Ireland is known for it’s cliffs , and while these are not the highest Cliffs in Ireland or nearly as famous as the Cliffs of Moher they are still a stunning place to go for a walk and admire the coastal views while in Ireland’s capital. Oh! and if time allows I highly recommend sticking around for sunset !

Our guide, Mark, was so funny and such a great host. We had the best time walking around Howth and learning about Howth. He really chooses fantastic craft beer pairings for epic seafood dishes! We did this on day one of our trip and spent the next two weeks trying seafood chowder all around the country. The seafood chowder at Bloody Stream, the first stop on the tour, was one of our top picks! We had the best time and would highly recommend this tour! This very much depends on the restaurant/household. At home in Dublin my family generally sit down to Dublin by 6pm. Many restaurants will often start their dinner menu at 5pm and it is typical to have dinner between 7 and 8pm before moving on to a pub somewhere. So, what time you have dinner in Dublin will be your choice but know that no matter where you are in Dublin, you are bound to find somewhere serving food, even if you are hungry at 5pm. Note that the last service can stop in restaurants in Dublin between 10 and 11pm to allow the kitchen to prepare to close.

You can always tell our guide of any food allergies or special dietary requirements. We have had many vegetarians doing the tour with us and they all enjoyed it thoroughly. We will adapt the menu so you can fully enjoy the tour!

Unfortunately we can not accommodate gluten and lactose free diet, some of the traditional shops we go to use gluten or lactose in all their food.

Children are more than welcome to our tour! We have had many families attend from all over the world and everyone enjoyed the tour. Unfortunately the tour is not suitable for babies and very young children.

This is not a problem. Just inform our guide before the tour starts.

We give enough food to all our customers. Trust us: you will not need to go to the restaurant after the food tour!

Our tours are often sold out very quickly. If the date you requested is not available, please do not hesitate to email us and we can see if there is anything we can do. We cannot promise but we will try our best to sort something for you.

To join our food tour, you must wear comfortable shoes. There will be around 25/30 minutes walking but it is not too difficult. If you walk slowly, then our guide will walk slowly as well.

We take 12 people maximum. If you are more than 12 people, please do not hesitate to email us and we will try to see if we can accommodate a Group & Private Tours for you. We also inform you that we go through with the tour with 2 people minimum!
