What Our Guests Are Saying

Mel bell…a fantastic conductor.

Mel Bell…a fantastic conductor!!! Spoke distinctly, was kind, considerate, funny, wonderful in all ways. If I visit Savannah again, I sure hope I get to ride her trolley again. She made my family and I seem like we were old friends with her in that short time we were riding with her…

It was the highlight of our trip!

A big shout out to Armando on the Old Town Trolley. It was a rainy day, but Armando made the sun shine with his animated and informative presentation. We had the best time ever on a trolley tour… It was the highlight of our trip!

Our family highly recommends this tour

Our tour guide Eric was so energetic!!! He made the tour! So knowledgeable about the city of Savannah and its history! He would burst into song on a whim and interacted with everyone. He kept 3 teenagers entertained for 90 minutes… Our family highly recommends this tour and if possible hop on his trolley bus!

Each time Brenda's tour was phenomenal

Thank you for providing Brenda as a tour guide… In our two days of utilizing your wonderful service, we were blessed to come across Brenda several times, and each time her tour was phenomenal. She is a great historian and storyteller, and by far the best tour guide we have had the pleasure to experience.

Well done tour guide!

We truly enjoyed the tour… but we must say it was made wonderful by our tour guide. He “narrated” the tour as someone who is reading a story. He was great!!! His tone and friendly manner made his knowledge shine even more. He gave us so much information, entertaining us, that we can’t believe he didn’t gasp for air to continue. Well done tour guide!!…

We will take this tour again

…We recently took a trip to Savannah with relatives from MN. We took a tour on the trolley with the intention of getting off and on multiple times. Our tour guide was so amazing and knowledgeable, that we stayed on the entire 90 min tour. Our guide was Will. He deserves to be recognized for his great attitude, knowledge, representation of the Old Town Trolley, and his presentation skills…

Terrifically entertaining tour

Ruben was our conductor and I just had to write in to compliment his work. He was enthusiastic and gave a terrifically entertaining tour of lovely Savannah. No one wanted to get off at any of the stops…

Informative and hilarious

Just visited Savannah for first time on our honeymoon. We had Denise as one of our drivers and we absolutely loved her. She was very informative and hilarious. She truly exemplified Southern hospitality and culture and we hope to visit again soon and hope to find Denise on the trolley… a job well done!

I recently had a long layover at the Savannah Airport so I took the opportunity to wander around. I did the right thing by taking the trolley tour first. Cindy was our conductor and no one wanted to leave! She was FUNNY and informative. The accent just made it all better as she told us about the ‘winders’ in the buildings. Great fun.

Cindy was Fabulous

My grandson and I took the trolley tour and our first and last conductor was Cindy. She was FABULOUS!!!…my grandson was actually excited when we got on the last bus. He said, “Look, it’s Cindy.” She knew every nook and cranny and had so many stories to tell about the areas that we saw. We totally enjoyed our tour and will definitely do another one when we return…

Net is a high quality, professional tour guide

We just wanted to make sure you were aware of the exceptional service provided by your trolley tour guide Net… She was not only knowledgeable, polite, and considerate to all passengers, but she was funny, and interacted with the trolley passengers and kept everyone on board engaged and entertained…

We highly recommend

My sister and I recently visited Savannah and decided to try out the Trolley Tour and we are so happy we did! Our tour guide was Mel Bell and she is FABULOUS! Not only did she fill us with more historical facts than we will ever remember but she was so much fun! She was entertaining and kept the ride lively.

Each digital ticket contains a unique code. This is usually a QR or numerical code, but could be something else and can be found on your ticket or the PDF sent to you.

If your digital ticket contains a barcode or QR code, give it to the staff at the attraction's entrance or ticket collection point so they can scan it.

For those with numerical codes, just show your ticket to staff for verification.

Can I cancel or modify my tickets?

You’ll need to check the policy on the specific ticket you’re booking. Last minute bookings might no longer have free cancellation available.

When will I get my free cancellation refund?

After you cancel, we'll immediately issue a full refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 3-10 days for you to be refunded to your original payment method.

Compliance status

Screen-reader and keyboard navigation.

  • Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images and provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts that are embedded within the image, using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website. These adjustments are compatible with all popular screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
  • Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML, and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside of it.Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.

Disability profiles supported in our website

  • Epilepsy Safe Mode: this profile enables people with epilepsy to use the website safely by eliminating the risk of seizures that result from flashing or blinking animations and risky color combinations.
  • Visually Impaired Mode: this mode adjusts the website for the convenience of users with visual impairments such as Degrading Eyesight, Tunnel Vision, Cataract, Glaucoma, and others.
  • Cognitive Disability Mode: this mode provides different assistive options to help users with cognitive impairments such as Dyslexia, Autism, CVA, and others, to focus on the essential elements of the website more easily.
  • ADHD Friendly Mode: this mode helps users with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders to read, browse, and focus on the main website elements more easily while significantly reducing distractions.
  • Blindness Mode: this mode configures the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is software for blind users that is installed on a computer and smartphone, and websites must be compatible with it.
  • Keyboard Navigation Profile (Motor-Impaired): this profile enables motor-impaired persons to operate the website using the keyboard Tab, Shift+Tab, and the Enter keys. Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.

Additional UI, design, and readability adjustments

  • Font adjustments – users, can increase and decrease its size, change its family (type), adjust the spacing, alignment, line height, and more.
  • Color adjustments – users can select various color contrast profiles such as light, dark, inverted, and monochrome. Additionally, users can swap color schemes of titles, texts, and backgrounds, with over 7 different coloring options.
  • Animations – epileptic users can stop all running animations with the click of a button. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs, and CSS flashing transitions.
  • Content highlighting – users can choose to emphasize important elements such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered elements only.
  • Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly.
  • Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine that is linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.
  • Additional functions – we provide users the option to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.

Overview Video

Make reservations in advance or show your pass at the gate full admission is included., all reviews.

My family recently visited Charleston and the Tour Pass was the way to go! We chose the Carriage Ride, an absolute must! The Walking Ghost Tour was creepy for sure, but very entertaining and Fort Sumter was pretty cool also. We loved taking advantage of the Standard Features as well, enjoying free donuts and dole whip and the Fun Park was a highlight of the trip as well. The merchants were very friendly and happy to honor our pass. I wouldn’t go to Charleston again without taking advantage of the TourPass. 10 out 10!

Purchased the TourPass online in advance of our trip. We selected a two day pass which included 3 premium selections and as many standard selections we could fit in.

Slick, slick, slick! The premium tours tell you how many spots are available which made it easy to know if you have time to choose or pick right away. Once selected you just go at the appointed time and tell the provider you are using tourpass. Your name is on their list! Worked flawlessly!

The Standard tours is just as simple. You go, tell them you have tourpass, you click a button, the provider gives you a code which you type in and click submitt. That's it! Enjoy!

This system works great and is a savings. Makes scheduling your vist EZPZ!

If you're on the fence, buy it!

Initially, I had some amount of distrust ordering on line. Worried that tickets would not come through, etc. Mathematically pre calculated if TourPass could offer savings compared to purchasing admission tickets individually. TourPass certainly did! To get the most out of our day, I planned an aggressive itinerary. We even brought sandwiches for lunch, so as not to waste a minute. We were able to get in 6 standard tours and one featured! Our second featured tour on Red Boat was cancelled. TourPass promptly refunded this amount on my credit card. No hassle, no worries! We did the1 day St Augustine pass. The featured Trolley Tour was outstanding, as were standard tours The Oldest Store and Jail. If I ever get to Savanah or Charleston will definitely go with TourPass. They did a great job of covering St Augustine’s highlights. Their app was user friendly and showed proximity of nearby attractions, saving steps and time. Everything was so easy. It’s not often one has such a positive experience. TourPass offers value and demonstrated integrity. You can trust them.

Our tour pass was worth the price. It's actually a money saver. We took the tour of St Augustine and got our bearings. It also helped us select the attractions. The drivers were pleasant, very helpful, and steeped in St Augustine history. Simply wonderful!

This made our Savannah trip so much easier to plan and to see all the attractions we wanted. It saved me over $100. In three days, we were able to visit all the places we wanted plus more! I would highly recommend buying this tour pass!

My husband and I went to St. Augustine for 2 days and wanted to see as much as possible. By using TourPass we were able to see the most popular attractions at a greatly reduced price. I would definitely use TourPass in other cities!

Purchasing a Tour Pass was the best decision for us! We saw many more attractions that we would have without it! So efficient too! Pay once and go, go, go! We would highly recommend it!

I purchased the Savannah tour pass for 3 days, I did not use them consecutively, as I was on town for 8 days. I chose to do the Hop on Hop off Tour on my first day to give me an overview of Savannah, I rode the trolleys for a total of two loops, guide offered a different perspective on the city. I took a walking tour, Brad was awesome, 1.5 hrs of wonderful history. I rode the Paddle boat, was a bit disappointed the wheel doesn't function. I also visited Fort Pulaski on my last day in Savannah, it was a wonderful experience. Those were the 4 featured options I used. I also used multiple options from the normal options, my 2 favorites were the Square Pops and the Jepsen Art Center. I cannot express how awesome it was to be able to enter a venue, have it paid for, and just enjoy. I will purchase the Savannah Pass when I return next year, it was well worth it's value. Now I am hopeful the Charleston, SC Pass, that it is just as terrific, as I am visiting in the Fall.

This was awesome value for the money, we were in both places the first week in March with another couple and it made planning things to do much easier and the value was outstanding. We figure we saved about $100 per couple.

We purchased the two day St. Augustine TourPass and found the pass well worth the money, providing us with access to museums and tours we might have passed on had we had to pay full price to see without the pass. Highly recommend purchasing, especially if in the area for several days.

So easy! Tour passed saved us over $200 dollars. Just scan your phone and enjoy. Great way to visit St. Augustine.

Tour Pass made our trip so easy to navigate. Easy check in at all our locations! Saved us a lot of time.

My contact at Tour Pass for both Savannah and Charleston was a gentleman named Keith. He went above and beyond to help me in setting up the events/days and was extremely patient with a non-technologically adept mature individual like me. He helped every time I called and was always charming while doing so which reduced my stress level. He also assisted when a day change was needed and on a refund for an event. It felt like my sister and I had a friend in the area!

The events were good selections and the information provided for each was appreciated. What would have added to the info for tourists would have been info about parking availability.

Loved it and saved money. St Augustine is such a fun city. Makes planning and visiting soooo much easier. I’ve purchased Tour Pass in all of their cities now (Charleston, Savannah and now St Augustine).

5 stars all the way! So many worthwhile attractions to choose from. Don’t even need to think twice or research more. Worth all the money for however many days of your visit. Plus so easy to use. Enough said! We will definitely be back and buy the Tour Pass all over again.

1. New York, New York

‘Budget travel’ and ‘New York City’ are not often mentioned in the same sentence, but it can be done. You can stay outside the city, in New Jersey or southern Connecticut, and take the train to Manhattan. Once there, between taxis and the labyrinthian subway system, you certainly don’t need a car — everything is accessible on foot. If you want to see more sights than you can walk to, there are many bus tours that will show you everything you’ve come to see. Do a hop-on, hop-off tour of either Upper or Lower Manhattan, or choose a specialty tour like a filming locations tour that takes you past the places you’ve seen on the small or large screen, or have afternoon tea in a double decker bus and sightsee while you nosh.

2. Boston, Massachusetts

Boston is a very walkable city, and considering how difficult parking is, that’s a good thing. One of Boston’s most popular tourist attractions is the Freedom Trail, a two-and-a-half mile route that takes walkers from the Boston Common, past the Old North Church, to the Bunker Hill Monument, with many other historical stops — a total of 16 — along the way. One of those stops is Faneuil Hall, which has been converted into a dining and shopping mecca. You can take a walking tour with a guide who will describe each site, or you can walk it yourself at your own pace. Boston is also home to the famous Duck Boats, amphibious vehicles that take you around the city and even into the Charles River.

3. Savannah, Georgia

Savannah has a compact historic district that’s just over two miles in size, with lots of interesting things to see on foot. You can visit the birthplace of Juliette Gordon Low, who founded the Girl Scouts of America, or Forsyth Park, with its majestic fountain and the gorgeous Mansion on Forsyth Park hotel, which includes a historical hat collection. When hunger strikes, visit The Olde Pink House or Mrs. Wilkes’ Dining Room to sample some homestyle Southern cooking.

4. Nashville, Tennessee

If you’re visiting Nashville to hear live music and enjoy some adult beverages, you may never need to leave Broadway Street, the main thoroughfare in downtown Nashville. But there’s a lot more to see in Music City, and you don’t need a car to do it. There are several tourist trolleys that will take you around and show you attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Musician’s Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium and more. To get to the Grand Ole Opry, however, you’ll need to take a rideshare or taxi.

5. San Diego, California

San Diego offers beautiful beaches, parks, a world-famous zoo and an amazing dining scene. Fortunately, you can experience it all without renting a car. Public transportation is good, and the San Diego trolley light rail system will take you just about anywhere. You can plan your route using the trip planner, which will tell you whether you need a bus or trolley and which line to choose to get you where you want to go. You can also rent an electric scooter or bike, take the hop-on, hop-off Old Town Trolley Tour or ride the waterfront shuttle past the USS Midway Museum and the San Diego Maritime Museum.

6. Minneapolis, Minnesota

Minneapolis has a plethora of transportation options for the car-free tourist. The Minneapolis METRO is the light rail system, which connects many of the major tourist attractions in the twin cities, including the Mall of America and Target Field, which are accessible by the Blue Line, and the downtown areas of both Minneapolis and St. Paul, which you can get to from the Green Line. There are also Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) lines to get you from place to place. Minneapolis weather being what it is, the city also has the Skyway, a system of second-story bridges that spans over nine miles and connects restaurants, bars, theaters, professional sports venues and more, so you can walk from one place to the next without having to go outdoors.

7. New Orleans, Louisiana

Getting around in New Orleans without a car is easy. Pedicabs, rideshares and taxis abound, and you can rent a bike or scooter. For transportation that doubles as entertainment, take the St. Charles Avenue streetcar which will take you from downtown to uptown and back and runs 24 hours a day. It’s also a National Historic Landmark. A JazzyPass will get you unlimited bus and streetcar rides for $3 a day.

8. Seattle, Washington

You definitely won’t need a car in Seattle, as the city has a light rail system that will take you from the airport to downtown for about $4. Seattle has a compact downtown area, with most attractions located within about a mile of downtown. You can visit Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, the Seattle Art Museum and more. From Westlake Center, you can take a ride on the iconic monorail to get to the Space Needle, the Pacific Science Center and Chihuly Garden and Glass, among other notable locations. Or, take the light rail to Chinatown or T-Mobile Park.
