Check out any of our tours to view a day-by-day itinerary and see what amenities are included with each tour.

What is the dress code in Israel?

The dress code in Israel is different from other parts of the world. There are a few dress code basics you should understand before booking Israel tours: When you’re in Israel, there is no strict dress code. You can wear what you feel comfortable wearing. However, both men and women should try to dress conservatively and cover their shoulders and knees when visiting any of the religious sites throughout Israel. Generally speaking, it’s best to avoid tank tops and shorts. Men need to cover their heads when visiting the Western Wall. Pilgrim Tours provides a Pilgrim Tours ball cap upon arrival in Israel, but you might consider purchasing an affordable kippa that you can bring when you visit Jewish sites. Some places may offer a free kippa, but these are generally low quality. (Women are not required to cover their heads at any sight.) You can figure out what you need to pack and how to dress each day by looking at the itinerary for our Holy Land tours. Guides normally offer guidance on how to dress for the next day while on tour. We also suggest looking at the extended weather forecast as you prepare and pack for your trip.

Is there a lot of walking involved on an Israel Tour?

Our Israel tours do require a significant amount of walking each day and you should be able to walk unassisted 3-4 miles per day on average. Make sure you have a comfortable pair of shoes that provide adequate support. While there are bus and boat rides during these tours, you have to walk quite a bit to explore some of the Biblical sites. Our tour guides normally give the group a few options at sites for those that have physical limitations. One thing to keep in mind is that there are many hills and valleys in Israel which can make walking even more taxing. The amount of walking you have to do may vary based on the tour you take, so look at the itinerary before choosing your tour. The good news is that Israel is a beautiful country to see on foot, and you’ll have several opportunities to sit down and give your feet a rest. As long as you have a good pair of shoes and comfortable clothes, it’s easy to forget about all the walking you’re doing and enjoy the tour.

What passport & visa information do I need for your Israel tours?

U.S. citizens need a valid U.S. passport with at least six months validity beyond their intended stay to enter Israel. Make two photocopies of your passport. Leave one copy at home and carry the other separately from your original. Israel: U.S. and Canadian Citizens do not need a Visa when entering Israel. Non U. S. /Canadian Citizens are responsible to fulfill appropriate entry requirements of destination. Contact your Consulate office for requirements.

What common languages will be spoken during your Israel tours?

Hebrew, Arabic and English.

What currency can I use on your Israel tours?

The U.S. dollar is widely accepted across Israel, and we suggest bringing about $30 for each day you’ll be on tour. U.S. dollars are recommended for use for small purchases and lunches. Lunches typically cost $15-20. It is important to bring about 20 $1 bills as some bathrooms charge a small fee for use. Credit cards may also be used for larger purchases. ATMs in Israel are all connected to European and American banking systems. Please be advised that the ATM machines dispense money in SHEKELS – NOT U.S. DOLLARS. Mexican music superstar Christian Nodal sat across from us, at the edge of a tour bus sectional sofa, one with plush cushions comfier than you’ll find on the furniture in some five-star hotels. Are you interested in learning more about the archaeological history of the location first-hand, or more interested in taking an adventurous vacation? We'd love to hear what inspires you! Thank you!

Treat yourself to a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as you journey through the sacred land of Egypt. Our Egypt tours and Nile river cruises explore the Exodus account and visit the most significant and authentic Christian sites in Egypt from a Biblical and historical perspective.

The combination of Egypt’s stunning natural attractions with our speaker’s detailed insight will create an unforgettable experience that you’ll never want to end. These Biblical tours of Egypt allow you to walk the same paths as Moses and stand face-to-face with the same Pharaoh that Moses addressed in the time of Exodus.

Visit historic Christian sites like the Pyramids of Giza, Egyptian Museum, Luxor Temple, Step Pyramid, Solomon’s Column, and tombs of the nobles, amongst other sites that mainstream tours don’t tend to offer. The popular documentary, “ Patterns of Evidence: Exodus ,” discusses many of the sites and artifacts you’ll see on this tour.

Independent Travel Trips to Egypt for Christian Small Groups or Solo Travelers

independent travel trips egypt 1

Let Living Passages assist you in planning your own trip with your own specialized itinerary and your own travel pace.

At this time, Egypt is an extreme value and we strongly recommend the destination for Biblical knowledge. A sample itinerary for a party of 1, 2, 5, or 15 guests is as follows:

10-Day Biblical Egypt Tour for Private Family or Small Group Sample Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Cairo Arrive at Cairo Airport, meet and assist through customs, and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Memphis, Saqqara, Dashur Morning visit to the early capital of Egypt at Memphis, the Step Pyramid and Tombs of Saqqara, grain silos, Imhotep Museum, and Dashur (the Bent Pyramid). Lunch at a local restaurant. Arrive at the hotel in time to refresh and enjoy an early dinner. Dinner and overnight at the Sheraton Hotel or similar.

Day 3: Aswan, Elephantine Island, Quarries.  Board Nile Cruiser This morning we will transfer to the airport for our flight to Aswan. After arrival, we will tour the Jewish archeological site on Elephantine Island. We will have lunch, and visit the quarries and the famous “unfinished” obelisk. After lunch, we visit a location on the Nile that pertains to a dream of Pharaohs that was interpreted as meaning, “Let them gather all the food of those good years that come and lay up the corn under the hand of Pharaoh.” Early evening felucca sail. Dinner aboard the boat.

Day 4: Kom Ombo, Edfu – Sailing the Nile River This morning we have time for fellowship and to enjoy the ship. Later this morning you can visit the Souq for festive shopping. We sail after lunch for Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, we visit the sites of Sobek and Haroeris – venerated in cults that include Mormonism. Dinner aboard the ship and then sail on to Edfu.

Day 5: Sailing the Nile to Edfu, Esna, and Karnak Early morning tour of the site of Edfu, returning for breakfast, and then sailing on to Esna, where we will enjoy lunch aboard the ship. After lunch, we arrive at Luxor. The next two days will be fully loaded with Biblical history! We enjoy a full afternoon tour visiting Karnak to see the site of the Biblical battle with Pharoah Merneptah that took place at Ashkelon. Also at Karnak, we will see the Kiosk of Taharqa, named Biblically in 2 Kings 19:9 and in Isaiah 37:9. We will also see the fantastic reliefs of Seti the1st’s battles in Biblical Canaan and Syria. There is a specific relief that states “the Shashu have no regard for the laws of his palace.” This is referring to the Semitic peoples of which Jacob’s family was identified.

Day 6: Royal Valley of the Kings, Luxor, and Deir el Bahri Breakfast aboard the ship and then depart for The Valley of the Kings. We will see the treasures of the tombs, including King Tut’s tomb and several other important tombs. Next, we will visit the grand funeral temple of Hatshepsut, where some scholars believe that Moses may have contributed to elements of this temple. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. This afternoon we visit Ramesseum, Medinet Hab, and also see the relief of Amenhotep II in a striking scene that some scholars claim was from his death at the Red Sea. Later this afternoon, we spend time at Luxor Temple. Depart Luxor at 6:30 PM for Cairo. Dinner.

Day 7: Cairo, Giza, Sphinx, Egyptian Museum with King Tut’s Exhibit and Mummy Room This morning we visit the Giza Plateau, the Sphinx, and its Dream Stele. You will even have time to ride a camel! We will lunch together and then visit the Egyptian Museum, see its Mummy Room and King Tut exhibit, Tanis Exhibit from Shoshenq II, etc. Afterward, we will walk through the Khan el Khalil Bazaar. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 8: Biblical Lands of Goshen, Zoan, Tanis, Ramses, Avaris Today we will travel to the area of Egypt that was the focus of Moses’ Psalms 78:12 and 43. We will drive north of Cairo and visit Zoan, also known as Tanis. This is where Moses would have performed the miracles of God that freed God’s children. Biblically, this city in Egypt in the  Nile Delta  is discussed in Numbers 13:22. It says that it was built seven years after Israel’s Hebron was built. Hebron is the oldest Jewish community in the world. Psalm 78:12,43 identifies the "field of Zoan" as the location at which Moses performed miracles before Pharaoh to persuade him to release  Israel  from his service. When we are at the Egyptian Museum, the fascinating discoveries that were made in 1939 will be shown to you. Afterward, we will also visit the Biblical cities of Ramses and Avaris. You will learn the story of how the German archeologist Bietek was able to uncover another layer that has the fingerprints of Yahweh’s children underneath. We will have lunch at a local restaurant, returning to Cairo in time for dinner near the airport and then your 8:00 PM flight to the Red Sea.

Day 9:  Sharm el-Sheikh, Land Bridge Crossing Site, Red Sea A day to sleep in! Wake up on the spectacular Red Sea. Enjoy a lush buffet breakfast and time to regroup on all you have seen. If you are a snorkeler, this morning you can sign up for a snorkel trip on the Red Sea, or you can extend your time here and do a full dive. At 2:00 PM, you will be picked up and taken to the site where you can see the land bridge that the Hebrew children may have walked on between Egypt and Midian during the miracle where God used Moses to part the Red Sea. Afterward, you will be able to walk around the village of Sharm el-Sheikh before returning to the hotel for an early dinner.

Day 10:  St. Catherine’s Monastery, Sinai Peninsula Wake this morning, where you will be met and transported across the desert. The drive is roughly 3 hours. On arrival, there are 750 steps to the monastery. The goal for many is to see the sunrise from the monastery. If you wish to leave later in the morning and bypass sunrise, that is also an option. In addition, if you have trouble walking, there are methods of transportation to get you to within about 400 feet of the monastery itself. This monastery is rich in precious Biblical and extra-Biblical manuscripts that date back to the 6th century. It is known as one of the world’s best libraries for manuscripts. The site is considered the “traditional” site where Moses spoke with God from a burning bush. Only The Lord Himself can tell us exactly which mountain but it has been identified by Helena, Constantine’s mother at the time that the other key sites were named, including but not limited to the Church or Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem. After lunch and a private time of worship and quiet, we return the 3 hours back to Cairo.

Day 11:  Transfer to the airport Most flights depart in the very early hours. You will be met at your hotel and transferred back to the Cairo airport for your departure.

Fun facts from our Moscow Metro Tours:

From the very first days of its existence, the Moscow Metro was the object of civil defense, used as a bomb shelter, and designed as a defense for a possible attack on the Soviet Union.

At a depth of 50 to 120 meters lies the second, the coded system of Metro-2 of Moscow subway, which is equipped with everything you need, from food storage to the nuclear button.

According to some sources, the total length of Metro-2 reaches over 150 kilometers.

The Museum was opened on Sportivnaya metro station on November 6, 1967. It features the most interesting models of trains and stations.

Coffee Ring

The first scheme of Moscow Metro looked like a bunch of separate lines. Listen to a myth about Joseph Stalin and the main brown line of Moscow Metro.

Zodiac Metro

According to some astrologers, each of the 12 stops of the Moscow Ring Line corresponds to a particular sign of the zodiac and divides the city into astrological sector.

Astrologers believe that being in a particular zadiac sector of Moscow for a long time, you attract certain energy and events into your life.

Paleontological finds

Red marble walls of some of the Metro stations hide in themselves petrified inhabitants of ancient seas. Try and find some!

  • Every day each car in  Moscow metro passes  more than 600 km, which is the distance from Moscow to St. Petersburg.
  • Moscow subway system is the  5th in the intensity  of use (after the subways of Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai).
  • The interval in the movement of trains in rush hour is  90 seconds .
