My experience was my very first time doing business with this Trek store since moving to Florida. I brought my mountain bike in, without an appointment, for a tune up service. The service tech dropped what he was doing, greeted me immediately and performed a thorough inspection of my bike. He then explained his recommendations and was very open to discussing all my questions. I truly felt like a valued customer. The work was performed quickly and at a reasonable price, and my bike was ready the very next day. Thank you Trek Team!

Been in many times. Always greeted with a "what do you want" attitude. The owner is the only one with customer service skills. Nice guy. The employees are not friendly at this location though. Last time I was in I asked for parts. They asked if I wanted them to put a tube on a wheel. They smiled for the first time. I was shocked. I said sure, then they billed me for services. The price was laughable. Definitely wouldn't have agreed to that. Didn't notice they charged me til after I left. They made it sound like they were being nice putting it on. Shady business.

Lied about not servicing non-Trek bikes after I've had my bike serviced there. Rude employees and false information on their website .

Brett was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and great at talking about bikes and what will work best for the customer. Will definitely be coming back to purchase and shop.

I brought 2 bikes in for maintenance. Bike #1 was ready in less than 48 hours so I brought in bike #2 and that was ready the same day. Level 2 service was suggested for both bikes and I feel like I have 2 new bikes! Friendly, funny service guys and they offered to help me load/unload the bikes. I appreciate that they rack each bike and run through a hands-on diagnostic before they determine services needed. My bikes had been moved from MN so, in addition to normal wear and tear, they needed some adjusting. Great results from kind/funny staff.

I bought my tween daughter a mountain bike/cruiser for Christmas from an online retailer and had it shipped to grandma's house where we'd be celebrating the holidays. After our best 'do it yourself assembly job' I thought I'd better have someone look over things and make adjustments before we travel home and turn her loose on her new bike. I called Trek on Dani drive and brought in the bike. They not only got it done the same day in spite of a backlog of repair work but did so for no charge. Super customer service, and greatly appreciated Highly recommend!!

Nice store and people. The bike I bought was 10% over list price (that I see on the trek website) but hey it's the pandemic so I figured price gouging is in order and I was willing to pay it. Hey, they hooked me up with a bike that I love......Love that bike! My only problem is I felt forced into buying their lifetime flat repair. The guy kept pushing it and I explained I'm from out of town and won't need it but the ($40) fee showed up on my receipt anyway. I just wanted out of there with my new bike so I paid for it but still regretting it.

Very friendly and professional service. Knowledgeable staff and nice variety of bikes for all levels of bikers. I absolutely love my new bike!!!!
