Earn dollar rewards with each booking you make. Advisors located in the United States and Canada are eligible to enroll in Unlimited Rewards - a loyalty program that pays you for each booking made through GDS, our Travel Agents Portal or any of our Hilton brand websites, simply by entering your Unlimited Rewards number during the booking process.

After your client completes a stay with us, the dollar rewards are deposited onto a reloadable debit card and can be spent any way you want. We have partnered with Avis and Budget Rental Car for two additional ways to earn rewards.

Hilton Launches New Travel Advisor Portal

Hilton on Tuesday officially launched its new and updated portal for its travel advisor partners.

The portal is for advisors who do not book through a GDS and grants them the option to use a travel advisor ID number at the time of booking.

According to a message to advisors on Tuesday, the new portal includes an improved user experience that Hilton hopes will provide advisors “with the tools and resources to grant travelers an exclusive experience at a Hilton property while earning benefits of their own,” Jody Mattice, the director of partnerships and communications for Hilton said in a message to advisors on Tuesday.

In particular, the portal highlights Hilton’s ongoing lean into all-inclusive products, as well as explainers on Hilton’s 19 brands, the latest of which is Spark, which was launched in January . There’s also information on Hilton Honors, the company’s rewards program, offers and promotions, and access to Hilton’s Travel Advisor personal travel rates and exclusive learning center.

Advisors can also log into Impresario via the new portal. Impresario is Hilton’s VIP recognition program that enables select advisors and agencies to offer complimentary benefits to travelers. In particular, Impresario offers benefits for travelers at Hilton luxury brands—Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and LXR Hotels & Resorts

McLEAN, Va. – Hilton has announced the launch of an Unlimited Rewards® Double Dollar promotion, rewarding travel advisors in the U.S. and Canada twice the rewards for bookings, including Sunday through Thursday night stays made globally through Dec. 31, 2023. Standard rewards pay travel advisors up to $2 per booking, the Unlimited Rewards® Double Dollar promotion now provides the opportunity to earn up to $4 per booking for qualifying stays.

To qualify, the travel advisor needs to register promotion code DBLDOLLARS on Unlimited-Rewards.com and then complete a qualified booking via the Global Distribution System (GDS), TravelAgents.Hilton.com , or any Hilton branded website, when the travel advisor’s Unlimited Rewards member number is added at the time of booking.

“We are extremely excited to provide travel advisors, an instrumental piece to our business, the ability to be rewarded even further for their partnership,” said Jody Mattice, director, partnerships and communications, Hilton. “Travel advisors bring immense value to the industry, and, as the holidays approach, we want to arm them with the ability to earn extra dollars to spend how they wish.”

Unlimited Rewards® is a travel advisor loyalty program owned by Avis Budget Group in which Hilton is a partner. The program will allow eligible travel advisors to earn dollar rewards for booking with Hilton, Avis and Budget car rental.

For travel advisors not yet registered as an Unlimited Rewards® member, sign-up is free and can be completed at Unlimited-Rewards.com/Register . Once registered, simply enter the applicable Unlimited Rewards® member number in every reservation booked. Dollar rewards across all partners are deposited every month to the member's reloadable debit card and can be used anywhere of the member’s choosing.

Unlimited Rewards Double Dollars Promotion

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Promotion valid on all qualifying stays booked and completed between Sept. 1, 2023, and Dec. 31, 2023, which include a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday night stay. As a registered travel agent, you are qualified to book Hilton travel agent rates and get a big discount when you stay at Hilton Hotels and Resorts. Keep in mind that these rates are exclusively for registered travel agents and are not meant for the general public.

In this article, we dig into Hilton travel agent rates to see just how much travel agents can save by using these discounts. Here is everything you need to know.

These rates are often called travel agent “familiarization rates” or “fam rates” and are intended to incentivize travel agents to book their clients at Hilton hotels after they have “familiarized” themselves with a specific Hilton property (at a discounted rate).

If you work for a travel agency, the Hilton travel agent program provides discounts of up to 50% off the best available rate.

Quick note: These rates should not be confused with the special rates travel agents can get for their clients at Hilton properties. That is called the Hilton Impresario Rate . This article focuses on the rates Travel Agents can get for themselves.

How to Book Hilton Travel Agent Rates

The process for booking a travel advisor rate with Hilton couldn’t be easier. You will have to go to the Hilton Travel Advisor Booking Page . Then just enter the destination and dates of your trip and click the “Find a Hotel” button.

You will now see a list of participating Hilton properties in the requested area that have Hilton Travel Agent Rates available. As you can see in the screenshot below, if you are booking in the near future, you may find that your desired hotel is sold out. If this is the case, click on the “select dates” button and it will take you to a calendar view of availability.

The calendar view (below) will give you a month-by-month look at the travel agent rate availability. After looking at this view, you may decide to just push your trip out a day or two so you can take advantage of the lower travel advisor rates.

The travel agent rates are available for a travel advisor only. When booking a travel agent rate you will receive 50% off at newly opened Hilton hotels and up to 25% off at the remainder of hotels within the Hilton global Portfolio.

Hilton is clearly trying to entice Travel Advisors to check out their new hotels and resorts with a higher discount.

You can only book two rooms at a time with these rates. You must book at least 3 Days in advance at newly opening properties and at least 7 Days in advance with a maximum length stay of 7 nights at existing properties.

Who can use the Travel Agent Rates?

These rates are not available to the general public. You must be an employee of an airline and be able to present your airline employee ID or, for Travel Agents, you must present your IATAN Photo ID.

IATAN ID Required for Travel Agent Rates

The discounts really aren’t that great for Travel Agents, unless you are booking a room at one of Hilton’s newly opened hotels, where the discount is 50%.

They are better than the publicly available rates but aren’t as good as other Hilton discounts such as the rate you can get with a Hilton Corporate Code .

Hilton travel agent rates are highly discounted rates exclusively for certified travel agents, therefore the following conditions apply:

The offer is valid for Travel Agent personal travel only for stays at participating properties in the Hilton portfolio subject to availability.
A valid IATAN photo ID is required at check-in. International Travel Agents who do not have an IATAN Photo ID must provide a valid photo ID at the time of check-in.
Offer must be booked at least 7 Days in advance of the stay date with a minimum length of stay of 1 night and a maximum length stay of 7 nights. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
The exclusive discount rate relates to the hotel’s Best Available Rate which is a specific rate type that varies depending on the time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified, and excludes discount or negotiated rates.
This Travel Agent offer is NON-COMMISSIONABLE.

Hilton Travel Agent & Airline Employee Rates

I did some research and checked rates at a variety of popular destinations throughout the year to see what I would come up with. I found the Hilton Travel Advisor discounts much harder to find than similar travel agent rates at Marriott , IHG , and Hyatt .
