AON Affiniy was the only travel protection offered by the cruise line.

AON Affiniy was the only travel protection offered by Regent Seven Seas Cruises and we bought it for our January 8-24, 2024 panama canal cruise. When I became sick the Regent medical center gave me excellent care that cost 3100.00. It should be covered by the insurance policy. Over the last 3 months I have sent the documents they requested 3 times. Finally AON confirmed receiving them May 16. However when I called for an update they asked for more time to review. It's very straightforward-- my illness in a foreign country was covered by the policy. It is also frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone with authority. Please, people, read reviews! Our mistake to trust the cruise line's insurance selection and not read reviews.

AON insurance is the worst ever, purchase elsewhere!

My husband booked a cruise on March 31, 2024 for 3 people, which is scheduled 4 months from now, in September of 2024. We always pay for travel insurance thinking it would protect us from ANY circumstance that may occur. In May of 2024, we attempted to cancel our son due to a conflict with his school schedule. You would think we have allotted enough time to cancel, however, AON's travel advised us they won't cover our cancellation that they only cover issues that occur prior to our trip such as a death, illness, car accident, primary residence uninhabitable, bankruptcy or default of an airline or cruise line. What is even the point of having the insurance? Would NEVER, EVER, buy from them again or recommend them to anyone. They have the appearance of a scam!

BUYER BEWARE!! I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. Avoid this predatory company at all cost. They do NOT honor claims. When we purchased the insurance while booking, we were given general info about what they cover like medical, death etc. No, they don't cover those things. Be very careful if you use this company. They also take advantage of 1st time buyers. It was our family's 1st cruise and it's been a horrible experience dealing with them. Absolutely horrible wr are out over $1500. We got zero dollars back from them after purchasing their fraudulent insurance. Zero. They have had related lawsuits and a class action suit. There are numerous complaints out there about them. Predatory. Avoid them at all costs. Hopefully, this will help others, to not get taken by this company.

Do not buy travel insurance from Aon Affinity Trip Insurance…

Bought travel insurance from Trafalgar they used Aon. We went to remote areas in Chile, got sick with Covid. Aon refused to pay for hotel after 2.5 hour taxi ride to get to hospital as they say we checked in before the hospital said we had Covid even though we self tested. Also, they refused to pay for a taxi to get us to plane 2.5 hours away to fly home after quarantine. Their fine print says they do not pay for taxis only common carriers. Everyone in the world considers a taxi a common carrier. With no other option to get to the airport we were stuck. Trafalgar tours dropped us on diagnosis. We travel extensively and frequently and will NEVER use Aon again. We spoke to several reps and supervisors asking for reconsideration due to the remoteness and extenuating circumstances. The last supervisor said she would lose her job if she was flexible. What a poor company. Do not use them. The contract is very misleading so you think you have coverage and do not on nitpicking obscure details and ridiculous exclusions.

The absolute worst

The absolute worst. Had to cancel a trip/cruise for an illness that happened right before the cruise. Submitted all the medical documentation showing there was absolutely no safe way to make the trip as scheduled. Completely denied. What is even the point of having the insurance? Would never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Supposed to be affiliated with Princess cruises but the two companies do not work together to resolve issues. They are a nightmare to work with. No one knows what to do … continually transferred to different people who don’t have answers.

Wife paid for the travel insurance…

Wife paid for the travel insurance without reading the fine print, or reviews, her fault and our loss. If, in the opinion of Aon, you don't qualify for coverage, you are out of luck unless you're willing to go to court, which would cost more than the award, which is likely what they are counting on. Stay away from this company.

I purchased AON Travel Insurance for a cruise. While on the cruise, I got sick, so I went to the clinic on the ship and asked to see the doctor. Twice I was told that my respiratory infection was not serious enough for the doctor to see me. I was given medications. I saw my doctor immediately after arriving home. AON has denied my claim as I didn’t see a doctor for my medications. WHAT A SHAM!

delay, deflect, don't pay - is their business model

Went on a cruise in June 2023, lost (or stolen) item worth $150. As of today (8 months later), being told we only cover what your home owners insurance does not cover. It took many phone calls and misleading descriptions, including that they would cover it but only if I called a certain number. It feels like they are purposely saying and doing things to cause so much delay and frustration that you just give up. They are right, my time is no longer worth the loss. I partially blame Princess Cruises for having this company as a suggested link while booking the trip. We put trust in their suggested Insurance partner only to be denied on a technicality that does not sound legit (no proof was provided by them).

Don't deal with AON

Don't deal with this company. We planned a cruise for us and our two sons’ families. We purchased travel insurance through AON. One daughter-in-law became pregnant after booking and ended up with some health issues and concerns. Not a “normal” pregnancy. They declined our claim. Waste of our money and time. We are done with Royal Caribbean as well for associating themselves with AON. Other options available.

AON Insurance Buyer Beware !!!

We were scheduled to go on a 23 Day Cruise in April of 2024 that was cancelled due to unrest in the Middle East and was replaced with an itinerary we felt was less safe than the original itinerary. When we filed a claim with AON for a refund we were denied and basically told that unless one of us had passed away prior to embarkation we could not get a refund. (which I doubt would have even happened then). This insurance company is a fraud and I would never recommend them to anyone...Travel Agencies and Cruise Companies would be wise to use any another travel insurance agency if they wish to keep their loyal customers.

AON TRAVEL INSURANCE IS A SCAM

Had to cancel my Europe cruise 9 months before the cruise departure date. I had to file a claim to get my $900 deposit back. AON travel insurance has been stringing me alone for months and months. I informed them that my medical records are available to them as my medical provider will not fill out AON extensive paperwork. AON response is that since my medical provider has not responded they are closing my claim unless I can provide them more details about my claim. When did the burden fall upon me? I have given everything I have to AON and I am no closer to my refund than I was day one. This is a scam. They do nothing and then deny the claims for lack of information. SCAM.

They are the WORST

They are the WORST. I got Covid on a trip to Italy and missed most of the trip. I had to pay for hotels, food, taxis, and the doctor. I missed most of the tour. They didn't cover more than $150 a day in Florence? I couldn't get a hotel there for that much and I was so ill. They made me jump through hoops for 7 months before they paid anything. I had to submit to Medicare even though it was clearly stated that Medicare would not pay for a doctor visit out of the country. Then they made me submit a claim to my secondary insurance who clearly stated they would not pay a dime if Medicare didn't pay. What a waste of time. They knew it from the start, but I still had to submit and wait months to get the rejections. It has caused me so much anxiety and frustration. Never buy AON insurance.

I don't recommend this insurance…

I don't recommend this insurance company. Ask your travel agent questions prior to agreeing to purchase their insurance. They will encourage you to buy and not tell you it only covers specific reasons for canceling. If you decide to take a credit they only pay 75% of the money towards your next cruise. I will keep you posted on how the process goes. They aren't making it easy so far.

Regent 7 Seas Explorer Horrible -AON Terrific

Regent 7 Seas Explorer allowed passengers to embark for Alaska without even testing their temperature boarding. Sure enough, I got COVID19. I had a severe case and needed emergency ship medical care. The Regent charged me $4350 for one day's worth of care; they took no responsibiity for anything. AON paid every single bill. It took time as they have step by step procedures but in the end, they paid every penny.

Class action lawsuit anyone?

Our cruise line canceled the trip due to unrest in the Middle East. The insurance company refuses to refund our monies and wants us to use it on a future trip. However, this trip was time specific for a particular purpose i.e. 50th birthday, which will not occur again in the future. Based on all of the reviews, and the fact that this company is keeping money for a trip that was canceled not by the customer, but by the business for which they are providing insurance, (Along with all the other horrendous things I have seen people being denied compensation for which should be covered), it seems to me a class action lawsuit is in order. I feel that’s the only way everyone will get their money back. I have no idea how one goes about initiating a class action lawsuit, but I feel there is power in numbers. These people are crooks!

AON refused to consult and pay our claim. They refused to assist in anyway. Do not use Norewegain and AON. When you contact one company they blame events on the other. The Norwegian / AON banner page states "Cancel for any Reason". Well the airlines shutdown. Our flights were cancelled, ( we allowed 2 extra days to arrive) ...nothing. The airlines refunded Norwegian so they credited our account the airfare, ~$1,000. AON refused to pay anything...DO NOT USE......0 stars if available, out $5000.

Claim denied for father-in-law that died before cruise

This company is horrible and I would never purchase travel insurance again if they are the insurers. My wife's father passed away 2 months before our cruise. I submitted the claim and 10 months later its denied. I've been sending additional paperwork and calling and they keep saying trying again in 30 days. Its total BS and they should be investigated.

Not trustworthy

Had no choice but to use AON travel insurance when booking a trip with Road Scholar. Trip canceled due to Covid. Have been lied to for 2.5 months by AON representative promising a refund of my insurance costs. Still nothing, still promises. Filed a claim with California insurance commissioner but not hopeful. Stay away from this company.

Financial Stability

The financial ability of any insurance company to meet claims is an integral part of the buying process. If every traveler makes a claim, can Aon Affinity travel insurance fulfill the obligations of its customers?

An A- rating from both Standard & Poor’s and A.M. Best suggest it can.

Aon Travel Insurance Coverage & Plans

Here is a list of the plans and coverage offered by Aon Travel Insurance.

Elite Travel Insurance Plan

  • The Elite Travel Insurance Plan is the most comprehensive plan available through Aon and lets you cancel a trip for any reason. If you have a scheduling conflict, worry about the weather, or if there’s a family emergency, this coverage kicks in to reimburse your related expenses. For each paying adult, you can add a child for free, making this an appropriate option for families and small groups. The policy comes with high coverage amounts for lost baggage or travel delays to help smooth out any issues while on the road. In addition to the listed coverage options, several add-ons and riders are available to cover unusual situations, such as high-risk sports or rental cars. You also have the option to increase medical coverage limits or upgrade your plan to be able to cancel for any reason.

Preferred Travel Insurance Plan

  • The Aon Affinity Travel Insurance Preferred Plan includes a standard list of covered reasons to cancel your trip. If you have jury duty or the school year extends unexpectedly, this mid-tier coverage reimburses the cost of a canceled trip. If you purchase this coverage within 21 days of making your trip deposit, it includes preexisting conditions, so you don’t need to carry a special medical rider. For every adult policy, one child under the age of 18 is covered for free, making this a great option for anyone vacationing with kids. While the Preferred plan comes with coverage for the most common travel interruptions, it also has optional add-ons for when you might want a little extra. For example, you can purchase the ability to cancel your trip at any time with guaranteed reimbursement up to the policy maximum or upgrade your travel health insurance to handle any emergencies that crop up while you’re out of the country.

Essential Travel Insurance Plan

  • When you need basic travel insurance to cover cancellations for weather, illness, or injury, the Essential Aon Travel Insurance Plan is a solid option. This basic coverage kicks in for a single scheduled trip, paying reimbursement costs for covered travel expenses. If you or a family member get sick or you need to travel back home to deal with issues such as a break-in or flood , you can skip the trip without losing your deposit or any money already paid. You can also add coverage to your existing Essential plan in order to cancel your trip for any reason. Under the standard plan, only listed unexpected circumstances provide reimbursement, but with the cancel any time coverage, you get everything back up to the policy limits, even if the issue wouldn’t be covered under the regular plan.

aon travel claim time

Pro Plus Travel Insurance Plan

  • When buying a trip through a travel agent, Aon travel insurance offers the Pro Plus plan. This plan includes most of the coverage available through the Elite plan, with the notable exception of work-related cancellations. However, if you have a military deployment, or a hurricane threatens your destination, your trip expenses are covered. Besides the basic coverage options, you can also add protection for things like extreme sports activities or equipment rental. With these add-ons, you can plan a fun, adventurous vacation without worrying about any scrapes, dents, and bruises along the way.

Multi-Trip Annual/Trip Cancellation Travel Insurance Plan

  • Most Aon Affinity travel insurance plans cover a single trip, but with the multi-trip annual option, you’re covered for an unlimited number of travels all year long. If a trip is fewer than 30 continuous days, it’s covered by this insurance policy. Choose a coverage level that matches your costs from one of four multi-trip policies: $2,500, $5,000, $7,500, or $10,000. Match your trip maximum with your expected costs and enjoy peace of mind when planning a visit to any location.

Aon Travel Insurance Costs

The cost of Aon travel insurance varies depending on coverage levels, the age of the insured, the length of the trip, and several other factors. In general, price ranges between four and eight percent of the trip’s total cost.

If you’re older, the cost of insurance tends to be higher because the included medical coverage is likelier to be needed. Your destination can also impact the price of the policy; if you’re traveling somewhere with higher risks, expect to pay more for travel insurance. For example, a cruise in the Atlantic during the hurricane season might be more expensive to insure than one outside of the storm season.

For those who frequently take trips, annual travel insurance might be the best option. As an example, a 35-year-old Maryland resident can expect to pay a $320 premium for the year. Get a quick quote using the calculator on the company’s website and enjoy 14-day free look period, during which time you can still get a full refund.

If something does happen, and you need to make a claim, you can use the online portal, call the toll-free number, or use the 24/7 mobile app, which makes it easy to start the paperless process as quickly as possible. Once you send in your claim and receive confirmation, the review typically takes no longer than 30 days.

Customer Reviews & Reputation

Part of buying travel insurance is obtaining peace of mind. That means that you want to work with a company that offers excellent customer service in the event of a personal emergency. This company, a trade name for Arch Insurance Company, has no negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, making it a highly regarded option for those seeking trip insurance.

However, Trustpilot information is less enthusiastic, with a rating of 3/10 and 22 negative Aon Affinity travel insurance reviews. Nonetheless, this is in line with the industry, since many of the larger companies show lower ratings.

Customer Assistance Services

With 24/7 support available through a user-friendly mobile app, you can get in touch with Aon at any time of day, which is essential when traveling across time zones. The RoamRight app has a variety of useful tools including language translation, document storage, travel tips, and emergency contact info and aid.

The website offers an easy and instant quote calculator so that buying travel insurance is a painless process. Policyholders can access their account, view policy details, and start the claims process.

FACT SHEET: President   Biden Announces New Actions to Secure the   Border

New actions will bar migrants who cross our Southern border unlawfully from receiving asylum Biden taking action as Congressional Republicans put partisan politics ahead of national security, twice voting against toughest reforms in decades

Since his first day in office, President Biden has called on Congress to secure our border and address our broken immigration system. Over the past three years, while Congress has failed to act, the President has acted to secure our border. His Administration has deployed the most agents and officers ever to address the situation at the Southern border, seized record levels of illicit fentanyl at our ports of entry, and brought together world leaders on a framework to deal with changing migration patterns that are impacting the entire Western Hemisphere.  Earlier this year, the President and his team reached a historic bipartisan agreement with Senate Democrats and Republicans to deliver the most consequential reforms of America’s immigration laws in decades. This agreement would have added critical border and immigration personnel, invested in technology to catch illegal fentanyl, delivered sweeping reforms to the asylum system, and provided emergency authority for the President to shut down the border when the system is overwhelmed. But Republicans in Congress chose to put partisan politics ahead of our national security, twice voting against the toughest and fairest set of reforms in decades. President Biden believes we must secure our border. That is why today, he announced executive actions to bar migrants who cross our Southern border unlawfully from receiving asylum. These actions will be in effect when high levels of encounters at the Southern Border exceed our ability to deliver timely consequences, as is the case today. They will make it easier for immigration officers to remove those without a lawful basis to remain and reduce the burden on our Border Patrol agents. But we must be clear: this cannot achieve the same results as Congressional action, and it does not provide the critical personnel and funding needed to further secure our Southern border. Congress still must act. The Biden-Harris Administration’s executive actions will:   Bar Migrants Who Cross the Southern Border Unlawfully From Receiving Asylum

  • President Biden issued a proclamation under Immigration and Nationality Act sections 212(f) and 215(a) suspending entry of noncitizens who cross the Southern border into the United States unlawfully. This proclamation is accompanied by an interim final rule from the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security that restricts asylum for those noncitizens.
  • These actions will be in effect when the Southern border is overwhelmed, and they will make it easier for immigration officers to quickly remove individuals who do not have a legal basis to remain in the United States.
  • These actions are not permanent. They will be discontinued when the number of migrants who cross the border between ports of entry is low enough for America’s system to safely and effectively manage border operations. These actions also include similar humanitarian exceptions to those included in the bipartisan border agreement announced in the Senate, including those for unaccompanied children and victims of trafficking.

Recent Actions to secure our border and address our broken immigration system: Strengthening the Asylum Screening Process

  • The Department of Homeland Security published a proposed rule to ensure that migrants who pose a public safety or national security risk are removed as quickly in the process as possible rather than remaining in prolonged, costly detention prior to removal. This proposed rule will enhance security and deliver more timely consequences for those who do not have a legal basis to remain in the United States.

Announced new actions to more quickly resolve immigration cases

  • The Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security launched a Recent Arrivals docket to more quickly resolve a portion of immigration cases for migrants who attempt to cross between ports of entry at the Southern border in violation of our immigration laws.
  • Through this process, the Department of Justice will be able to hear these cases more quickly and the Department of Homeland Security will be able to more quickly remove individuals who do not have a legal basis to remain in the United States and grant protection to those with valid claims.
  • The bipartisan border agreement would have created and supported an even more efficient framework for issuing final decisions to all asylum seekers. This new process to reform our overwhelmed immigration system can only be created and funded by Congress.

Revoked visas of CEOs and government officials who profit from migrants coming to the U.S. unlawfully

  • The Department of State imposed visa restrictions on executives of several Colombian transportation companies who profit from smuggling migrants by sea. This action cracks down on companies that help facilitate unlawful entry into the United States, and sends a clear message that no one should profit from the exploitation of vulnerable migrants.
  • The State Department also imposed visa restrictions on over 250 members of the Nicaraguan government, non-governmental actors, and their immediate family members for their roles in supporting the Ortega-Murillo regime, which is selling transit visas to migrants from within and beyond the Western Hemisphere who ultimately make their way to the Southern border.
  • Previously, the State Department revoked visas of executives of charter airlines for similar actions.

Expanded Efforts to Dismantle Human Smuggling and Support Immigration Prosecutions

  • The Departments of State and Justice launched an “Anti-Smuggling Rewards” initiative designed to dismantle the leadership of human smuggling organizations that bring migrants through Central America and across the Southern U.S. border. The initiative will offer financial rewards for information leading to the identification, location, arrest, or conviction of those most responsible for significant human smuggling activities in the region.
  • The Department of Justice will seek new and increased penalties against human smugglers to properly account for the severity of their criminal conduct and the human misery that it causes.
  • The Department of Justice is also partnering with the Department of Homeland Security to direct additional prosecutors and support staff to increase immigration-related prosecutions in crucial border U.S. Attorney’s Offices. Efforts include deploying additional DHS Special Assistant United States Attorneys to different U.S. Attorneys’ offices, assigning support staff to critical U.S. Attorneys’ offices, including DOJ Attorneys to serve details in U.S. Attorneys’ Offices in several border districts, and partnering with federal agencies to identify additional resources to target these crimes.

Enhancing Immigration Enforcement

  • The Department of Homeland Security has surged agents to the Southern border and is referring a record number of people into expedited removal.
  • The Department of Homeland Security is operating more repatriation flights per week than ever before. Over the past year, DHS has removed or returned more than 750,000 people, more than in every fiscal year since 2010.
  • Working closely with partners throughout the region, the Biden-Harris Administration is identifying and collaborating on enforcement efforts designed to stop irregular migration before migrants reach our Southern border, expand investment and integration opportunities in the region to support those who may otherwise seek to migrate, and increase lawful pathways for migrants as an alternative to irregular migration.

Seizing Fentanyl at our Border

  • Border officials have seized more fentanyl at ports of entry in the last two years than the past five years combined, and the President has added 40 drug detection machines across points of entry to disrupt the fentanyl smuggling into the Homeland. The bipartisan border agreement would fund the installation of 100 additional cutting-edge inspection machines to help detect fentanyl at our Southern border ports of entry.
  • In close partnership with the Government of Mexico, the Department of Justice has extradited Nestor Isidro Perez Salaz, known as “El Nini,” from Mexico to the United States to face prosecution for his role in illicit fentanyl trafficking and human rights abuses. This is one of many examples of joint efforts with Mexico to tackle the fentanyl and synthetic drug epidemic that is killing so many people in our countries and globally, and to hold the drug trafficking organizations to account.

Nizhny Novgorod: Soviet ‘closed city’ teems with tourists

  • Copy Link copied

NIZHNY NOVGOROD, Russia (AP) — It’s hard to fathom for 21-year-old Valeria Kashnikova as she delivers pizzas to tables jammed with Swedes, Croats, and Argentines that her Russian city was closed to foreigners for almost 60 years during the Soviet Union era.

“I don’t know much about that time,” said Kashnikova, a waitress at Pronto Pizza e Pasta. “Right now we have a lot of people coming here for soccer, but they also get interested in our food, our culture and what we think.”

And the history.

The venue for six World Cup matches, Nizhny Novgorod was known as Gorky from 1932 until 1990: a so-called “closed city” located 400 kilometers (250 miles) east of Moscow where dissident physicist and 1975 Nobel Prize winner Andrei Sakharov was held under house arrest. The city was entirely closed to foreigners, a place where Sakharov was kept from giving interviews or spreading anti-Soviet ideas.

Sakharov was confined for seven years to a modest apartment around Gagarina Prospekt, an avenue about a 25-minute drive from the new World Cup stadium located at the confluence of the Volga and Oka rivers. The apartment block’s uneven brickwork and missing mortar contrast sharply with the gleaming blue and white soccer palace that Russian media say cost about 17.9 billion rubles ($283 million).

Sakharov’s apartment is a museum now, and it’s hard to find. Only a small sign marks the apartment, and crumbling concrete steps lead to the entrance.

The apartment has been left almost exactly as it was when the 30 KGB agents made sure that Sakharov — the designer of the Soviet hydrogen bomb — had limited contact with other dissidents.

The most compelling artifact is a white, rotary-dial telephone that was installed for just one call — so Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev could phone and tell Sakharov his exile had ended and he was free to move back to Moscow, where he died in 1989. There’s also Sakharov’s writing table with one leg held in place with what appears to be twisted string — said to be Sakharov’s own repair job.

Museum literature and a tour guide explain how Sakharov was stunned by the might of a Soviet H-bomb test in 1955. He became the Soviet Union’s most important scientist, and at the same time the shock of his own thermonuclear creation led him to work for causes connected to world peace and human rights.

Eventually that got him placed in exile in Gorky, which was named for Maxim Gorky, a Russian and Soviet writer born in Nizhny Novgorod. His family home is also a museum in town, along with a literature museum dedicated to him.

Kashnikova, the young waitress, blushed and acknowledged that — like many in her generation, born after the Soviet Union was dissolved on Dec. 26, 1991 — she knew almost nothing of Sakharov. She dug into her smartphone to search for the name and his detention in the 1980s. It rang a bell, but just barely.

“It’s hard to imagine that time for me,” said Anastasia Shutova, a 21-year-old university student working as a volunteer in a Nizhny hotel — giving out tourist information, maps, and history lessons about her city.

Compared to St. Petersburg or Moscow, Nizhny gets few tourists under normal conditions. And it saw even fewer in Soviet times. It’s best known as an industrial and scientific center and was the heart of Soviet military production during World War II. It was also a prime target of Hitler’s Luftwaffe.

But the World Cup has changed the tourist numbers, putting the focus on a provincial city that locals believe deserves more attention.

Nizhny Novgorod has its own Kremlin that is connected to Gorky Square — site of a towering Gorky statue — by Bolshaya Pokrovskaya, a street that teems on match days with painted faces, flags, and feverish chanting.

“You don’t see many people from other countries here, unless there’s an event like this,” Shutova said. “It’s interesting to have people asking questions so we can see how our city is seen, or how we are seen.”

There are also multiple art galleries and installations such as The Blogger's Bench which provides free Wi-Fi access if you are in the mood of blogging about your experience.

If you are not that into art, there are plenty of other places worth putting on your Nizhny Novgorod itinerary, f.e., the grand red-brick Kremlin.

The Cathedral of Archangel Michael, which is actually the only church that has stood the test of time in Kremlin, along with multiple ancient towers is what makes this site a must-see. By the way, the magnificent church of St. Elijah is right around the corner, so make sure to make a little detour during your Nizhny Novgorod tour after seeing the Kremlin.

Another thing you should not miss during your Nizhny Novgorod sightseeing is the panorama of Strelka, overlooking the amazing view of the confluence of the rivers Oka and Volga and also the Fedorovsky Embankment, a perfect place for a stroll in the evening.

If you want to take a look at the scene from a different angle, hop on a boat trip along the two rivers! Nowadays Nizhny Novgorod is the fifth-largest city in the Russian Federation, somehow managing to maintain the unique heritage alongside its cultural versatility, thus looking at pictures is not enough, feel like exploring it yourself?
