Flume announces star-studded North American ‘Palaces’ tour
Tkay Maidza, Floating Points, Jon Hopkins and Tinashe are among the tour's supports
Australian producer Flume will return to North America for his first tour dates in nearly three years this April, in support of his forthcoming album ‘Palaces’.
Flume had previously been announced as part of the 2022 Coachella line-up in April, as well as Bonnaroo and New York City’s Governors Ball this June. Headlining shows for the producer have now been announced that are largely based around these festival dates. The tour will culminate with two nights at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado in early September.
Several notable support acts will join Flume for various points across the tour, including fellow Australian artist Tkay Maidza , Floating Points, Jon Hopkins and Tinashe . Also set to join the tour are Channel Tres , Jim-E Stack, Schlomo and DJ Seinfeld.
The tour will mark Flume’s first shows in North America since 2019 – which included his now-infamous appearance at the Burning Man festival. Since then, he has released a collaborative single with Toro y Moi entitled ‘The Difference’ . 2020 also saw Flume remix Eiffel 65’s 1999 hit ‘Blue’ and Danny L Harle’s ‘On a Mountain’.
He made his official return last week with ‘Say Nothing’ , featuring Australian pop singer MAY-A, which serves as the lead single from ‘Palaces’. Damon Albarn , Caroline Polachek and Kučka are also set to appear on the album, which is set for release on May 20.
Flume’s 2022 ‘Palaces (Stage 1)’ North American tour dates are:
APRIL 14 – Las Vegas, Downtown Las Vegas Events Center 16 and 23 – Indio, Coachella MAY 23 – Madison, The Sylvee 26 – Minneapolis, Armory 27 and 28 – Chicago, Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom 31 – Toronto, RBC Echo Beach JUNE 2 – Detroit, Masonic Temple Theatre 3 – Cleveland Jacobs Pavilion 4 – Columbus, Kemba Live 5 – Pittsburgh, Stage AE 8 – Washington DC, The Anthem 10 – Philadelphia, Mann Center for the Performing Arts 11 – New York, Governor’s Ball 12 – Raleigh, Red Hat Amphitheater 15 – Orlando, Orlando Amphitheater 18 – Manchester, Bonnaroo SEPTEMPBER 6 and 7 – Morrison, Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Flume, the acclaimed, GRAMMY® award-winning electronic artist, is making a stop at the Skyline Stage at the Mann on Friday, June 10 in support of his new album, Palaces, with Tinashe and Jim-E Stack!
Palaces began to take shape when Flume returned to his native Australia after struggling to write music in Los Angeles at the beginning of the pandemic. Settling in a coastal town in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Flume quickly found the inspiration he needed through reconnecting with the nature around him—the rolling hills, walking around barefoot, the green color the sky turns before a big storm, growing and eating his own vegetables, the smell of rain. As Flume continued to forge a strong connection to his surroundings, the album he wanted to make started to form, eventually adopting a title to properly highlight the luxury and magic of the natural world. Palaces is his most confident, mature, and uncompromising work to date, a true testament to nurturing the relationships that make us whole and bring us peace.
Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.com , (800) 982-2787, or the Mann Box Office . Fast lane and premier parking upgrades are available for this show.

Flume plots sprawling ‘Palaces’ world tour, details first stage of dates
In contrast to the title of Palaces ‘ lead single, “ Say Nothing ,” there’s quite a bit to say about Flume ‘s multi-stage world tour in support of Skin follow-up, and fans are chattering accordingly.
After introducing this forthcoming third studio album to the tune of the MAY-A -aided cut on February 2, the Grammy Award winner unrolled the first phase of the blueprint to an international live effort that will formally commence at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center on April 14. Bolstered by 19 other North American dates that’ll route Flume and company through cities like Chicago, New York, and Raleigh through September 7, the effort comes with a galvanizing trailer—although one’s not exactly needed to attract attendees to what’s guaranteed to be a sold-out slew of show dates.
Stints at both weekends of Coachella , Governors Ball Music Festival , Bonnaroo , and two Red Rocks Amphitheatre appearances serve as special highlights of the tour’s first stage. Support varies by city, with TSHA , Prospa , oklou, Eprom , Shlohmo , Jim-E Stack , Magdalena Bay, Chrome Sparks , Channel Tres , Jon Hopkins , DJ Seinfeld , and Tkay Maidza each set to appear at certain stops.
Pre-sale tickets will be available for purchase at 10:00 a.m. local time on February 15; general sales will begin at the same time on February 18. Both pre- and general-sale tickets are accessible here , along with a full listing of stage-one tour dates.

Flume will be taking the tour to both weekends of Coachella, Governors Ball, and Bonnaroo among the other stops he’s already announced from April through the beginning of September 2022.

Inquire about a table, about flume.
The alias of electronic musician and producer Harley Edward Streten , Flume makes atmospheric dance music inspired by house and U.K. garage. Recruiting collaborators from across genres, he rose up the main-stage ranks with his 2012 debut and his Grammy-winning 2016 sophomore effort, Skin , both of which topped the album chart in his native Australia. Flume maintained a presence on the Australian singles and U.S. dance charts with hit collaborations with London Grammar (“Let You Know”), Vera Blue (“Rushing Back”), and Toro y Moi (“The Difference”) before returning with his third long-player, 2022’s Palaces , which included the Aussie Top 20 hit “Say Nothing” featuring May-A .
Born in Australia, Streten began producing his own music in his early teens. Several years later, he won a competition held by Future Classic and subsequently signed with the label to release a 2011 EP featuring the track “Sleepless.” The following year, Flume delivered his debut self-titled solo album, which featured guest appearances from Chet Faker , Jezzabell Doran , and Moon Holiday , among others. In his homeland, it topped the ARIA album chart and went double platinum; in the U.S. it was issued on the Mom + Pop label. A deluxe edition of the debut followed in November 2013 with cred-enhancing contributions from Ghostface Killah , Boldy James , M.O.P. , and Killer Mike . The same month, he released his and Faker ‘s collaborative Lockjaw EP and toured the U.S. with Disclosure . Several ARIA Awards — including Producer of the Year, Breakthrough Artist, and Best Dance Release — were handed to him the next month.
