Missing or Damaged Items:

Although great care is taken while packing, damage does occur occasionally during transit. To help us claim the damage and speed up the reimbursement process we require that you perform the following steps:

• If the item has any damage or any content missing, please request an RTO (Return to Origin) within the first 7 days of delivery. Athletix will not take responsibility for the damaged item(s) after this period.

Cancellation or Returns/Replacements:

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us, he/she can return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All regularly stocked items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt, so long as they are unused/unopened and in the original packaging.

Our Cancellation.  We may cancel your order(s) if:

Installation:

A note should be made that equipment installation can be arranged upon customer request, but it comes at a cost that varies depending on the specific product.

However, once the installation of Fitness Equipment is done, under any circumstances, it shall not be refunded. In case, a manufacturing defect is found on the installed Fitness Equipment, it will be either replaced or repaired free of cost.

Unfulfilled Orders:

In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, we will inform the customer by email/phone. For the prepaid orders, we will issue a refund to the customer. The refund will be credited to the same mode of payment that was used to place the order.

My new perfect holster!

I recently purchased the Velo4 for my S&W 2.0 Compact 3.6” and have to say that it is the best holster I’ve seen for the 2.0 Compact. I am extremely impressed with this holster! Every issue I’ve had in the past with other brand holsters has been addressed by the Velo4…from design, compactness, retention adjustment, being secure on the belt, and comfort. I prefer tighter retention and the Velo4 allows me to adjust exactly to my preference. The built-in camming bar works perfectly, the wedge is very comfortable, and I really have no printing at all when wearing a basic T-shirt. The spring steel clips…they are NOT coming off the belt unless you want them to and absolutely stay in place all day. As far as customer service, I’ve only emailed the Tenicor team once before ordering my 1st holster above – and their response was very quick, polite, and answered all my questions. They also ship very fast! I highly recommend this holster and have found my new go to holster in the Velo4.

Been wearing my new Velo for about a week. The hype is real, it really is great! I've worn probably 5 or 6 different appendix-specific holsters over the years, and they all would print too much or would cause pain after wearing for a few hours. The Velo conceals very well, and is very comfortable with the body contour wedge. I find myself wearing a little more towards 1 o'clock than normal for that sweet spot. If it matters to anyone that is thinking about body type and concealment, I am 5'8" and about 170 lbs with decent abs. There is a reason guys like Kyle Defoor and Steve Fisher wear these holsters.

The Quality is Evident

The Velo Gen 4 is a very well designed and executed piece of kit. From the "body contour" to the "cam bar" everything is integrated into one bulletproof package that delivers on its promise. The Glocks lock into the holster with authority and release with a smooth but firm draw. The body contour and cam provide comfortable concealment with no discernible hot spots. I like the fact that the one piece construction avoids having to add on separate foam wedges or claws to perfect fitment. Simple is good. Lastly, I'd like to give a shout out to Jeff Mau and company for the prompt and excellent customer service I received when I made inquiries via email. Their guarantee makes purchase of the Velo risk free. I think that's a win-win for anyone contemplating the purchase of a new AIWB holster.

Since the inaugural tournament, Russians have won the Moscow title 15 times. I'm keen for a Medvedev vs Khachanov final. I'm pretty sure Medvedev will still play after winning Shanghai as he has stated he loves playing at home and won in St Petersburg. Also interested to see what Rublev can do. Not really sure what to make of the rest of the field. Cilic needs a few wins as he's been nowhere most of the season. Bedene got to a final a few weeks ago so if he stays in that form he will be somewhat dangerous. Not sure why the WCs have gone to such low ranked players - are they the next best ranked Russians?  

I actually think Rublev could knock out Med before the final. He's a dangerous QF opponent and he's from Moscow, so this is his hometown tournament. It's really hard to justify voting against Medvedev these days, though. Briefly considered giving Khachanov my vote, but Medvedev it is...for me.

Dzumhur, Gerasimov, Rosol, and Dubrivnyy are the qualifiers. No lucky losers as of yet.  

Med will be hard to beat, even on cruise control against this tepid draw. It's not Bash to the USSR like Peterboogie was so he should be even more comfortable. Lajovic is my trolltastic dark horse for the @tennis_pro . Honourable upsets could go to Montezuma, Alleyhash and Seppi.
