What is ZynTravel About?

ZynTravel is an MLM company operating within the travel niche.

It was created by Anthony Powell and was first launched back in 2015.

According to my research, Anthony is said to have been mentored by some of the most successful people in the MLM industry such as Mark Hughes (owner of Herbalife) as well as by one of the best self-development and motivational speakers and authors Jim Rohn (I actually love Jim Rohn myself).

Anthony also used to be a very high-rank member of Herbalife for many years. During his time in Herbalife, it is said that he made millions of dollars but most of it came by employing bad practices such as selling leads to his downline among others.

Herbalife banned this practice in 2012 and in January 2013 Anthony left Herbalife and joined another MLM company Vemma which not a lot later was shut down by the FTC due to being a pyramid scheme.

At that point, Anthony decided that he should take matters in his own hands and since he had the required experience, create an MLM of his own and not depend on other companies.

This is how Zyndio and ZynTravel came about.

You can find out more about Anthony’s story by watching the video below.

How Does ZynTravel Work?

ZynTravel is basically a company which provides discounts on travel commodities such as

  • Luxury hotels and resorts
  • Rental cars
  • Flight tickets

Those discounts are supposedly up to 85% and they are not available to the general public but can only be located through ZynTravel’s private booking discounts portal (see image below).

ZynTravel Booking Engine

So basically, the product that ZynTravel offers is nothing more than travel discounts.

However, ZynTravel doesn’t just offer you discounts for your next travels but also the opportunity to make money by getting other people to join ZynTravel as well!

With every new member you refer to ZynTravel, you earn 20% of the membership fee they paid to join. For example, if your referral pays for a ZynTravel Platinum membership which costs $499.99, you earn 20% of that which equals to $99.99.

Additionally, you will receive 5% of the membership fee of your referral’s referrals. Thus, if your referral refers another person to ZynTravel who also pays for the Platinum membership, you’ll earn 5% of $499.99 which equals to $24.99.

However, this is not all…

ZynTravel offers many more ways to earn money and many more bonuses in order for its members to be able to build a residual income.

I dive deeper into ZynTravel’s full compensation plan right below.

ZynTravel's Compensation Plan

The majority of MLM companies have so extremely complicated compensation plans that it feels like you need to have a rocket scientist doctorate to understand just their first paragraph.

ZynTravel is no exception.

In fact, ZynTravel’s compensation plan is one of the most complicated MLM compensation plans I’ve come across till now.

ZynTravel pays you money in 8 separate ways.

  • Affiliate travel site commissions
  • Affiliate referral bonus
  • Affiliate cycle bonus
  • Affiliate travel bonus
  • Affiliate matching bonus
  • Affiliate lifestyle bonus
  • Affiliate marketing bonus
  • Affiliate global bonus

If you want to find out more about how to build an income with ZynTravel through all those bonuses, go ahead and take a look at ZynTravel’s full compensation plan right here or watch the video below.

Please note that ZynTravel’s compensation plan seems to be changing over time so by the time you read this review some of the features, compensations rates, membership options, ranks, etc, might be a lot different than those that are highlighted in the pdf link and video I shared with you above.

If this is the case and you want to find out more about ZynTravel’s current compensation plan, you could contact their support team at [email protected]

How Much Does ZynTravel Cost to Join?

ZynTravel offers 3 different membership plans.

  • Gold – $199.99
  • Platinum – $499.99
  • Black Diamond – $999.99

ZynTravel - Zyndio Membership Options

Just like with the majority of MLMs, the main difference between the cheaper and more expensive membership options is your income potential.

For instance, by purchasing the Black Diamond membership you can qualify for the Affiliate Lifestyle Bonus which you can’t qualify for if you are a Gold member.

Also, as a Black Diamond member, when you complete what they call a “cycle” (having recruited 3 people who each has recruited 3 people) you can earn up to $2000 whereas as a Gold member you can only earn up to $300.

Just a heads up, those membership options seem to also be changing over time so when you come across this review they might not be accurate.

For instance, a year ago, the cheapest ZynTravel membership plan was Silver at $49.99 and the most expensive one was Platinum at $499.99.

Is ZynTravel a Pyramid Scheme

Most of the time it’s very hard to distinguish between a legit MLM company and a pyramid scheme.

Make sure to watch the video below to discover how to spot and avoid pyramid schemes in general.

The main difference between an MLM and a pyramid scheme is that MLMs give you the opportunity to earn commissions by selling actual products or services to other people in retail without having to recruit them while with a pyramid scheme the only way to earn money is by recruiting other people into the scheme.

ZynTravel might be offering a service (the discounts) but nobody can actually use them without joining the “system” by purchasing a Gold, Platinum, or Black Diamond membership with the company.

It seems like earning money with ZynTravel has very little to do with travel and more with earning commissions through affiliate recruitment.

And along with its pyramid-like compensation plan, I have to conclude that ZynTravel is a pyramid scheme.

ZynTravel Pros

1 • Experienced Leadership:  As mentioned earlier, Anthony Powell has been a pro in the MLM, direct selling, affiliate marketing, and network marketing industries for more than 25 years.

He used to be a top-rank member of Herbalife and he was even coached by the company’s owner, Mark Hughes.

It is said that before he started ZynTravel he consulted with a dozen of other MLM leaders who were earning 6 and 7-figure incomes at that time and some of them even agreed to cofound ZynTravel with him.

2 • Free Website: ZynTravel provides you a pre-made website which promotes the company upon becoming its member.

When someone who visits that pre-made website of yours signs up to ZynTravel through it, they automatically become your recruits.

If marketed the right way, this website could help you maximize your recruits and thus your earnings.

3 • Useful Service:  It’s undeniable that ZynTravel’s discounts service is very useful.

Most people are going to pay for travel at least once a year and I bet that all of them could use some good discounts on accommodation, car rentals, flights, etc.

ZynTravel’s cheapest membership costs $199.99 + $29.99 so if you pay for it now and tomorrow you book a vacation and get a total discount of $500, you have saved more than $250.

The only problem is that you can’t know exactly how small or big the discounts you’ll be able to find will be and so if you end up getting a total discount which is less than what you paid for your ZynTravel membership, you’ve lost money.

And rumor has it that ZynTravel’s discounts are not as big as they claim them to be and sometimes they might be equal or even smaller than the discounts you’ll be able to find through all the mainstream booking engines such as booking.com, Trivago, Expedia, etc.

4 • Provides Training: Something that the majority of MLMs don’t offer to their newly recruited members is proper training on how to actually make money with the company (no wonder that such a small percentage of MLM participants manage to make a profit).

ZynTravel offers some basic training on your personal affiliate back office, to help you understand how the company works, its compensation plan, how to market your website, as well as how to maximize your recruits and profits.

Better some than none…

ZynTravel Cons

1 • Very Expensive Memberships: I’d never pay $199.99 + $29.99 + $19.99 per month for a small chance of getting a big discount on my travel when I can do my research and find normal discounts for free.

2 • It’s a Pyramid Scheme: Yup, Zyndio is a pyramid scheme.

While this doesn’t mean that it’s impossible to make some money with the company, be aware that pyramid schemes are extremely volatile and have very short expiration dates.

And even if they don’t collapse by themselves, when the attention of some regulatory body such as the FTC falls upon them, they will get closed down anyway.

Plus, if the chances of earning money with a normal MLM are 1%, the chances of earning money with a pyramid scheme are way less.

3 • Overly complicated compensation plan:  Travel commission bonuses, referral bonuses, cycles, 2×3 matrixes, various percentages, different ranks, pools, pods, blah blah blah…

A person who is relatively new to MLMs will absolutely have a great difficulty to get a hang of ZynTravel’s entire compensation plan.

And truthfully, I believe that MLMs make their compensation plans so complicated deliberately in order to confuse people into joining them.

I am not making things up…

Did you know that according to research, complexity sells better than simplicity?

This is actually called “complexity bias” and marketers use it all the time.

They do this by incorporating confusing language or insignificant details into product packaging or sales copy.

Most people who buy “ammonia-free” hair dye, or a face cream which “contains peptides,” don’t fully understand what those claims mean but they see them and imagine that they signify a product that’s superior to alternatives.

People are way more likely to choose a complex product rather than a simple one based on the assumption that the simple one is way too simple to really work as expected or that the complicated one is way too complicated not to really work.

4 • Lots of Negative Testimonials:  While digging around the internet for more information on ZynTravel, I came across a ton of negative comments about the company.

Most of them stated that ZynTravel’s booking portal offers no discounts and that in some cases, it even displayed higher prices than those of mainstream booking companies.

Below, you can take a look for yourself at some of those comments.

ZynTravel Zyndio Negative Testimonial 1

I don’t want to be completely biased here so I want to point out that among all those negative comments about ZynTravel there were also some positive ones which claimed that the company is legit with great discounts offering the potential to earn a lot of money.

However, the ratio was like 1 positive comment to 20 negative ones and those positive ones could as well be comments from ZynTravel’s recruiters.

Is ZynTravel Suggested?

I wouldn’t join ZynTravel mostly because it’s a pyramid scheme.

A similar but more legit MLM in the travel niche that you might want to check out is iBuumerang .

To tell you the truth, personally, I am not at all fond of MLMs in general.

  • Their success rate is awfully low
  • They are extremely volatile
  • You need to invest a ton of money, time, and energy until you manage to make a profit (if you ever actually make a profit)
  • And most of them focus on recruiting people instead of pushing an actual valuable and beneficial product or service in retail

Plus, in order to make money with most MLMs, you’ll have to turn into a sleazy salesperson and I really hate selling. And I really hate being sold to.

Excellent review on Zyndio!

There seem to be several ways to earn money by referring ZynTravel but I have a question about it which is very important to me.

Is it possible for me to earn more money with just 5 recruits as long as they keep buying the service?

Thanks a lot in advance!

When your recruits purchase travel you earn commissions. Also when your recruits recruit even more people, you earn more commissions.

The 3×2 Matrix is the quickest, most effective method of compensation within ZynTravel.

3×2 means you must fill one 12-position membership tree, distributed as follows:

3 positions in your first level,

each of which has 3 positions below forming a total of 9 positions on your second level.

Each time this cycle occurs, you earn income.

In short, you can earn money with just 5 recruits but be aware that the more people you recruit to ZynTravel, the more money you’ll probably earn.

Your income with ZynTravel also depends on the membership you will purchase.

Black Diamond members earn the highest amount of income.

I hope this helps!

MLM’s are always so scammy.

It’s a real shame that they try to fleece people out of their money at every turn. I’ve never heard of Zyndio before but I’m not surprised it’s just like all the others.

I completely agree with you about companies making their plans complicated to confuse people and it’s so frustrating. Interesting that they’ve done studies confirming what we thought.

Hmm, I’ll have to look into that.

Here’s the link –>  https://fs.blog/2018/01/complexity-bias/

Thanks for leaving a comment 🙂

Your analysis of the ZynTravel business opportunity is fantastic. I love your detailed explanation of the company as well as the large volume of general MLM performance statistics you shared. It gives your readers a vital view of this type of online money-making opportunity.

My question for you is this:

Since it is clear that this is a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in most countries, do you know if ZynTravel is still approved to operate as a business by the relevant financial institution like the FTC?

I am glad that you liked my review, Chris!

I don’t really know how to answer your question because I don’t know the exact modus operandi of FTC but I am guessing that they won’t start investigating every single company on the face of the Earth until maybe someone brings to their attention that the company keeps employing practices which are not in accordance with FTC’s regulations.

Quoting FTC

“We conduct investigations, sue companies and people that violate the law, develop rules to ensure a vibrant marketplace, and educate consumers and businesses about their rights and responsibilities. We collect complaints about hundreds of issues from data security and deceptive advertising to identity theft and Do Not Call violations, and make them available to law enforcement agencies worldwide for follow-up.”

I hope this answers your question 🙂

A very informative and comprehensive review of the Zyndio (ZynTravel) MLM company!

The monthly fees of the company would be affordable but paying $199-$999 after that to get different levels of memberships sounds pretty expensive.

I knew the stats of MLMs were generally pretty bad but according to FTC, they are even worse than I thought.

ZynTravel sounds like a portal where you get some travel discounts and try to recruit more people to do the same right?

In my opinion, it has nothing special to offer for members outside of the richest (first?) 1-5%.

If it were only for the monthy $19.99 membership fee Zyndio would be highly affordable. But when you add those one-time payments, the whole picture just gets uglier.

ZynTravel is exactly as you said. A portal to get travels discounts while earning money by referring other people to sign up for the portal themselves.

I totally agree with you!

Pyramid schemes are usually only profitable to some of those who are lucky enough to get in first when the market hasn’t yet been saturated, negative reviews haven’t been published, and people are eager to jump in and try out new promising opportunities.

Thanks for this detailed review of  Zyndio (ZynTravel).

I have been a victim of a few MLM schemes years back and since then I have completely lost my faith in them. But sadly I keep on getting news of people falling prey to MLM businesses regularly.

Also, I appreciate the detailed stats and figures provided by FTC regarding the success rates of MLM that you highlighted. Its a revelation for anyone looking to join Zyndio or any other MLM.

I am sure your review will save many people a lot of wasted time, money, and frustration which MLMs could cause.

Thanks for your kinds words, Nick.

I surely hope so 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to write this ZynTravel review.

I know how pyramid schemes can be very stressful and unadvisable because I have read a lot reviews before on various pyramid schemes which harmed a lot of people.

I was introduced to this ZynTravel by my partner and I am glad I am reading all this before jumping in the company.

I never realized that ZynTravel had such a bad record.

I am glad that I was able to help you out!

Getting paid to travel seems rather interesting to me until I saw that this platform is an MLM business model and I got uninterested in it.

Zyndio or Zyntravel, whatever it is called, seems very awesome as a platform and the kind of leadership it has, really gives reassurance of its legitimacy.

But everything comes with a but.

Over the time I have spent in the online making money world, I have understood that MLMs cause more people to cry and lose money than win a penny.

That’s enough for me to lose interest in it.

Also, the cost to join is high.

I don’t see myself joining this at all.

At first glance, Zyndio indeed feels legit and unique.

But when you dig deeper and realize how rotten the MLM industry is everything changes.

Also, consider that all those people, like Anthony Powell, who have a lot of experience in direct and network marketing know how to draw people in by making illegitimate stuff sound legit and awesome.

This article will help a lot of people know more about these MLMs and pyramid schemes and understand how to deal with them.

I personally don’t recommend MLMs to anyone because after studying them a lot I’ve discovered that it’s always a dead end.

About the travel niche, how well do you recommend it, is it very sellable?

According to the World  Travel  &  Tourism  Council (WTTC), global  tourism  generated $7.6 trillion in 2014, making it one the world’s fastest-growing and largest sectors continuously growing for the last eight consecutive years.

So yes, the travel niche is extremely sellable.

This also means that it will be highly competitive as well.

I hope this covers you!

Oops, Zyndio or Zyntravel actually seems like a unique platform that could work well if better optimized.

Unfortunately, they are a pyramid scheme. The complaints and bad testimonials from actual ex-members are not encouraging. The cost is a lot to maintain.

I am not going to join them.

I don’t want to risk my money on them.

Thanks for the review!

I agree that Zyndio could be a great company if they made some adjustments and maybe offer an opportunity to sell their service in retail without having to recruit other people.

Another MLM who does exactly that is iBuumerang .

Indeed, ZynTravel is not worth the risk…

Oh dear, yet another work from home option that has opted to rely on recruitment for it’s main ‘money making’ route – I thought this type of setup was now illegal?

I find most of these MLMs have pretty lame and overpriced products, what are the travel commodities that Zyndio offers like? Are they also overpriced and pretty much run-of-the-mill?

According to the FTC, pyramid schemes are indeed illegal operations.

Zyndio doesn’t offer any actual travel commodities. They just give their members access to a booking engine which is supposed to locate huge discounts for travel commodities such as hotels, car rentals, flights, etc.

I hope this helps.

Zyn maker halts online sales of its popular nicotine pouches in the US

Containers of Zyn, a Phillip Morris smokeless nicotine pouch.

The company behind the popular Zyn brand smokeless nicotine pouches has suspended online sales in the United States, citing an investigation into its flavored products.

Tobacco giant and Zyn parent company Philip Morris International announced Monday that the decision was in response to a subpoena from the District of Columbia attorney general requesting information about online sales of its flavored Zyn pouches, flavors of which include cool mint, peppermint, wintergreen, spearmint, cinnamon, coffee, and citrus.

The Washington, D.C., city council banned the sale of all flavored tobacco and flavored synthetic nicotine products in October 2022. The prohibition includes any flavor other than tobacco.

"Our preliminary investigation indicates that there have been sales of flavored nicotine pouch products in D.C., predominantly related to certain online sales platforms and some independent retailers," Philip Morris International said in a statement. "In the event of an unfavorable outcome related to this matter, a material liability is reasonably possible though not estimable at this time."

Phillip Morris reaffirmed that all online buyers of Zyn products are "fully age-gated" and vetted to ensure they are 21 years of age or older before they can make a purchase. The company also said it is committed to ensuring its compliance with all laws and regulations.

Unlike traditional smokeless tobacco products, Zyn pouches do not contain tobacco leaf or any other plant material and are branded as an "alternative to smoking or dipping."

ZynTravel Review: Traveling with the Opportunity to Make Money, But Is Zyndio Worth It?

January 25, 2017 By Vicky Leave a Comment

zyn travel

We love to travel, so this company made me really curious. I’ve also worked in the travel industry so I do no a few things about it.

We do a lot of flying back and forth to Sweden, so international regular flights. I was skeptic but curious if you could get good offers on these flights or if ZynTravel offers discounts on certain hotels and resorts…

Let’s take a closer look.

ZynTravel Review

Website: ZynTravel

Company: Zyndio

Zyndio the Company

“ Zyndio ” is the actual company, and ZynTravel is the product.  Anthony Powell, who is well known in the multi-level marketing (MLM) arena started up the company with a group of his “leaders” after he posed the question to them about what the ultimate company would consist of for success.

Five components were identified:

  • Highest Paying Compensation Plan
  • Revolutionary Products
  • Automated Sales Funnel
  • eTraining System
  • Leadership Development Machine

…and the company idea was conceived.

Anthony drew upon the knowledge he received from his mentors like Mark Hughes, Jim Rohn, and Larry Thompson and began to put together a plan that would be good for his people as well as a great money making venture.  He was looking to create an opportunity that heavily favored the affiliate—increasing their opportunity to earn more from the MLM business.

Though his background in the industry was more concentrated on selling health products, he decided to enter the business of travel which generates trillions of dollars each year.  Anthony wanted to bring a new twist to the market which he thought would benefit those who partnered with him as affiliates.

There were companies already in the travel industry like Global Travel International , Avoya Travel , and KHM Travel .  Each offering the opportunity to become an independent travel agent with the opportunity to make additional money from selling travel to others.  They were slightly different, however, in their approach.

Anthony Powell wanted to define the element of being a multi-level marketing company more and reduce the involvement of some of the middlemen.  Therefore, he got rid of the middle wholesale distributors, bought more of the travel packages directly at an 85% discount and provided more benefits to the affiliates.  At these prices, he believed the company and affiliates could offer better deals to their customers and could get better rates for themselves.

For now, the company products are travel related like flight and cruise packages, along with bookings for hotel rooms and time shares.  Here’s a screen shot from their website. As you can see it looks like any travel site where you can book, flights, hotel, car rental and time shares.

Zyntravel review

What made me curious is if they have good deals on everything or if it’s just these specific offers?

I tried to do a flight search but this message came up…

zyn travel

So I need to either be a customer or have a promo code.

I see a promo code button click that and get a sign-up box…

zyn travel

I tried to sign up but the form kept saying invalid email address. (Which I now it’s not, wonder if it’s because I’m not “registered” with them)

This is where the MLM comes in. To me, this is incredibly annoying that you can’t even check the products out before signing up or becoming a customer…

The next question is how do you actually make money with ZynTravel?

How Do You Make Money with ZynTravel and Zyndio?

As an affiliate, you would join in at one of the three levels—which used to be Silver, Gold, and Platinum . With monthly costs of silver $49.99 monthly, gold $199.99 monthly and platinum $499.99 monthly.

These levels have now been replaced with the following, gold, platinum and black diamond.

As an affiliate, you would be paid mostly by commission.  The buy-in for Gold Level is $200; for Platinum Level, it is $500; and for Black Diamond (which they say is the most popular) it is $999.99…  so, a cool Thousand dollars if you just ad a penny to it .  After that, you’ll also have a set up fee of $29.99 as well as a monthly fee of $19.99.

zyn travel

They also offer preferred memberships, ZynEscapes , with silver, gold, platinum and black diamond memberships. This is another $75, $100, $150 or $200 in additional monthly costs.

Let’s look at the compensation plan  (the only one I could find was an old one from 2015) for some more details on how you can get paid.

There are 8 ways to get paid, commission and 7 different bonuses.

How to Make a Commission

Customer travel commission 2015 is paid as follow:

  • Platinum 100%

These are the old membership levels, if we look at the new ones according to the new membership chart, they have lowered the commission for the higher levels and everybody is making the same commission.

  • Platinum 25%
  • Black Diamond 25%

Now, this is commission on commission. So NOT the commission on the sales price.

Let’s just play with some numbers because Zyndio doesn’t really reveal the commission they are making.

Say that you sell an airplane ticket for $1000, commission on airfare is usually not much my guess would be 3%, not sure what Zyndio is receiving, but let’s play along. If that’s the case, Zyndio makes $30, you will then make 25% of that $30, $7.5.

Some would probably find the recruiting part being more financially beneficial.

How to Earn Bonuses

There are 7 bonuses that you can earn from

Let’s take a closer look at the two first one’s referral and cycle bonuses.

Referral Bonus

This is made when you refer somebody else into the Zyndio program.

You earn 20% of the membership fee of the members that you personally recruit. So that would be 3 people. When these 3 people have recruited 3 people each you have completed a full cycle and can start a new one. On the second level, your recruits, recruits you earn 5%.

zyn travel

Cycle Bonuses

Simply put, each one of the 3 membership levels builds upon the benefits of the one below it which gives you access to a few more ‘features’ in the program.  They call this a cycle tree. Your potential to maximize your income comes in when you add just three people to your team.  Oh, and they each have to add three more to themselves –for a total of twelve people on your selling team. Doing that and you complete a cycle and earn a cycle bonus.

12 people might not seem like much, but it might not be as easy as it sounds, getting people to pay these high fees.

Although I find some lack of information in this compensation plan, how much Zyndio is making in commission, for example, I do find it pretty simple and easy to understand. That is a good sign because so many MLM opportunities have compensation plans that nobody can understand, with legs here and RV there.

Potential Income with Zyndio

It is hard to get an accurate overview of what you can possibly make since the commission is a little bit of an unknown.

But say that we focus on recruiting people, how much would you make with your first circle if you were signed up for the gold membership and your recruits did the same.

So you would pay $199.99 + $29.99 + $19.99 monthly fee, say that it takes 3 months to complete one cycle of 12 people.

Total cost would be $289.99 (I included 3x monthly fee)

Commission would be $40 x 3 for first level = $120 in referral bonus

Commission would be $10 x 9 for second level = $90 in referral bonus

A total of $210 + cycle bonus if you complete the whole cycle, not sure exactly what the cycle bonus would be.

If you don’t fill the whole cycle you wouldn’t even earn back what you spent…

Final Thoughts / Is ZynTravel or Zyndio Worth It?

Having looked at the other option of being a work-at-homeI travel agent—similar to what Anthony Powell and his people are offering, honestly, I’d rather choose the other option.  In Anthony’s model, the payout might be bigger, but it seems like you’ll be more focused on building the business side more than working on your clientele.  However, the buy-in is larger too.

I would recommend making a solid comparison to other companies out there, or even consider starting your own travel site and work as an affiliate with legit programs. You could in fact set up your own site and team up as an affiliate with programs like TripAdvisor, and other well known travel companies.

You’ll need to decide if you want to spend your time building a down line and having to maintain it.  Or , if you’d rather have clients that you help plan travel for.

It is sometimes hard and difficult to figure out how much others are willing to do in multi-level marketing .  The concept seems like a lot of fun when you first think about it.  You take something that you really like to do; you tell others about it and get them to do it too!  And everybody makes money!

But, when you think a little harder until you reach the point of reality and soberness and say, “ okay, I like to travel.  How can I make a business out of the travel industry ”, and “ do I really want to to manage a team of people—while I’m trying to have fun with travel ?”, and “how much do I want to invest in this venture?”… then, you’ll begin to see the seriousness of your decision to get involved with multilevel marketing.

My final thoughts about any type of multi-level marketing, regardless of what it is—will usually be the same:   You have to count the total cost .  Even though some people have the ability to make multi-level marketing look easy and fun; and make it seem like a game, it isn’t.  It is a very serious business .

You are not only taking on responsibility for yourself, but also for those you have decided to convince to join you.  And, you really need to consider the cost for them as well.   Often, buy-in for those programs can be upward of $500; along with the monthly costs that are involved by either paying for maintenance or products to keep your membership active.  If you don’t have the budget to maintain, you lose everything.  That is something you don’t often hear about or is said, but definitely needs to be considered.

As I see it, you now have 4 options.

  • Zyntravel and Zyndio are the way for you to go if it is I wish you good luck.
  • You love to travel and want to help others plan trips on your own terms, setting up your own website .
  • Combine Zyntravel with your own website, nothing says you can’t do both.
  • None of the above is really for you.

If you are interested in finding out more about setting up your own travel site and run it on your own terms, then I suggest you take a look at this article – how to set up a website and make money with it.

I would love to hear what direction you will be taking, will you go with Zyndio or maybe set up your own travel site?

Also if you have additional information of ZynTravel or Zyndio I would love to hear from you.

In this post, we will talk about Zyntravel, which is now known as Zyndio. It’s a multi-level marketing (MLM) company that claims to offer travel discounts and an opportunity to make money, too.

We’ll discuss what it's about if it’s a scam or not, pros and cons of joining the program, and more so be sure to read this Zyntravel review from the beginning up to the end.

What Is Zyntravel About?

Zyntravel is an MLM or network marketing company that claims to help you “relax and earn the residual income to live the life you've always wanted.”

It’s under the travel niche and it’s nothing unique. In fact, there are other similar programs I’ve reviewed in the past that offers the same opportunity, such as:

  • InteleTravel
  • Traveling Vineyard
  • JIFU Travel
  • Evolution Travel

Basically, they offer travel discounts to their members and an opportunity to make money by selling and recruiting, which is common for MLM platforms.

ZynTravel or Zyndio is founded by Robert O’Brien and Anthony Powell .

Other than Zyntravel, I can’t find anything about Robert but when it comes to Anthony, I think that guy’s well-known, although not mostly for good reasons.

Based on my research, Anthony became popular during his times with Herbalife. He was coached by some of the best mentors and successful people in the network marketing industry, such as Mark Hughes (founder of Herbalife) and Jim Rohn, a well-known author and motivational speaker.

But as I’ve mentioned, Powell was mostly known for his bad reputation. Despite making millions from being a high-rank member of Herbalife, it was because of unethical practice. Apparently, Anthony has been selling leads to his downline and the heavy attention placed on recruitment has resulted in FTC complaints .

Because of this, Herbalife banned this practice in 2012 and a year after, Powell left the company and joined Vemma, another health and wellness MLM that has stopped operating after being called a pyramid scheme by the FTC.

If you’re confused with MLM and a pyramid scheme, here’s the main difference: MLM has tangible products to sell and although they recruit people to join the platform, they focus more on sales. A pyramid scheme, on the other hand, has no real products and if they do, they put more attention on recruitment.

Here’s a quick video explaining the difference between the two:

Anyway, after the shutdown of Vemma, Anthony founded Zyntravel in 2015.

ZynTravel Product Line

As mentioned, the brand provides discounts on the following services:

  • Luxury Hotels And Resorts
  • Rental Cars

The discount offered is around 85% but it can only be accessed by its members since it’s located in a private portal.

How To Make Money With Zyntravel?

Like any MLM program, you make money by selling and recruiting and with Zyntravel’s case, you are going to sell the membership so basically, it’s like recruiting also.

For every newly recruited member, you’ll get a 20% commission and it depends on the membership purchased. So if they get the most expensive one (Black Diamond), which costs $999.99, you’ll earn $199.99.

In addition, you get another 5% for every referral of your downline. Let’s say your downline’s recruit purchased Black Diamond, you’ll get $49.99.

But wait, there’s more!

ZynTravel compensates its members through these options:

  • Affiliate Cycle Bonus
  • Affiliate Global Bonus
  • Affiliate Lifestyle Bonus
  • Affiliate Marketing Bonus
  • Affiliate Matching Bonus
  • Affiliate Referral Bonus
  • Affiliate Travel Bonus
  • Affiliate Travel Site Commissions

If you want to learn more about ZynTravel’s compensation plan, you can watch the video below:

Is ZynTravel A Scam?

From what I see, ZynTravel is not a scam.

Although I am a bit skeptical about it. For one, there’s little to no detail on its website about the company and its founders and the only way to reach them is via email. Also, their social media account, which is only  Facebook , is not updated anymore.

In addition, the reputation of their founder, Anthony Powell, is a drawback. Herbalife, which is a well-known company, has received complaints because of his unethical practices and although there’s no solid proof that he’s the reason why Vemma has been shut down, it’s still a red flag.

On top of this, the price of their membership (to be discussed below) is expensive so if I were you, I’d rather find another MLM platform or better yet, another option, such as affiliate marketing.

In case you’ve never heard of affiliate marketing before, it works like this:

You create content or post and attach a link to it; once a visitor clicks the link and completes an action (for example, sign up for a newsletter or purchase a product), you will receive a commission.

It’s a good opportunity to try when you have no capital but you want to start a business.

Here Is My Top Recommendation to Start Highly Profitable Online Business from Comfort Of Your Home

I honestly don’t like anything about this platform so I’ll just discuss the cons instead.

Founder Has Bad Reputation

Anthony Powell has a bad reputation and although he’s good at marketing, I won’t be comfortable joining this program. If you search his name online, you can see blogs/vlogs about him linking him to scams.

For me, this is more than enough to scare me away.

Expensive Membership Fees

The cheapest membership fee is $50 and the most expensive one is $999.99. In addition, you have other fees to shoulder and considering the background of the company, I don’t think it’s lucrative.

Little To No Details About The Company

On their website, you can't find any essential detail about the owner or the company itself. Even the contact details provided is just an email address. I don't know why this company has failed to become transparent to their aspiring members. Are they hiding anything?

Who Is It For?

With all the drawbacks, I can’t recommend this to anyone. If you like traveling and you want to make money with it, I suggest that you try other MLM platforms under similar niches, such as:

Final Opinion/Verdict

I can’t directly tell if ZynTravel is a scam or a legit program, I think I’ll leave it for you to judge.

But then again, there are just too many drawbacks, especially with the founder itself. Powell has just too many complaints against him and it poses a negative impact on his leadership. Another thing is the company; there is no information about it and if you want to become a member, wouldn’t it be better if you can learn more about it before joining the program?

That being said, I can’t recommend it to you. I suggest that you ignore this and look for another option instead.

Zyn shortage: Philip Morris suspends online sale of popular nicotine pouches

Phillip morris says zyn sold online makes up only a small percentage of their products nationwide, article bookmarked.

Phillip Morris announced online sales are stopping on Zyn.com as the company faces a subpoena from the Washington, DC, attorney general

Tobacco company Philip Morris International is suspending online sales on Zyn.com after finding their affiliate may have illegally sold products in the nation’s capital.

Swedish Match North America, an affiliate of the tobacco giant who owns the nicotine pouch brand Zyn , faces a subpoena in Washington, DC. The district’s Attorney General has zero’ed on Zyn sales and if they comply with a 2022 ban on flavored tobacco and flavored synthetic nicotine .

Zyn pouches are small, nicotine-filled pouches that a user places between their gums and their upper lip. The products do not contain tobacco, the company says. Zyn pouches also differ from snus — another oral nicotine product — because they contain nicotine powder, rather than shredded tobacco leaf.

Zyn.com is halting sales after Phillip Morris’ preliminary investigation revealed the flavored nicotine pouches may have been sold in Washington, DC, mostly from online sales and independent sellers, according to a statement . As the company reviews its “sales and supply chain arrangements,” it will no longer be selling products online as an “initial remedial measure.”

“In the event of an unfavorable outcome related to this matter, a material liability is reasonably possible though not estimable at this time,” the company said in a statement.

The pause on online sales does not mean Zyn products are going away — sales on the Zyn website have made up a small percentage of “nationwide Zyn volumes” since Phillip Morris bought the company, according to their statement.

Zyn products have been a point of controversy for months.

In January, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called for regulators to investigate the nicotine pouches, citing their appeal to teenagers. The Food and Drug Administration says it is watching underage use of nicotine products .

Roughly 1.5 percent of high school and middle schoolers reported using nicotine last year, the FDA said, much lower than the 10 percent of students who reported using e-cigarettes.

Philip morris halts zyn’s online sales in us after subpoena.

(Bloomberg) -- Philip Morris International Inc. stopped online sales of its popular nicotine pouch brand Zyn in the US after receiving a subpoena in the District of Columbia related to flavored products that are banned there.

Philip Morris said its preliminary investigation indicated that there have been sales of flavored pouches in DC, “predominantly related to certain online sales platforms and some independent retailers.” The order was served to affiliate Swedish Match North America LLC, the company said in a filing.

The tobacco company said it could face an unspecified “material liability” if there is “an unfavorable outcome” related to the matter, adding that it will comply with the request for information.

Any potential fine is likely to be “a few million dollars rather than a few hundred million dollars,” said Barclays analyst Gaurav Jain, as relatively few flavored pouches are sold online and not all e-commerce retailers sell flavored pouches.

“More broadly though, it does raise questions around the checks and balances that exist at Zyn.com as it is in the phase of rapid growth,” he said in a note to clients.

Shares of Philip Morris fell as much as 2.7% in New York trading after analysts raised the possibility that enforcement actions could go beyond DC. The stock is up about 7% in the past 12 months.

Sales Impact

“A valid question will be how many sales come from other online platforms and independent retailers that are not only selling into DC, but also potentially other states/localities that have flavor bans,” said Jefferies analyst Owen Bennett, noting flavor bans on nicotine and tobacco restrictions across 400 localities and five states.

Zyn, which delivers nicotine to users via small pouches resembling tea bags placed between the gum and upper lip, has been a growth engine for Philip Morris in the US. The surge in popularity of the pouches, which don’t contain tobacco, has led to supply shortages as demand rises.

The product has drawn criticism from lawmakers, including Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer, for allegedly targeting young people.

Philip Morris, which sells Marlboro cigarettes outside the US, acquired Zyn maker Swedish Match in 2022 with a $16 billion takeover, giving it a US distribution network and new smoke-free products. It has since ramped up marketing for Zyn, and US shipments of the pouches rose nearly 80% to 131.6 million cans during the company’s first quarter.

Zyn has become a popular subject on social media for some conservative influencers, with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson decrying the push to restrict sales of the pouches.

Pouches made under the Velo brand by British American Tobacco Plc have benefited from Zyn supply shortages in the US and could gain more traction if Zyn sales are impacted, the Jefferies report said.

If Philip Morris finds that sales of flavored Zyn products in places where they are banned “is a common occurrence, and takes actions to put an end to this, it is possible that the impact on sales could become more meaningful,” Bennett said.

Zyn, already in short supply, pauses selling nicotine pouches online

  • Zyn has stopped online sales after receiving a subpoena from the District of Columbia.
  • DC banned flavored tobacco products, including nicotine pouches, in October 2022.
  • Online sales make up a "very small" share of overall sales, Zyn's parent company said.

Insider Today

Zyn, which was already in short supply in some stores, could get tougher to buy after the company halted online sales.

On Monday, the maker of the popular nicotine pouch said the company received a subpoena from the District of Columbia's attorney general about sales of flavored products. Zyn's flavors include peppermint, cinnamon, and citrus.

Flavored tobacco products, including flavored nicotine pouches, have been banned in DC since October 2022.

Zyn parent company Philip Morris International said it intends to comply with the subpoena.

"Our preliminary investigation indicates that there have been sales of flavored nicotine pouch products in D.C., predominantly related to certain online sales platforms and some independent retailers," PMI said in a statement on Monday.

The company said a "material liability is reasonably possible," and that Zyn.com sales make up a "very small" share of nationwide sales volumes. In February, PMI said that it shipped nearly 385 million cans of pouches in the US in 2023, 62% higher than its 2022 shipments.

Related stories

Zyn produces two "unflavored" varieties called Smooth and Chill — these are advertised as "Flavor Ban approved" on its website. It is unclear if these two varieties are allowed for sale in DC.

Similar flavored tobacco bans are also in place in California, New York, and Massachusetts.

PMI did not immediately respond to BI's request for comment sent outside standard business hours. Zyn's website said it expects to restart shipments "in the coming weeks."

Zyn has also been on the government's radar for underage sales.

In April, the Food and Drug Administration said it sent 119 warning letters to retailers and filed 41 civil complaints for sales of Zyn to underage buyers last year and this year. In its statement about the DC subpoena, PMI said only those 21 and above can access Zyn's website.

Medical experts and research studies warn nicotine — including in pouches — can be addictive and can have harmful effects on the body, including its cardiovascular and respiratory systems, BI previously reported.

A suspension of online sales could worsen the Zyn shortage , which has caused a frenzy among loyal fans of the chewing-gum-like nicotine pouches.

PMI's chief financial officer acknowledged the shortages in recent conferences and said that the company is looking to fill supply chain gaps by the end of the year.

Why the Marine Corps’ LVSR Is a Real-Life Optimus Prime

zyn travel

When humanity needed a hero to save Earth from Megatron and the Decepticons, Optimus Prime was the hero who stepped up to the challenge. The transforming Autobots don’t actually exist, but the U.S. military could no doubt use that kind of technology -- and, in a way, they already have something pretty close.

It’s not science fiction; it’s the Oshkosh Defense LVSR -- also known as “the wrecker.”

In truth, the wrecker is only one of three forms the LVSR can take. All three are impressive feats of engineering, though. Anyone who appreciates trucks, military technology and gratuitous feats of strength should be a lifelong fan of this platform.

Lame Name, Awesome Truck

Need massive shipments of fuel delivered to remote outposts? The LVSR can deliver.

LVSR stands for Logistics Vehicle System Replacement. The Marine Corps inked a contract with Oshkosh Defense for the vehicle in 2006 to (you guessed it) replace the Logistics Vehicle System that had served as the Corps’ heavy hauler since 1985.

At the time, Oshkosh Defense announced that the Marine Corps had agreed to purchase between 1,592 and 1,900 LVSRs for $740.2 million. Three years later, a subsequent contract added more than 425 trucks, 170 armor kits and 270 weapon-mounting kits. This tacked on another $176 million.

The outgoing LVS was a hoss, make no mistake. It moved all kinds of heavy cargo across unforgiving terrain for 21 years. But rising challenges in Iraq and Afghanistan called for something new. The LVSR didn’t just need to be stronger, both in terms of payload and the ability to survive blasts from improvised explosive devices, but needed to do multiple jobs.

The LVSR can take the shape of a wrecker, tractor or cargo carrier.

The MKR15 wrecker gets much of the glory. This is the Marine Corps’ tow truck. The platform also provides the MKR16 tractor. Think of the MKR16 as a fifth-wheel towing rig, only larger in every dimension, stronger and capable of going just about anywhere. Finally, there’s the MKR18 cargo truck. This truck’s load-hauling system (LHS) doesn’t just carry heavy containers of equipment; it can load and unload them by itself with a heavy-duty hydraulic system.

All three variants are built on the same platform, which separates the cab and powertrain from the job-specific rear portion of the truck. This streamlines production, training and maintenance. It wasn’t easy to pull off, but it’s an incredible asset on the battlefield.

LVSR: By the Numbers

The LVSR is the closest thing we have to an armored centipede war robot.

When the first LVSR hit the fleet in 2006, it had some pretty impressive stats.

It came with integrated mounting points so units could add armor plating prior to deploying to a combat zone. Oshkosh Defense’s sophisticated TAK-4 suspension and 10-wheel drive made it almost impossible to get stuck. Four-wheel steering made the LVSR more agile in tight spaces than the Army ’s Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT), which is based on the same platform.

As the truck publication Diesel Army reports, the combination of a 600-horsepower Caterpillar C15 turbo-diesel engine and a robust seven-speed Allison 4700SP transmission propelled the LVSR to a top speed of 65 mph on pavement and 40 mph off-road. The original press release from Oshkosh Defense notes that the LVSR could also haul a 33,000-pound payload.

And yet, it was also surprisingly simple to operate and maintain. The same type of fluid lubricated the engine, transmission, transfer case and hydraulics. This is the kind of design that comes from hands-on experience rather than a boardroom, and it made the LVSR easy to work on in austere conditions.

Fun fact: With a trailer, the LVSR is roughly the length of one Afghan compound -- an admittedly imprecise measurement.

Since then, Oshkosh has bumped up those numbers significantly. The 600-horsepower power plant remains, but the original payload of 33,000 pounds looks like a casual warm-up compared to what the platform can toss around now.

According to Oshkosh Defense , the big dog of the three variants, the wrecker, can pull 20,000 pounds with the front winch, tow 53,000 pounds with the rear pintle, pull 78,000 pounds with the rear winches, lift and tow 96,000 pounds, and flat-tow 110,000 pounds.

It can also haul 10,000 pounds on its cargo deck like a pickup truck. That’s more than the most powerful Ford F-150 weighs with its maximum payload in the bed.

The heavily armored LVSR is not a bad way to roll into a war zone.

That means it can tow an MTVR or MRAP with about as much effort as you use to pull a rolling suitcase through the airport.

But let’s put that into perspective another way. With a maximum payload of 110,000 pounds, the LVSR can transport 22,000 five-pound tubs of protein powder, 110,000 cans of Rip-It or 124,737,908 Zyn pouches. Talk about increasing combat effectiveness!

Is the Next Evolution of the LVSR Near?

An improvised explosive device destroyed this LVSR, but all of the Marines inside survived.

The LVS program ran from 1985 to 2006 -- 21 years. The LVSR program turns 18 this year, and there are people in the Pentagon who want something newer. More specifically, the Army is in the middle of a four-way competition for the Common Tactical Truck , a heavy-duty rig that will replace the M195 tractor, M1088 cargo truck and HEMTT.

The Marine Corps always hangs on to old gear longer than the other branches, but you have to wonder whether senior personnel are keeping an eye on the latest developments from Oshkosh Defense.

If the company produces a truck capable of replacing the LVSR and the MTVR, that could be a compelling business proposition. Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: Logistics Marines aren’t going to stop rolling coal and crushing miles with absurd off-roaders anytime soon.

Is Zyn Travel a Scam? – Is it Really Worth Joining?

zyntravel-main

Income Opportunity rating: 2.5 / 5 Stars

#1 Recommended Online Business Training with Proof: Click Here

Zyn Travel is a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Company that provides travel booking service, just like other Travel MLM companies on the market like World Ventures and Paycation .

On the surface, it does look like a legitimate MLM Company.

Basically, to qualify for a legitimate MLM Company, the company must focus its efforts on promoting its products or services rather than on recruiting people.

I am sure you are approached by someone from Zyn Travel and that is why you have landed on this page.

Try to understand if that someone is promoting Zyn Travel’s travel packages or if he/she is trying to recruit you into the opportunity.

If the focus is on the latter, you might want to re-consider joining Zyn Travel, because sooner or later the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will catch up with this opportunity and close its operations due to a relation with a pyramid scheme.

When it comes to joining a MLM Company, it is good to know who the leaders are.

I mean, most legitimate MLM companies I know will present its owners and its leaders in the company’s website.

However, there is no indication of who the owners of Zyn Travel are.

I have done an extensive research on the Zyn Travel and I realize that one of the top performing member or probably the owner of Zyn Travel is actually Anthony Powell.

If you follow Anthony Powell closely, you would know that he was one of the top distributors of Herbalife , and have jumped ship to Vemma in 2013 soon after Herbalife was implicated as a pyramid scheme.

Then in 2015, Vemma was forced to close its operations due to a link with yet again, a pyramid scheme. You can read the article here .

In 2013, Anthony Powell has made a commitment to bring Vemma from a hundred million company into a billion dollar company but it resulted in Vemma’s closure. Check out the video below:

I am not saying that Anthony Powell is the main cause of Vemma’s closure, I am just saying that there might be some flaws in Anthony Powell’s method of recruiting.

Now that Anthony Powell is in Zyn Travel, lets see what happens.

If you are still interested to know how the Zyn Travel opportunity works, you can continue reading, however, if you do not want to be a part of Zyn Travel but you are still looking for a way to make money from home, you can check this out .

This Training Program has helped me and thousands of people make a Life Changing income online. Find out how you can too!

How does Zyn Travel work?

Now let us take a look at the Zyn Travel Compensation plan to determine if it is worth joining them:

Basically, you need to find 3 people whom you think are interested in the Zyn Travel opportunity.

It is said that Zyn Travel members save 85% on their travel packages (I will discuss this below), and practically everyone around you should be interested in the opportunity.

You would have thought that finding 3 is an easy task, but you will be shock to know how negative and skeptical people are when it comes to MLM opportunities.

zyntravel-membership-levels

The membership levels are Silver ($49.99), Gold ($199.99) and Platinum ($499.99), and there is a $19.99 for the setup fee and an additional $12.99/mth membership fee for each of the membership levels.

There are 12 positions to fill for each membership levels, 3 on the 1st tier, 9 on the 2nd tier.

If you purchase the Platinum Membership, you will get to fill the 36 positions (Basically combining the 12 positions for all the 3 membership levels), and if you purchase the Gold Membership, you will get the fill 24 positions.

It simply means that the higher the membership level you purchase, the more commissions you are entitled to get.

zyntravel-membership

You must note that the commission figures said in the video above is talking about a perfect scenario where all the members under your organization purchase the Platinum membership.

Both you and I know that the chances of that happening is relatively low.

The video mentions that you earn $90 for each of the member you personally sponsor, in fact, if you sponsor a person who only bought a Silver Membership, you will earn $10 on the first tier and $2.50 on the second tier only.

One thing that I do not like about this compensation plan is that there is a limit to the amount of money you can make.

In the perfect scenario, the only recurring income you can make is the $1,350 on the Affiliate Cycle bonus plus a matching bonus.

There is no further room to grow. If my understanding is wrong please correct me.

Well, scrapping all the compensation plan talk, it all boils down to whether the Zyn Travel services actually benefits people.

Does Zyn Travel benefits its members?

Lets say you purchase the Platinum Membership and get a $750 travel voucher. This travel voucher will only help to give a discount to your travels bookings for around 16 – 30%.

Meaning that if you book 2 night hotel stay for $100 per night (total of $200), you can get an average discount of 20% by utilizing the $750 travel voucher, you basically pay $160 instead of $200. You will probably have to travel a few times in order to fully utilize the $750 travel voucher.

What I found alarming is that the price of the travel package deals are comparable to other travel booking websites like expedia.

So, what exactly is the point for booking a travel through Zyn Travel?

To pay $499.99 plus setup and monthly membership fee to obtain the $750 travel voucher? Is that really worth it? You can be the judge of it.

In my personal opinion, I feel that Zyn Travel’s focus is not on selling travel packages but on recruiting.

You should re-consider if you have decided to join Zyn Travel.

Sooner or later, the FTC will catch up on the opportunity and all your effort and hard work (if you have started to make money from Zyn Travel) will be wasted.

Why 97% of Zyn Travel members fail?

relying on someone

It sounds simple, but the fact is, because you rely on your sponsor to close the deal for you, your success or failure very much depend on your sponsor.

When you first enter the business opportunity, you are advised that you do not need to sell, but if you have recruited 3 people, don’t you have to help your recruits sell the Zyn membership?

You will be surprised by how negative and skeptical people are on business opportunities.

Everyone wants to believe that they are smart enough to avoid your business opportunity because it is a scam, and if you give a reason for them to believe it is a scam, your have lost that prospect.

This kind of business opportunity promotion requires a lot of sales experience and skill, if you are totally new to selling and you do not have someone to guide you, you will most likely fail.

A Home Based Business Opportunity without recruitment and selling. Check it out here!

I have seen many cases of members joining Zyn Travel, but do not have any support from their sponsors, and eventually quit the business because they lack the proper support they deserve. So, when if you ever decide to join Zyn Travel, make sure you join the right team.

Another biggest problem faced by most Zyn Travel members is the lack of leads/prospects. When you first enter the Zyn Travel opportunity, you will be given this document:

zyntravel-warm-market-memory-jogger

They will ask you to list down the people who falls in any of the categories mentioned in the document (who are basically everyone you know).

Based on past experience, out of 100 people in your list, only 20 might be interested in the Zyn Travel opportunity, and out of the 20 people, 3 might possibly purchase a travel package through your website and if you are lucky enough, you get to recruit 1.

After expanding your list, who else can you prospect? Canvassing on the streets? Buying leads and doing cold calls?

My Sincere Advice to You

In my personal opinion, I feel that it is not worth your time and money on Zyn Travel.

If you like travelling, just book your tickets through legitimate sites like Expedia, I am sure the prices will not be anywhere far from booking through Zyn Travel. There is really no point spending money to join these Travel MLM companies just to save a few bucks.

Little do you know that you may be spending even more money joining the membership of the MLM company as compared to just buying a travel package from Expedia.

So with that said, if you are still looking for a way to make money from home, I would suggest that you check this out .

I have personally tried so many opportunities (from insurance to trading to MLM marketer) and none of the opportunities made me any sustainable income. It is only when I found this that has helped me achieve the level of success I desire.

I invite you to share your opinion and experience with me on Zyn Travel by leaving a comment below.

If you find my article helpful, please, help to share it with your friends and family by clicking on the social media buttons (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus).

Thanks Jack

Iam asked to join on Facebook but after reading your article I have doubts about joining.

You are most welcome Raphael. This is my opinion after much research on this company. Glad it helped on your decision.

Cheers! ~Jack (BareNakedScam)

Thank God I made a good research about this company. Closing the site now. I was about to sign up. Thanks for your blog.

Hi, I’m just very upset with ZynTravel which I had signed up as a Platinium member to support my friend. I read through their model and thought it’s something worth trying.

However, I do not travel often and after reading several articles about Anthony Powell and their terms & disclaimer in their website (if you did read all of that), my faith started to waiver.

I decided to back out within the “15 days money back guarantee” policy. Their customer service did revert on the refund process – that was since 22 July 2016. Today is already 19 Aug 2016 and I still had not gotten any money back yet.

Several chasers went out to them but no reply. The last came on 13 Aug claiming that my refund needs Anthony’s approval so it will be still pending.

Wow, the founder/CEO has to approve my refund? This already shows how small their operation is. And their money-back guarantee is nothing but a ruse.

What’s surprising is that my card company informed me that the money was only released about 22 Jul which is around the time when I sent the cancellation request!

There are several suspicious movements in the company name that makes me all the more wary… hope someone can enlighten me on this :

ZynTravel is just a brand name. In their disclaimer, they mentioned Zyndio Holdings, LLC.

Registered address found is Zyndio Holdings, LLC, 15333 N. Pima Rd., Ste 260, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

Upon checking online, the company registered with the above address is Zyndio Health Sciences LLC (different name again). And that location houses several other companies and offices, thus letting me to believe that their team isn’t that big as they claimed to be.

And the merchant name on my credit card details is Zyndiot. And they are going to charge my card on a monthly basis on the subscription if the initial cancellation is not process as they claimed so.

I just hope someone here can help me get my money back.

Which is the best MLM.

In my opinion, it is really hard to succeed in any MLM opportunities, you have a better chance succeeding in Affiliate Marketing .

But, if we talk about the best MLM company, I personally think that Forever Living is worth a look.

Zyntravel Review – Legit Business Opportunity or Scam?

Zyntravel Reviews

Welcome to my Zyntravel review!

I am happy that you found my review because you deserve to hear the truth about MLMs.

Although there are some MLMs that have legitimate products, many do not and with so many of them out there, it can be overwhelming for people.

In order to make the right choice, you must know what to look for.

You are in luck because my reviews provide a lot of information.

For example, I start my review out with background check of the company.

Then I look at the product list and compensation plan.

I try to show you the Better Business Bureau (BBB) although some companies do not show up in their database.

Finally, I recap the things to look out for when you are deciding what to do with this company.

Hopefully by the end of the review, you will be able to make a decision that is best for you; that is what is important.

You can also check out the step-by-step training that helps me earn over $10,000+ per month working from home.

Zyntravel Overview – What is the Company?

ZynTravel is what is known as a MLM in the travel niche, which has a lot of competition.

You may of also heard of companies like Paycation or World Ventures.

  • My Crazy Blogging Experiment That Now Earns Me $10,000 Per Month
  • How To Setup Your Own Money Making Blog

Most reviews don’t even scratch the surface of the company but if you look closely, you will some alarming issues right off the bat.

In order to be considered a legit MLM, you have to focus on a product rather than recruiting.

Although I will provide more proof later, ZynTravel is all about recruiting because the service they provide is actually done by a 3rd party and not ZynTravel themselves.

This is not a huge deal but they will never tell you this upfront.

Secondly, leadership is the most important part of a company.

You see it time and time again, MLM companies go belly up after a year or so because of scam issues or leaders jumping ship like rats.

I have read several reviews and looked at the Zyn website and there is very little on the leadership of ZynTravel.

The only thing I found was the following comment from an insider.

zyn_overview_comment

Let’s just touch the main points of the comment that should alarm you.

A man by the name of Anthony Powell hops from one MLM to another, making millions and then when the company is flagged as a scam, he bails.

This is a huge indicator.

To be fair, this does not mean that he specifically is behind the scam but it tells a lot about him as an affiliate.

He is there to make money at the expense of moral fiber.

Go ahead and take the time to listen to the advice of me and this commenter.

Google Antony Powell-Vemma & Herbal Life.

He may not be the henchman at the top but he certainly has a shady history.

Now that he is the head of ZynTravel and its lead business.

We are already discussing some things that frustrate 3rd party reviewers like myself.

You see, I don’t want to right negative things about people or companies but I am obligated to.

I would love to say, “you guys should jump all over this investment because it will make you money and it is newbie friendly.”

However, this company is already having some major issues because there is no indication that ZynTravel/Zyndio will disclose information about Anthony Powell.

This is most likely due to the fact that my sources are correct.

Well, the leadership was a bust, let’s take a look at the products & services.

Zyntravel Conpensation Plan Reviews

The image above shows you that there are 3 different memberships, which provide features of the compensation plan that you are entitled too.

I will only cover the memberships in this section because they are part of the so called “product line.”

Zyndio works via a travel portal called ZynTravel.

It offers discounts from the following:

• 400k Hotels Worldwide • 15k Timeshares • 900+ Airlines • 50+ Cruises • Car Rentals

BRONZE CLUB MEMBERSHIP – $50 + $19.99 Setup Fee & $14.99 Monthly Fee: $75 Zyn Dollars

GOLD CLUB MEMBERSHIP – $149.99 + $29.99 Setup Fee & $19.99 Monthly Fee: $300 Zyn Dollars

PLATINUM CLUB MEMBERSHIP – $499.99 + $29.99 Setup Fee & $19.99 Monthly Fee: $750 Zyn Dollars

The obvious issues with these memberships is the fact that you have to “pay to play.”

The more you spend the more you can make.

This is not the first time a travel MLM has done this set up and it will not be the last.

The other issue that I have with this is the fact that people had to pay these outrageous prices even during the launch process.

They were paying for at least a year before the company was launched meaning there was no rewards and you had to pay the start up fees and monthly fees.

This is such a rip off and I cannot stress how ridiculous this is.

Since objectivity is paramount in 3rd party reviews, I try to post a positive and negative comment about the products so that you can see what people are saying.

As you can see, there are people making claims on both sides of the spectrum but I did notice that for every positive comment about Zyn, there were 20 negative comments.

Once again…not a very good sign.

zyn_product_good_comment_001

The Compensation Plan

In all of my reviews, I include the compensation plan, in this case ZynTravel Compensation Plan PDF .

Sometimes, they are not available or out of date.

The link I provided is from 2015 but nothing has really changed.

I will go through the nuts and bolts of the plan.

I will leave it up to you to read it in its entirety because it is long and if you are considering ZynTravel, you should read it.

The most important thing to note is that there are several ways to get paid through the plan.

8 WAYS TO GET PAID

1. Affiliate Travel Site Commission 2. Affiliate Referral 3. Affiliate Cycle 4. Affiliate Travel 5. Affiliate Matching Bonus 6. Affiliate Lifestyle Bonus 7. Affiliate Marketing Bonus 8. Affiliate Global Bonus

Although I will not be going over every part of the compensation plan, I think it is really important that I show you something that ZynTravel will not.

Take a look at the image below and you should see the percentage of commissions you earn with each membership.

They look amazing right?

That is where you would be wrong because that is the percentage of the commission after the 3rd party service provider is paid.

So that means, you will be getting a percentage of a percentage, which is peanuts.

zyn_comp_plan

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

OK, this section will be much shorter than usual because the Company’s file officially opened on October 5th, 2016.

As you can see from the image below, there are no complaints or reviews and there is not grade yet designated.

I guess time will tell on this one but I have a feeling some complaints that I found on other reviews will suffice until the BBB page is plastered with negative comments.

zyn_bbb_grade

Below there are 2 comments from people that have joined the business during the pre-launch and are really nervous and frustrated.

I have done review on several travel start up MLMs and they are all the same.

Something does not add up here and it feels like a bunch of hype and nothing more; same ol’ song and dance.

zyn_bbb_bad

Things I Do Not Like About Zyndio/ZynTravel

The recruiting game is just a rouse.

This company is promising upward of 85% discounts for all travel necessities and there is now way that is possible because travel monsters like Expedia cannot go that high.

I really think this is nothing but hype to feed the pre-launch recruiting game.

Not to mention that this is the only revenue that is generated.

Yes, you heard me right, Zyntravel makes 100% of its revenue off of memberships.

This means that there is nothing to sell at all but the memberships.

That is not a good sign because once people start catching on, people are going to bail so they can get involved in the next scheme.

The next issue is all about the $$$.

Look, there is really no reason for MLMs to push hype filled, prelaunch, with promises of becoming a “founder.”

There is no way that spending anywhere between $50-$500 + a monthly payment is worth it at all.

Most people that are involved with ZynTravel had to wait for a year to start the business.

What made matter worse was the fact that recruiting is the only way to make money and NO website was available so that potential recruits could at least check Zyn out.

See the problem? Any “founder” that got in early either had to wait until the company actually launched or they had to carry their massive down line from a different MLM into ZynTravel.

So, once again, the newbie will struggle and the top “founders” will make massive amounts of money.

zyn_dont_like_comment

The Final Verdict

I rarely recommend people to join a company because that is ultimately up to the individual.

With this company, you are dealing with fresh launch that is based on hype and there is no way this company lasts long.

There are already many “founders” bailing and the company opened a few weeks ago.

When recruiting is the only revenue generation, there are problems.

That is why I will say emphatically, run as fast as you can in the other direction.

There are plenty of MLMs that have been around for a while if you truly want to do an MLM.

On the other hand, there are training program out there that will teach you how to create your own, unique online business.

Check out this review to at least see for yourself.

You can register for FREE and there is ZERO recruiting necessary.

I hope this review helped you in some way.
