Bad Bunny, known as Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, is a Puerto Rican rapper/singer who has taken the world by storm with his lyrical delivery and flashy style. He can loosely be called a reggaeton and Latin trap artist, but his experimental tendencies promise more surprises in his career.

Bad Bunny first entered the public zeitgeist in 2016 with his single “Diles,” which was responsible for landing him a deal with Hear This Music. Other tracks like “Soy Peor,” as well as collaborations with other big artists like J Balvin, Ozuna, Karol G, and Farruko, helped drive his career forward in the ballistic rise of this young legend.

Bad Bunny’s true breakthrough was in 2018, when he was featured on Cardi B’s track “I Like It” with J Balvin. That same year, he put out a song called “Mia” featuring none other than Drake. His first album, X 100, was pre-released that December and made it to number 11 on the Billboard 200.

Just six months later, Bad Bunny and J Balvin released a collab album called Oasis, which reached number nine on the Billboard Global 200. With eight Latin platinum certifications from the RIAA, Oasis cemented Bad Bunny as a name to watch.

Despite the difficulties of COVID-19, 2020 was a year of extremely prolific output for Bad Bunny. On February 29, 2020, he released his second solo studio album, YHLQMDLG (an acronym for “Yo Hago Lo Que Me Da La Gana,” or “I do what I want”). YHLQMDLG surged to number two on the Billboard charts, becoming the highest-charting all-Spanish album of all time.

YHLQMDLG wouldn’t keep that record for long. In November of the same year, Bad Bunny smashed his own record with his third studio album, El Último Tour Del Mundo. This album became the first-ever album recorded all in Spanish to reach the top of the Billboard 200 charts. Between his two 2020 studio albums, Bad Bunny also found time to drop a compilation album, Las Que No Iban A Salir (Spanish for “The Ones That Were Not Coming Out”).

In 2020 and 2021, he was the first non-English-speaking musician to receive the “most-streamed artist of the year” accolade. With recent videos like “Tití me Preguntó” amassing over half a billion views on YouTube, it’s clear why Bad Bunny is credited with giving a boost to Spanish-language music in the English-speaking and worldwide markets.

Bad Bunny hasn’t slowed down since. His fourth studio album, Un Verano Sin Ti, came out in May 2022 and also hit the number one spot in the US.

Speaking of accolades, you can’t ignore the fact that Bad Bunny has already earned two Grammys, four Latin Grammys, 13 Premios lo Nuestro awards, and eight Billboard Music awards. His place in the global music scene can’t be questioned. The only question is: will you manage to catch him in concert while he’s still in this historic early phase of his career?

Bad Bunny tour dates are currently popping up for the remainder of 2022 and 2023, giving you a chance to catch this reggaeton sensation in person.

Live reviews

Bad Bunny was absolutely amazing! This was my second time seeing him here in Seattle and loved his show. I would see him again in concert in a heartbeat. He exudes high energy, super fun to sing and dance to and love the way he interacts with the crowd. The lighting and smoke effects also added to the ambiance and overall concert experience.

Sound quality and parking (fire/safety hazard/people were there, but didn't assist with directing traffic in any way) at Tacoma Dome wasn't the best unfortunately, so hoping any future shows would be at the new Key Arena or back at WaMu Theatre.

The event stated that it would begin at 7pm. It didnt start till almost 9pm. It would be helpful if the start time was more accurate. Overall, it was a good performance. Wish there was some performance before the concert. I did enjoy how the effects were presented, love the bracelets that were on the seats. The surprised guest fantastic. Will I come to another concert of Bad Bunny, probably not for a long time. Hoping that he comes out with more surprises later in the future.

Hands down one of the best shows I've ever been to! Bad Bunny is just such a huge character and has so much charisma and very fun to dance along with. The sound and acoustics in WaMu Theater were amazing. I was also very impressed with the cocktail area and the great service of the staff. Also, the visual art and effects of the show were so dope. This was my first time seeing him live, and it most certainly will not be my last!

That concert in my daughters words was lit.

It was amazing from the time he hit the stage no one sat down. Very humble got off stage to shake hands with fans and thank us over and over because us is why his dreams came true. After the concert people were waiting in line and hour to get souvenirs. He was worth every penny I would go again. He has a big fan base here just wish the concert was a little longer.

Bad Bunny

Coachella headliner Bad Bunny has announced his 2024 “ Most Wanted ” tour on Instagram, a week after the release of his fifth solo album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana.

Capping a big month, he’s also hosting and is musical guest on Saturday Night Live this weekend.

In the Instagram video announcement, a lucha libre-masked Bad Bunny appears on horseback. He comes to a wall plastered with “most wanted” signs bearing his image. He crumples the poster and tosses it away as ticket information pops up.

Bad Bunny’s film plans have been put on hold by Sony/Columbia Pictures because of the tour. Originally, he was to star in a Spider-Man spinoff called El Muerto , to be directed by Jonas Cuarón. It would have marked the first time a Latino character led a Marvel live-action film.

El Muerto is a character within Spider-Man’s universe. In Marvel lore, he is an antihero and the son of a luchador next in line to inherit the ancestral power of “El Muerto.”

The film remains in development, but Bad Bunny’s tour schedule and the ongoing strike makes finalizing a date complicated.

Bad Bunny’s new abum became the most-streamed album in a single day in 2023 so far on Spotify. The album has amassed more than 900 million streams, and its lead track, Monaco , hit #1 in 16 countries on Spotify.

bad bunny tour dates 2023

Bad Bunny is a man on a mission. This month, the Puerto Rican superstar has released a new album, appeared on  The Tonight Show and hosted  Saturday Night Live . However, he’s not done yet. This spring, the chart-topping artist will make his way around the world performing his greatest hits.

Bad Bunny will begin the highly-anticipated Most Wanted Tour on February 21, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah. From there, he will make his way through the United States as he performs in more than two dozen cities, including Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New Orleans among others. The initial set of dates will come to a close with three performances in Miami, Florida from May 24, 2023 through May 26, 2023, but the tour will not end there as he hints that there are more dates to come.

The Most Wanted Tour is Bad Bunny’s fifth major tour in five years. Most recently, he headlined the El Último Tour del Mundo and World’s Hottest Tour in 2022. During that time, he struck gold with his most commercially successful album yet — Un Verano Sin Ti . The project debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 Chart and has reportedly moved nearly four million units as of January.

Looking ahead, Bad Bunny will attempt to build upon the success of Un Verano Sin Ti  and take his latest LP, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana , to new heights with a world tour. Check out the dates listed below.

Bad Bunny is now more than two months into his massive Most Wanted Tour, and there's a pretty good chance he's coming to a city near you (if he wasn't already). With 47 tour stops in the 31-city line-up, we've put together a guide on how to get Bad Bunny tickets for the best prices.

The Grammy Award-winning "King of Latin Trap" made waves when he was named the most-streamed Spotify artist for three years in a row, from 2020 to 2022. After taking most of 2023 off to focus on himself, Bad Bunny announced his new tour back in the fall. The Most Wanted Tour kicked off in Utah and boasts an impressive set list, including many hits from his most recent studio album, "Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana." In addition to the titular "Nadie Sabe," Bad Bunny is expected to perform chart-toppers "Monaco" and "Perro Negro."

You can also browse the available tickets for resale on StubHub and Vivid Seats if you're interested.

Bad Bunny 2024 tour schedule

Bad Bunny's tour started on February 21 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He still has more than 15 shows remaining across the continental United States. Plus, he's added two June performances in Puerto Rico. How to buy tickets for Bad Bunny 2024 concert tour

You can purchase original tickets to Bad Bunny's Most Wanted Tour on Ticketmaster. Bad Bunny Tickets are also available through resale websites like StubHub and Vivid Seats , which have more variety in pricing.

How much are Bad Bunny tickets?

Prices for standard original tickets to Bad Bunny's Most Wanted Tour vary depending on date and location. Original tickets tend to be more expensive than verified resale tickets. In early April, the lowest available original ticket prices for Bad Bunny on Ticketmaster ranged from $85 (Tulsa, OK, on April 24) to $591.70 (Brooklyn, NY, on April 12).

On StubHub, resale ticket prices are typically a little cheaper than original standard tickets to Bad Bunny's shows. The lowest prices range from $36 (New Orleans, LA, on May 7) to $227 (Miami, FL, on May 25). Overall, the least expensive StubHub tickets tend to fall between $50 and $200. Vivid Seats offers a similar price range for Bad Bunny's tour, starting between $33 and $174 for the same dates.

Over the past few months, most of the cheapest listings have decreased or stayed about the same price on StubHub. Decreases range from a couple of dollars to a little over $50. The cheapest New Orleans, LA tickets used to be $55, and the cheapest Austin, TX tickets used to be $200 and $216.

Original VIP ticket packages are still available for Bad Bunny's 2024 tour. VIP tickets range in price from $551 to $1,516, depending on the date, location, and package details. The packages include the Ultimate Bad Bunny VIP Lounge Experience, the Early Entry Package, the Gold Premium Tickets Package, and the Silver Premium Tickets Package.

Who is opening for Bad Bunny's tour?

DJs like Diplo have opened for Bad Bunny at select dates on past tours, but this tour seems to be a little bit different. So far on the Most Wanted Tour, Bad Bunny has opened with a 10-minute performance from the Philharmonic Orchestra Project, helmed by Grammy-winning conductor Carlitos Lopez.

In addition to the US dates, Bad Bunny's tour reached Canada for one show in Toronto in April. While the concert tour was initially slated to end in Miami in May, Bad Bunny has since added two performances in San Juan at the end of the tour. He'll perform at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in June. StubHub and Vivid Seats have tickets available for both of the tour stops.

Note: Certain services and regions prohibit the resale of tickets. Business Insider does not endorse or condone the illegal reselling of tickets, and entry into an event is at the venue's discretion.

Bad Bunny Reveals He's Taking Break in 2023 to 'Enjoy My Achievements': 'We're Going to Celebrate'

The music superstar opened up about his plans for the new year and reflected on his stadium tour for Billboard 's latest cover story

bad bunny tour dates 2023

After playing for hundreds of thousands of fans in just a few months and releasing Un Verano Sin Ti to all-around acclaim this year, Bad Bunny is ready for some well-deserved rest in 2023.

The music superstar, 28, revealed to Billboard in their latest cover story that he'll be "taking a break" in 2023 to focus on himself.

"2023 is for me, for my physical health, my emotional health to breathe, enjoy my achievements," Benito explained. "We're going to celebrate. Let's go here, let's go there, let's go on the boat. I have a couple of sporadic commitments, and I'll go to the studio, but there's no pressure. Remember yourself, cabrón. You've worked your ass off."

For Billboard 's No. 1's issue, Bunny spoke about his monstrous year — including his handful of touring milestones. Specifically, the Puerto Rican musician explained what it meant to see the El Último Tour del Mundo tour hit larger venues in comparison to his last time on the road, pointing out the "flip" that he saw in his career at that time.

"My career has had many flips, many points of inflection where I'm here, and then suddenly I'm there. So that tour was very, very cabrona , very euphoric," he said. "When I went to the stadiums, my only point of reference was the stadium shows in Puerto Rico [in December 2021]. Those two shows in Puerto Rico were hard, hard, hard. I aged three years, I swear. I enjoyed it in the end, but there was a lot of pressure."

"And I thought this tour would be the same, but from the very first show in Orlando, it has been so much fun," Bunny continued. "I generally don't go out much, but on this tour — both in the U.S. and here — I've spent time with the crew and the dancers, we've gone out to dinner, it has been more chill. I've tried to really enjoy the moment."

Never miss a story — sign up for PEOPLE's free daily newsletter to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from juicy celebrity news to compelling human interest stories.

While his set list is over 40 songs long when he tours the world, the musician admits that it could be "longer" given his string of recent hits. "There's a lot of songs I don't perform, like the songs from El Último Tour . But yeah, in terms of vocals, it's me performing because I don't have backup singers," he said. "The show is long because the hits pile up. I sing practically the entire Un Verano Sin Ti . I just get up there, I go out to have fun, and if the audience is with me, I could sing all night. Real."

Among his numerous milestones in 2022, perhaps Bunny's greatest are his gargantuan streaming numbers. The charting giant was the most-streamed global artist on Spotify this year — for the third year in a row, at that. With more than 18.5 billion streams in 2022, largely thanks to his No. 1 LP Un Verano Sin Ti (also the most-streamed global album), Bunny doubled his streams from the year prior.

Taylor Swift trailed closely behind, with Drake coming in third place for most-streamed artists globally, and first for most-streamed artists in the United States.

Speaking with to Billboard , Benito also opened up about his "spontaneous" experience collaborating with Drizzy, four years after the pair linked up for 2018 cut " MÍA ." As he explained, working with a fellow superstar like Drake isn't entirely different from working with anyone else.

"For me, a collaboration is almost like, I don't want to sound like an a–hole, but it's almost like having sex with someone," Bunny said. "Making a song is a serious matter. You're saying things, and you're with someone, and it's not going to go away. It's there forever; it's not like pressing "delete" if you change your mind. At the end of the day, collaborating with Drake, or whoever, is as special as a collab with Buscabulla, or Chencho, or Rauw [Alejandro], or Jhayco. Each has a specific moment and a specific feeling."

Madonna's World Tour Is 2024's Highest-Grossing On Record (But Taylor Swift Will Probably Win Out)

A Madonna tour that has faced criticism for late starts and a missing spark of " razzle-dazzle " is still the highest-grossing of the year so far, according to data from Pollstar, though Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour, making its way across Europe, is likely to eclipse it once box office data become available.

Madonna performs onstage during a free concert at Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on May ... [+] 4, 2024.

Madonna’s Celebration Tour, which started last year, grossed $178.1 million so far with a $208.85 average ticket price and average attendance of 13,378 people per show, the live music trade publication said in its mid-year report.

Bad Bunny, who held the record for most-streamed artist in a single day in Spotify history before Taylor Swift broke it this April, is in a close second place with his 48-stop Most Wanted Tour, which grossed $174.5 million.

Mexican singer Luis Miguel is in third place with a $169.4 million gross over the course of his self-named tour, which has wrapped up its Latin American, United States and Canadian legs so far this year and started its European shows on June 28.

U2’s residency in Las Vegas, the first at the now-iconic Sphere venue, grossed $134.7 million over just 15 tour dates in 2024 (plus 25 in 2023) to become the fourth highest-grossing tour of the year and the one with the highest average ticket price at $352.86 each.

Karol G’s came in at No. 5 with her Mañana Será Bonito Tour, which has grossed more than $110 million so far this year and will continue across Europe and end in Brazil in September.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour didn’t make this year’s list because she has not allowed her official box office totals for The Eras Tour to be reported by trade publications, according to Pollstar, though the group used stadium capacities and potential gross estimates to name The Eras Tour as the first tour to cross the billion-dollar mark in its 2023 year-end charts.

Pollstar did not do a mid-year estimate for The Era’s Tour in 2024, but has projected it will gross another $1 billion on the tour as it continues this year, meaning it is likely to have grossed over $2 billion by the time it ends in December.

Top 10 Tours Of 2024 According To Pollstar

  • Madonna — $178,816,424
  • Bad Bunny — $174,574,606
  • Luis Miguel — $169,452,777
  • U2 — $134,727,198
  • Karol G — $111,296,660
  • Bruno Mars — $102,177,957
  • Coldplay — $100,459,853
  • SEVENTEEN — $74,590,596
  • Eagles — $69,407,908
  • Nicki Minaj — $66,215,800

Key Background

Three separate lawsuits were filed against the pop star for false advertising, unfair and deceptive trade practices and other claims after she allegedly started her concerts in Los Angeles, Brooklyn and Washington D.C. hours after they were scheduled to begin.

1.6 million. That's how many people attended a free Madonna concert in Rio de Janeiro in May to conclude the Celebration Tour. Promoter Live Nation called it the “largest ever standalone concert for any artist."

Chief Critic

“ A pop concert is a theater of personality and craft, not one of plot or character development. But a narrative this messy needed more razzle-dazzle,” pop music critic Mikael Wood wrote for the Los Angeles Times .

News of the forthcoming gigs arrive to celebrate the first anniversary of the band’s most recent album ‘Danse Macabre’ . The project saw them reimagine songs from throughout their extensive discography and also share covers of tracks by Talking Heads , Billie Eilish and more.

In other Duran Duran news, it was shared last month that the band’s frontman Simon Le Bon was among the entertainment figures included in this year’s King’s Birthday Honours list .

He has been awarded an MBE for Services to Music and Charity, and it was announced just days after the model from the group’s ‘Rio’ album cover was finally identified as Marcia Hunt (now known as Marcie Dinkel) .

NME also caught up with Duran Duran last year , where they spoke about their eagerness to play Glastonbury Festival . The band have surprisingly never played the huge festival at Worthy Farm, which will be returning this year from June 26-30 .

Speaking to NME , frontman Simon Le Bon said: “I’d love to [do it] – we just need to get the right slot, that’s all.

“We have had the chance to do it before, but it wasn’t playing the main stage and I think we’d like to be doing that for sure. I’m sure we’re in negotiations [with Glastonbury], and if not, we will be.”

As The Associated Press’ music writer, Maria Sherman has seen more than 40 concerts during the first half of 2024. Here are some picks for the best shows ... so far, excluding any one-off performances that cannot be repeated , and where you too can catch these artists.

Bad Bunny, “The Most Wanted Tour”

March 14, Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena

Bad Bunny’s show begins with a symphony, transitioning into the unmistakable strings of his monster hit, “Monaco.” “The Most Wanted Tour” highlights El Conejo Malo’s fifth solo album “Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana” (“Nobody Knows What Will Happen Tomorrow”) and his past reggaetón hits, too.

HIGHLIGHT: There is one moment that can only be described as equine.

OPENER: When you’re one of the biggest artists on the planet, do you really need an opener? Bad Bunny didn’t.

SEE IT YOURSELF: This particular run of shows has come to an end, but here’s a reminder to catch him next time he’s in town.

Image

Olivia Rodrigo, “GUTS World Tour”

April 5, New York’s Madison Square Garden

Rodrigo’s spirited punky-pop warms an arena, as does her irreverent charms and Disney-informed dancing. If women performing their rage has fallen out of vogue, Rodrigo has brought it back , full force.

Image

HIGHLIGHT: For the fans of her big-hearted ballads — in one moment, she’s lifted into the air and circles the arena in a purple crescent moon to slow things down.

OPENER: The Breeders — fronted by the Pixies’ Kim Deal — legends of ’90s college radio and indie rock. There’s something completist about hearing an arena discover “Cannonball” for the first time, a song that no doubt inspired Rodrigo’s music.

SEE IT YOURSELF: Rodrigo heads back to the U.S. this month with a new opener, the U.K. hyperpop producer PinkPantheress , before the Breeders return for two final nights in Los Angeles.

Brutalismus 3000, “AMERIKATRÄUME”

April 11, New York’s Knockdown Center

Every generation gets the Crystal Castles it deserves. Or in less niche language: This Berlin duo brings humor to their music, which veers from hyperactive techno to German Neue Deutsche Welle in their acquired-taste electronica. The shows are sweaty, and no matter your age, you will be the oldest person in attendance.

HIGHLIGHT: The duo samples Dido’s soft-pop hit “White Flag,” while waving a white flag. It works.

OPENER: The techno-punk LustSickPuppy, whose abrasive rave music is presented as a kind of nightmarish clown show.

SEE IT YOURSELF: Brutalismus will be hitting a few festivals in Europe this summer and fall.

Nicki Minaj, “Pink Friday 2 World Tour”

May 1, New York’s Barclays Center

She will run on club time, and she will not disappoint. Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday 2” is almost a retrospective of her chart-toppers, shifting alter-egos with incredible ease.

HIGHLIGHT: At this particular show, Minaj brought out Cyndi Lauper to duet “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” after 1 a.m.

OPENER: Monica has joined Minaj for this tour, and in Brooklyn, Pepa of Salt-N-Pepa opened the show.

SEE IT YOURSELF: Minaj is hitting the European festival circuit this summer, then heading back to the U.S. in September.

Image

Sum 41, “Tour of the Setting Sum”

May 6, New York’s Brooklyn Paramount

Canadian pop-punk band Sum 41 has called it quits — and they’re going out in a blaze of glory, a farewell tour that has the immediacy of their youth.

HIGHLIGHT: Sum 41 does not want to exit quietly — they prove their endurance with an explosive set, fireworks and mosh pits and all. There’s also a giant, blow-up skull.

OPENER: The Interrupters, a ska-punk band that revitalized the genre, are worth arriving early for. At future dates, Sum 41 will be joined by Gob, Pup, Neck Deep and the Bronx.

SEE IT YOURSELF: Sum 41 is zigzagging across Europe and North America through early 2025.

Image

Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 performs during Sonic Temple Art and Music Festival on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. (Photo by Amy Harris/Invision/AP, File)

Megan Thee Stallion, “Hot Girl Summer Tour”

May 21, Madison Square Garden

Not every artist can sell out Madison Square Garden on her first tour, but Megan Thee Stallion is not every artist. On her stage, Megan is an athlete and a dancer who delivers her fierce bars with an incredible crispness.

HIGHLIGHT: “WAP” is a can’t miss moment, of course — particularly if Cardi B makes a surprise appearance, like she did at MSG.

OPENER: Tennessee rapper GloRilla, who was most recently featured on the great, braggy “Accent” from the headliner’s third album, “Megan.”

SEE IT YOURSELF: Europe will get to catch her in July, before she heads back home for a few festivals.

Image

The Rolling Stones, “Stones Tour ’24 Hackney Diamonds”

May 23, East Rutherford, New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium

The Rolling Stones ran through 60 years of hits across two hours, including cuts from their first album of new material in nearly two decades, “Hackney Diamonds.”

HIGHLIGHT: When it comes to The Rolling Stones, the entire show is the highlight — but for this audience, it was likely the rollicking rendition of “Wild Horses.”

OPENER: The soulful Jon Batiste , an award-show staple for a reason.

SEE IT YOURSELF: The Stones’ North American tour continues through July.

Image

George Strait

June 8, MetLife Stadium

They call him the King of Country for a reason. Live, George Strait can transform his one-off stadium shows into a honky-tonk; he performs with a big band and a lot of heart.

HIGHLIGHT: The closest a person can get to levitation is singing along to “Amarillo by Morning” in a stadium of tens of thousands.

OPENER: Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town, with Stapleton joining Strait for a new song called “Honky Tonk Hall of Fame.”

SEE IT YOURSELF: Strait has a two more stadium dates in July — in Detroit and Chicago — and another in December, in Las Vegas.

Image

Governors Ball: Chappell Roan, Sexyy Red, SZA, Peso Pluma

June 7-9, New York’s Flushing Meadows Corona Park

Summer festivals across the United States tend to have similar lineups. Governors Ball, arriving early in the season, sets the tone.

HIGHLIGHT: Now is the time to run, don’t walk, to see Chappell Roan . And learn the “Hot to Go” dance.

OPENER: Sexyy Red’s frisky rap is hard to deny.

SEE IT YOURSELF: Many of these artists will be hitting festivals in North American and Europe this summer. In fact, if you want to catch SZA, Sexyy Red and Chappell Roan in one go, consider Lollapalooza in August. Pluma is currently on his “Éxodo Tour” across North America, running through October.

Feb. 18, Melbourne, Australia’s Northcote Social Club

In the search for thrilling, cathartic underground music — particularly of the indie variety — look no further than the rich scene of Melbourne, Australia. CLAMM, the punk trio, brings a controlled aggression to their live show. It is ferocious noise punk that hits like inhaling hand sanitizer — stinging alert their audience with clever agitation.

HIGHLIGHT: Later this month, CLAMM will release a new record, “Disembodiment.” Live, they’ve begun performing the chant-along opening cut, “Change Enough.”

OPENER: At this particular show, the Aussie indie band Scott and Charlene’s Wedding and the rapper Mulalo. A genre-diverse club show is a life-affirming club show.

SEE IT YOURSELF: CLAMM are headed to Europe for a series of dates this July, and back to Australia in August.

September 12, 2023: Bad Bunny speaks out on fans criticizing his romance with Kendall.

In a candid interview with Vanity Fair , the musician gets real about enforcing personal boundaries when it comes to his private life and fame.

“They [fans] don’t know how you feel, they don’t know how you live, they don’t know anything, and I really don’t want them to know,” he tells the magazine. “I’m not really interested in clarifying anything because I have no commitment to clarify anything to anyone. I am clear and my friend Jomar is clear and my mother is clear. They are the only ones to whom I have to clarify anything. As for Juliana Dominguez from Mississippi, I have nothing I need to clarify to her. Never. About anything.”

He adds, “There are people who say that artists have to put up with it. I don’t have to accept anything and everything because I wanted to be an artist. At the end of the day, you listen to me because you want to. I don’t force you to.”

He also lambasts the culture of people normalizing the filming of strangers in public spaces.

“It used to be a guy with a camera and a flash and they fuck with your eyes like that. Nowadays, everybody is a paparazzo,” he says. “Everyone is taking photos, everyone is recording. Nobody respects anybody’s privacy, and not only my privacy as a celebrity, but yours. ... Because if right now you go out there and your pants are ripped and you can see a butt cheek, or a pigeon shits on you, there’s a bastard who will film you and take a picture of you.”

August 28, 2023: Bunny wears Kendall’s K initial necklace.

Benito once again subtly showed his love for Jenner on his Instagram Story by wearing a dainty gold chain necklace with a K charm. The necklace appears to be the same one the model wore during a recent video interview .

August 27, 2023: Bunny posts a rare video with Kendall.

On his Instagram Story, the rapper shares a rare clip of an intimate moment with his girlfriend—in it, Jenner is heard calling to a little squirrel who is running in the bushes next to them. “It’s the cutest thing ever. Come here!” she says. “ Mami , be careful,” Bunny tells her. “Rabies?” she asks. “The mosquitoes,” he replies.

The pair’s faces don’t show in the video, but the sweet back-and-forth conversation is the most we’ve gotten from them in terms of insight into their dynamic.

And in another subtle tribute to Jenner, the “Where She Goes” rapper also posts a photo on his Story of two cocktails—presumably his and Jenner’s—next to an 818 tequila bottle, which is the model’s brand. No caption needed.

July 20, 2023: Kendall and Bad Bunny are reportedly “becoming more serious.”

While Jenner and Bad Bunny have kept their romance private, the couple are reportedly getting closer than ever. A source tells Entertainment Tonight the pair are getting closer as they keep things light and continue dating.

“Kendall and Bad Bunny are still hanging out and having a great time with each other. Things are definitely progressing between them,” the source says. “Things are becoming more serious and their relationship is on the upswing. They are still keeping things light, but they are both super into each other and have a ton of chemistry. Their friends and families are really happy for them and like them as a couple.”

June 21, 2023: The two publicly allude to their relationship for the first time.

In new interviews, the couple open up about keeping their romance out of the spotlight.

Speaking with WSJ magazine , Jenner has “no comment” when asked about her relationship status. She explains, “I try [to] find the balance of keeping things private and keeping things sacred, [and] also not letting the unfortunate frustration and stress of everyone trying to get in on it stop me from enjoying my side. Does that make sense? … I’ll go out of my way to do things as privately as possible because I just think that that’s the healthier way of dealing with relationships anyway.”

Bad Bunny echoes the model’s sentiment in an interview with Rolling Stone . “I know something is going to come out. I know [people are] going to say something. People know everything about me, so what’s left for me to protect? My private life, my personal life,” he tells the outlet. “That’s the only answer. In the end, the only thing I have is my privacy.”

He adds, “We’re in the worst time, the worst moment for the privacy of other humans; not just artists, but human beings. Today, no one respects the privacy or life of anyone. … I keep living. Fans are always going to want to know more, but I don’t focus on that. I’m always going to keep living my way.”

June 20, 2023: They coordinate outfits during a night out with friends.

While getting sushi with a group of friends, Jenner and Bad Bunny both wear white T-shirts. Jenner pairs her shirt with black-and-white snakeskin pants, a black bag, and square-toe boots. Bad Bunny coordinates his tee with off-white trousers with a light gray print and a camouflage trucker hat.

During the artist’s April 14 performance , Jenner supports him from the crowd and is seen dancing to his final song, “Después de la Playa,” alongside a group of friends, per footage captured by fans .

Onstage, the rapper directly alludes to recent dating rumors for the first time in an emphatic speech. “People think they know the lives of famous people—but they don’t,” he says in Spanish. “They don’t know what we feel, what we live through. They will never know what a heart can feel. Don’t believe everything you hear. You won’t get to know the real me through a video on Instagram, an interview, or a TikTok. If you really want to get to know me, I invite you to my home.”

Jenner and Bad Bunny were seen at the festival again on April 15, as they watched Rosalía’s performance with a group of friends. They ended the weekend on April 16, getting cozy in the crowd during one of the Sunday performances.

Later in the evening, Bad Bunny nearly goes Instagram official with the model when he shares a video of himself to his Instagram Story singing along to a song on the radio from a golf cart. Jenner’s voice is heard in the background, and her hair is seen blowing in the wind beside him.

The model takes things to the next level with Bad Bunny with a romantic horseback riding date at the Hidden Hills Equestrian Center in California.

Photos published by TMZ show the two riding around the corral on one of Jenner’s horses. The rapper later goes on a solo ride while the model smiles and films him.

March 8, 2023: They are captured kissing.

In an outing that confirms their status as an item, the two are photographed sharing a kiss in a parking lot following a night out with friends at a sushi restaurant in West Hollywood .

February 20, 2023: Romance rumors swirl.

Jenner and Bad Bunny first meet through mutual friends when the rapper moves to Los Angeles toward the beginning of February, according to People .

Weeks later, rumors of their fling swirl as the two are captured by TMZ leaving the same restaurant in Beverly Hills, allegedly following a double date with Justin and Hailey Bieber . (The outlet notes that the Biebers headed out of the restaurant almost an hour earlier than Jenner and Bad Bunny, suggesting that the supermodel and rapper spent some alone time.)

Per an anonymous submission to celebrity gossip account DeuxMoi , the two were seen locking lips at a private club earlier in the month, on February 15. “I have witnesses on the scene who saw her in the club,” the source reportedly tells the account. “Word is [Bad Bunny] is in an open relationship.”

On the Monday following the pair’s double date, People reports Jenner and Bad Bunny have indeed been “hanging out.” According to one insider, Jenner “likes” Bad Bunny “and is having fun.” The source adds, “He is different from guys that she dated in the past. He is very charming.”

Madonna has the highest-grossing worldwide tour of 2024 thus far, according to Pollstar’s mid-year report , thanks to the success of her “Celebration Tour.” With average ticket prices of $208.85, the pop icon had an average gross of $2,794,007 with 13,378 average tickets sold, making for a total of 856,247 in ticket sales across 34 reported shows out of 65 dates.

Not all promoters or tours report their numbers, or all of their numbers, to Pollstar, which was acquired by Irving Azoff and Tim Lieweke’s Oak View Group in 2017, but its statistics certainly reveal a large number of trends.

Bad Bunny trails closely behind Madonna with $174.6 million from his “Most Wanted Tour,” while Luis Miguel follows him with $169.4 million, U2 ranks at No. 4 with $135 million from the band’s Sphere residency and Karol G rounds out the top five with $111 million. The top 10 continues with Bruno Mars ($102 million), Coldplay ($100 million), Seventeen ($74 million), Eagles ($69 million) and Nicki Minaj ($66 million).

On a macro scale, overall global gross in 2024 topped $3 billion for the first time, up from $2.83 billion in 2023. Last year had exponential growth over 2022, which touted a global gross of $1.87 billion. Average gross in 2024 was slightly down from last year, with $1.37 million versus $1.47 million, while ticket sales remained nearly the same (24.1 million in 2024 versus 24.3 million in 2023). Average ticket prices increased from $116 to $127 year over year, even though average tickets sold per show dipped from 12,655 to 10,767.

In North America, Bad Bunny topped the total gross tally with $174.6 million. Madonna sits behind him with $148 million, followed by U2 ($135 million), Luis Miguel ($100 million) and Eagles ($69 million). Overall gross in the region totaled $2.33 billion, a boost of 18.7 percent over last year’s $1.96 billion. Total tickets sold was up 17.6 million compared to 2023’s 16.32 million, while average number of tickets sold dipped from 2023’s 9,071 to 8,252.

The report comes amid a year of strong ticket sales contrasted by reports of major artists canceling their tours. In the past few months, the Black Keys nixed their international arena tour , while Jennifer Lopez followed suit in the wake of rebranding her tour from focusing on her new album to a greatest hits show.
