Camp In Catskill, New York

This campsite property is located in the Catskill Mountains, Delaware County, New York, and comes fully equipped with everything needed for a camp. The property resides a few hours away from New York City, Philadelphia, and Boston.

The 7-acre property is fully compliant and certified by the New York State Department of Health as a residential summer camp for kids, a motel, and/or retreat center. Currently, the max capacity of the summer camp is 105 campers, with the potential to increase up to 250 people.

The facilities feature a total of 6 buildings with 3 dorms and motel-style accommodations, a commercial-style kitchen with a dining hall, a renovated in-ground pool, an outdoor stage, an indoor theater – cinema hall, volleyball and basketball courts, and a soccer field.

A lot of other summer activities like fishing, canoeing, and horseback riding are close by. The East Branch Delaware River is within a 5-minute walk from the camp.

This house with a nearby lake property in Mount Vermont is 3 hours from Boston and 20 minutes from Augusta, Maine. It features 750+ feet of shoreline, including a large beach on 679-acre Torsey Lake. It’s a really quiet lake, but it’s an amazing place to let campers play water activities. 

The property is 65 acres total, with a 14-bedroom lodge built in 1926 that has large dining rooms and a small commercial kitchen. The appliances are old but all work. You can get high-speed internet around the area. 

There is also a rec hall building with 2 communal bathrooms, each having 3 stalls and multiple sinks. The property has its own trout pound. It also comes with a brand new 3br 2.5 ba house with a basement and central air/heat. 

Apart from that, there are five new 24′ x 14′ cabins that are partially finished and can be moved. Any camp would have to get its own license and approval to operate. The existing facilities make it easy to set up a summer camp right away.

Former Girl Scout Camp In Malvern, Ohio

You will find this property north of downtown Smithville, Tennesee. It’s currently the Retreat At Center Hill Lake, located near the shores of Center Hill Lake.

Camp in Fairmont, West Virginia

The camp is located on the outskirts of Fairmont, WV. It sets in approximately 30-35 acres. 

The Perry Lodge sleeps 54 and has a full kitchen, boys’ and girls’ bathrooms with 3 showers in each, and a large front room with couches and other furniture. The Fleming Lodge sleeps 34 and has a kitchen, a large front room with furniture, a bathroom with two toilets, and one shower, all new.

There are separate shower houses for boys and girls, each with three new showers and three toilets. The Elim cabin and Beulah cabin both sleep 10 (all new double bunks and mattresses), one bathroom with one shower, and a small dorm-size kitchen with sink, microwave, and fridge but no stove.

There is a commercial kitchen and dining hall. New dishwasher and stove in the kitchen, and plenty of cookware and dishes. The dining hall will seat about 100. The property includes fold-up tables and chairs and a small shed for storing outdoor gear and activity items.

There is also a Large pole garage, work area, and pavilion with an attached snack bar area and several picnic tables. You will also find four other cabins on the hill that are identical with new bathrooms and showers, with each cabin sleeping 10. 

Horses and other animals can be kept in a barn. There are several hiking trails here, an archery range, and space for plenty of other activities. All of this is included in the 35-acre camp.  

The camp is about 20 minutes from downtown Fairmont and about 15 minutes the opposite way to Grafton. There are also other larger towns nearby called Morgantown and Bridgeport, all of which have medical centers and hospitals. The home in with the camp has a full basement, 2 bedrooms, office, living room, dining room, kitchen, and entry room. It’s located across from Chappel.

Former President Donald Trump is opting for “policy discussions” with close allies and advisers to get ready for Thursday’s showdown against President Biden — eschewing more traditional debate prep in the belief he doesn’t “need” more rehearsing.

Campaign spokesperson Danielle Alvarez told The Post Tuesday that the 45th president, 78, hasn’t gone in for practice Q&A sessions or mock debates featuring a stand-in for Biden — and isn’t even employing a preparation podium.

“He just hasn’t done that, and very candidly, doesn’t need to do that,” Alvarez said. “He does several tough interviews a week. He keeps a very rigorous campaign schedule.”

Trump told the Washington Examiner in an interview published Monday that he believes the coming CNN forum is about “common sense” and “an attitude.”

“It’s very hard to prepare,” he told columnist Byron York. “You’ve got to know this stuff from years of doing it. And I know all the leaders, and I know what I know.”

Among those involved in the policy chats with Trump have been Sens. JD Vance (R-Ohio) and Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), former Immigration and Customs Enforcement acting director Tom Homan, ex-White House officials Stephen Miller and Kellyanne Conway, and former acting Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell — a roster first reported by Politico .

In contrast to the presumptive Republican nominee’s more relaxed prep, the 81-year-old Biden has been sequestered at the presidential retreat at Camp David in western Maryland since June 20, surrounded by more than a dozen allies putting him through his paces.

The president’s team has even outfitted an on-site airplane hangar and movie theater with spotlights and production equipment to mimic the CNN studio where the debate will be held, the New York Times reported Monday.

Among the “at least 16 current and former” Biden aides involved in game-planning the debate are ex-White House chief of staff Ron Klain and the president’s personal attorney Bob Bauer, who reportedly is reprising his 2020 role as Trump in the mock debates.

Biden and Trump will face off at 9 p.m. Thursday for 90 minutes. The debate rules include no consulting with campaign staff, no prepared notes, no studio audience and mics that will be muted when the candidate’s time is up.

Trump debated Biden twice during the 2020 campaign, and acknowledged this week that the rules of the road this time around could present some issues for him.

“You have no audience to read,” the former president told the Examiner. “To me, the audience is easier because it’s telling you what is going on, indirectly, with applause or not applause. This room is a sterile, dead room, which is I guess what they want.”

The 45th president quickly agreed to Biden’s debate proposal in May after the incumbent pitched holding forums outside the schedule set by the nonpartisan Commission on Presidential Debates .

Trump argued this week that his rival had expected him to decline the invite, since the rules are widely thought to be a disadvantage to the Republican. However, Trump argued, by saying “yes” to the debates, Biden was the one who had been “roped into it.”

The former president also promised to come out less hot Thursday night than he did at his first debate with Biden in 2020, when Trump’s performance was widely panned.

“I was very aggressive in the first one,” Trump told York. “The second one, I was different, and I got great marks on the second one. It was a little unfair because, in the second one, a lot of votes had already been cast. So I’m probably going to look at the scene at the time. It’s like a fight. It depends on what the situation is.”

The chosen moderators — CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash — could also “put a thumb on the scale” to make the debate easier for Biden, given their previous anti-Trump remarks , Alvarez warned Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Trump has insinuated that Biden could be “jacked” up on drugs to make it through the forum without a major gaffe or awkward moment and demanded the incumbent undergo a drug test Monday.

“The media wants to lower Joe Biden’s debate performance bar so low he gets a participation trophy simply for standing upright for 90 minutes,” Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung told The Post, “but make no doubt about it — Biden will be highly prepared and alert on debate night, relying on the same perfectly calibrated dosage used to deliver his widely praised 2024 State of the Union Address or his 2012 thrashing of Paul Ryan in the VP debate.

“The true benchmark for Thursday’s debate should be whether or not Joe Biden can defend his disastrous record on inflation and the out-of-control border invasion versus President Trump’s unquestioned first-term record of success, and if Biden can speak for himself without the overt participation and interference of two CNN moderators.”

Chiefs DT Chris Jones holds youth football camp at BVSW

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (KCTV) - Hundreds of Kansas City kids got the chance to take the field with a Super Bowl champion Wednesday afternoon.

Girls and boys ages six to 16 laced up their shoes at Blue Valley Southwest for a one-day football camp hosted by Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones.

“That’s what it’s all about, man, the kids,” Jones said. “I think it’s very important to pour into the youth. I think it’s important that you engage with the community. Being able to interact with the youth, and have a lot of fun while you’re doing it.”

Jones and the rest of the Chiefs kick off training camp in St. Joseph late next month .

In the meantime, No. 95 is staying busy during his time off.

“Kids, train, more kids, train, camp, train a little more,” Jones said of his off-season plans. “I’m gonna take a vacation probably a week before I have to report, and try to get my mind right to be able to do this three-peat.”

Jones will host one more camp on Friday, June 28, in Springfield, Mo .
