Not just sport events- Taylor Swift

I spent a year worried my Taylor Swift tickets were somehow not real after buying them here. I’m soooo glad I took the chance. Yes tickets were more than cost price but they were 100% real Club Wembley seats in block 224 as promised. Emails were sent out in the lead up reassuring me tickets would arrive and they did just that 3 days before as promised. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.

West Ham Tickets

I purchased tickets to the London Stadium for West Ham v. Aston Match on August 17th. I was provided my tickets a few days before the match with clear instructions on how to travel to the arena, where to enter the stadium, what to expect with food/drinks, and much more about the game and stadium. I will look to use P1 Travel if I am back in the UK.

Taylor Swift Wembley

Easy to purchase the tickets, they were emailed 3 days before the event, although I was also regularly reminded that they would be sent out 1-3 days before the concert, I had no problems getting into Wembley with the tickets and had great seats in club wembley with a good view. I was concerned that there could be some difficulties but I'm pleased to say there were none and I would definitely use P1 Travel again for concert tickets despite the tickets costing a lot.

For information we are French Looking at the comments we were a little skeptical to order here but we still tried because the prices were very attractive and in the end we got our tickets a day before the match which is logical plus very good communication from this site frankly we were not disappointed I recommend

Manchester United Home Game Tickets

I had booked tickets for the Manchester United versus Fulham match about a month back. The match is tomorrow but I still don't have my tickets! They've sent me the hotel bookings and itinerary but no match tickets to enter the stadium! Have sent out multiple emails but yet to receive a reply.

When you are unable to get tickets through the tomorrowland sale P1 comes through!!!

When My friends and I happen to struggle getting tickets multiple times through the tomorrowland website we thought all was lost. I happen to check through p1 again and it so happy they had tickets. Our tickets were shipped to us with some extra P1 merch which was nice. Got our camping and train tickets through email. Overall they did an amazing job getting us to tomorrowland for what I would say was an unforgettable experience! Thank you P1 for saving the day and helping me checking a box on my bucketlist!!!

Booked F1 Tickets a few weeks back

Booked F1 Tickets a few weeks back - there was a problem with my original booking which they informed me of. They have very responsive customer services - I raised it with them and they rectified immediately.

A top notch night, at the hottest show in London, with perfect seats and view - all thanks to P1 Travel!

I’m not usually one to write reviews (although I often rely on them in making a decision to use a company!) but I have no choice but to give thanks to, and give recommendations for those considering P1 Travel! After getting caught up in the hype of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour last year and having a niece who is a besotted Swiftie, the hunt for tickets was on and as many know this was no mean feat! A quick google search brought me to P1 Travel who were offering Club Wembley tickets for the penultimate London show and I took the leap and made the purchase. This was back in November 2023 and 2 days ago we proudly walked into Wembley Stadium to party with Taylor, and take in the incredible show that was The Eras Tour! The service from P1 Travel was top notch, with queries I had early in the process being swiftly answered (no pun intended!) In the run up to the main event, emails were received (as they said they would do) explaining what would happen and offering reassurance as to when the tickets would arrive - lo and behold, the tickets were in my inbox 3 days before the show and the fun really then began. The block we got (223) was exactly what was described and paid for at the time of making the booking and they saved us a lot of hassle and effort in trying to master the resale market as many others did (where many failed in their attempts or were scammed). A top notch night, at the hottest show in London, with perfect seats and view - all thanks to P1 Travel! I cannot recommend P1 Travel enough and without a doubt will definitely use them again in the future!

I bought 2 hospitality diving tickets for tomorrow afternoon. Game is less than 24hr away. So far I only get tickets for club house, no sports tickets. I have called and emailed, lthey're very nice, but no tickets. Update on 6/8: I received ticket, thank you p1 travel.

Great experience for Hungarian F1

Great experience for Hungarian Grand Prix. Having booked so far in advance, it was a bit disconcerting having to wait until so close to the event for the tickets. But they arrived by email just as advertised about a week vefore, no issues. Very happy overall.

Hungaroring

I was unable to procure tickets on F1 and when I came across P1 a few ticket options were available. The reservation and procurement of tickets were done effortlessly. The response time from P1 was prompt. I was also very happy to have received the tickets by the time I left SA for my Budapest trip.

Be Prepared For Last Minute Delivery of Tickets!

The only scary thing with P1 Travel is the lateness with which they share tickets. We booked the Formula 1 General Admission tickets to the Hungarian GP in December 2023. We got the tickets 10 days before the event. I mean they do mention that this is how it will be; but it's not really ideal. For us, we live in the same city as the event, so it wasn't a huge concern. But for those travelling from another city / country, who need to also book their travel / accommodation, not having the actual event tickets in hand could be a concern. P1 asks its users to take a huge leap of faith that they will indeed come through on the tickets, which for first time users of the site, is an unfair expectation!

P1 Travel is Unreliable

Be careful with P1 Travel. Ordered Summer Olympics Category A hospitality ticket on July 2 to align with another ticket purchased from OnLocation earlier for July 27 event. Ordered was accepted. With no ticket receipt by July 22 before departure to France called; voice mail. Received an email morning of July 24 indicating ticket processing was just delayed. Later on July 24 P1 Travel cancelled my order. Unreliable. Other options for this session are now extremely limited. P1 offered a similar ticket three days later, a GA ticket, or a refund. As of August 14 still awaiting refund.
