The benefits of booking via such a reputable travel agents

Lisa and Gemma at Hays travel in SELBY are fantastic. Not only did Lisa efficiently book our Jet 2 winter sun holiday, she sorted our cancellation/refund with TUI following Manchester airport issue with power failure. TUI are very difficult for customers to communicate with but Lisa took all the stress away from us and dealt with the problem on our behalf. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have booked our holiday via Hays travel, without them we could have been seriously out of pocket. Thank you ladies 👏👏

Fantastic Service & Knowledge!

Very late writing this review, but we got there! Approached Pip with very specific requests for a weekend away with friends and our trip was booked within a matter of hours! Unfortunately due to COVID it was moved about 5 times, however Pip always kept me in the loop with what was happening and we eventually got away to Wales in the most beautiful bungalow! Literally everything we asked for and it was all down to Pip's expertise! Thanks again lovely! X

First class service

We had used another travel agent and not found what we were looking for. Dale at warminster gave us options that were better suited to us. He was friendly and efficient. After booking he made sure everything was ready for us to collect, great attention to detail, I liked not having to wait about for documents to be printed as my 4 yr old was in toe. Have already recommended my aunt to visit as she is planning a holiday

Hello this was our first experience…

Hello this was our first experience booking with Haze travel I found them to be really good at sorting out are holiday was not to shore about doing an online booking as there are so many scams out there but Gemma the lady we booked it with gave us pece at mind with the whole thing she was brilliant me and the wife are looking forward to our small break in Paris next year Many thanks Rhys and Clare.

Tunisia here we come!

Went in to the Amesbury store on Saturday morning with a view of booking a holiday ‘somewhere’… we gave kids ages, dates, board and a budget. Tyler was amazing, gave us loads of options and booked car parking at Gatwick, travel insurance and a holiday we are all very much looking forward to, way under budget! Thank you so much! We can’t wait for our holiday in Tunisia next year

2nd cruise booked

We booked our 2nd cruise through Hays, the service was excellent, Sarah had so much knowledge the booking was quick and easy, We had a fantastic trip and can't wait till our next one Unfortunately we went in booked on the worst day when flights at Manchester were cancelled and so the staff were up against it. Sarah managed to do our booking and called the next day to apologise there was no need.

Lucie the Hays consultant

Lucie the Hays consultant did an amazing job, from the flights and accommodation to the tour tickets we had hope to buy, she was also able to recommend places to visit and top restaurants worth looking up while on our city break. Very pleased with the service we recieved from Lucie and will definitely be contacting her in the future for our next holiday away. 10/10

Friendly and helpful

Sarah B was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. Because we went on a Sunday she wasn’t able to book our holiday then and there but took all our details and rang and emailed me the next day with prices for flights and accommodation with alternatives for us to choose from. Once we had decided I was able to complete the booking over the phone

This was the 1st time that we had been…

This was the 1st time that we had been in the new property, we walked through the door and got a lovely reception from the staff we have worked with on a number of holidays. The friendliness was lovely from all even those that we have never seen. We then saw the lady (Katie) who has been our guide through many conversations and trips that we have enjoyed. She was very professional and did her job to the standards that Hays Travel are known for and we are looking forward to the next time we will be going into the premises for another holiday.

Great customer service

Came into the Wigan branch today to get my travel insurance for my holiday to Milan later on in the year. I had no idea on travel insurance as this is the first time I am going away but a young lady named Madeline went through this with me and ensured everything was sorted for my holiday. Madeline was polite kind and all throughout a great staff member would highly recommend her. Thanks again Madeline!

HaysTravel are the best

We have used Hays Travel at South Woodham Ferrers quite a few times now and find them extremely helpful, and very knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble and the the staff have a friendly welcome. Thank you for all your help, especially Sam our travel consultant.

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. I went to transfer a holiday. They then charged me £96 and would ring me later that week. I never heard anything I went in on 24th june the salesperson had took it upon herself to transfer to a ship she knew I didn’t want to go on I was going to wait to see if I really wanted to go on the other ship. Thanks to her I not only lost my deposit but the £96 I will never use them again I will book directly with the cruise company

Linda Burns from Hays Travel North East is very helpful

I have contacted Linda Burns from Hays travel up in the north east on the 25/06/2024 I give some ideas of when , where to and which airport from . I receive information on a variety of places and Linda translate this into a booking I Linda has booked previous holidays and i have always been happy with everything she organised

Simply the best

I can honestly say, that without Martin's help and support, we wouldn't have done half the trips away like we have. My wife and I lack so much confidence when it comes to things like booking a holiday and the step by step process. It's so stressful. Martin completely takes all our worries and stress away. Fourth time booking and second cruise

This is the fourth holiday and second cruise that Harry has arranged for us and each time he has been in the ball with help and advice, doing exactly what he said he would do. Thank you Harry for another booking done well.

Outstanding service

We received outstanding service over several days from Sarah. She researched many different options both on flights and accomodations for us to tour Toronto to Quebec and New York to Washington. She regularly emailed us with updated information and the ever changing flight prices. With her perseverance she came up with a reverse option that was good from both time and cost perspective. A great credit to the Company especially asking questions that other travel agents did not that were actually Oupertinent

Sue was brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. She gave very useful advice. As I had not travelled abroad for sometime , she answered all my questions and put me at ease about travelling. It was excellent customer service.

HAYS FOYLESIDE ALL THE WAY !!

We asked the girls in store where's best for kids and they suggested a few and we ended up picking aqua nevis resort in Bulgaria..it was brilliant and the kids loved it..we always use hays travel when we book somewhere as the staff are all so helpful and friendly and great at meeting our needs, just got bk from hols on 14th June and booked our holiday for next year with girls there yesterday..5 stars all round..thank you girls!!
