Join us for a 45-minute guided tour showcasing our wine and spirits portfolio! This experience celebrates family, history, and Wayne Gretzky’s dream of opening a world-class estate. You'll discover our love of spirits and get a behind-the-scenes look at our distillery equipment. You will finish the tour by crafting your very own cocktail in a guided demonstration with our host. Please note, this tour does involve stairs. Please notify the tour guide in advance if you require an accessible route.

Get in on the cocktail culture with a 45-minute interactive experience hosted by our best bartenders. Featuring insider tips on how to create the ultimate whisky cocktail, guests will sharpen their bartending skills while learning the basics of preparing garnishes, simple syrups, shaking and muddling. After they are guided through the step-by-step process of creating their own whisky cocktail, guests enjoy their “All Star Creations”. In light of the pandemic, all guests including children and designated drivers are required to make a reservation due to room capacity limits. Restricted to 10 guests.

Alongside your tasting, you can enjoy sharable items from our bites menu. Our Chef, Maurice Desharnais, has created a tasty menu that includes fan-favourite items such as charcuterie and cheese boards made with local ingredients. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. Reservations are not required.

Bring your skates to enjoy a favourite Canadian activity, and relax on the heated Whisky Bar patio as we serve up wine, cocktails and our winter menu (non-alcoholic beverages, too). Skate rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and helmets are mandatory for children.

Wayne Gretzky Estates is located at 1219 Niagara Stone Road in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Located only 20 minutes from Niagara Falls, and approximately 90 minutes from Toronto along the QEW. You can also take a 12 minute flight from Billy Bishop Airport to Niagara-on-the-Lake Airport.

Wine tastings start at $20 for four great products from our wine and spirits portfolio. Wine Club members receive complimentary wine tastings for themselves and up to 5 guests.

The Estate doesn't have a fine dining restaurant, but we do have two of the BEST patios in Niagara! The Whisky Bar patio and The Garden both serve delicious food, Wayne Gretzky whisky, craft cocktails and wine. Reservations are not available for the The Garden.

The patio is open from May to October (weather permitting) and from December to March for the winter skating season.

As long as weather cooperates, the rink opens in early December and closes mid-March. Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of this page, or follow us on Facebook and Instagram to be the first to hear about rink updates! (Rink is closed Dec 25th and January 1st.)

Caroline Cellars

Chateau des Charmes Winery

Colaneri Estate Winery

Colaneri Estate Winery is a family-owned and operated winery beautifully situated on the St. David's Bench in Niagara's wine region. The grapes are hand-picked and harvested to produce premium VQA award-wining wines from its surrounding vineyards. Most of the wines are made in the traditional Italian appassimento method of drying the grapes. Our portfolio includes red, white, dessert, Recioto, Ripasso and Amarone style wines.

Konzelmann Estate Winery

Niagara's exclusive lakefront winery is located on the pristine south shores of Lake Ontario, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Lailey Winery

Lailey Winery is located in the heart of Niagara's oldest wine producing region, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Marynissen Estates Winery

Marynissen Estates has its roots deeply embedded in the soil of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Located in the four mile creek sub appellation at the base of the escarpment the estate is home to the oldest commercial planting of Cabernet Sauvignon in Canada. The property was purchased in 1953 by viticulture pioneer John Marynissen and his wife Adrianna (Nanny). As there was an existing vineyard on the lot, they started growing their own grapes and in 1975, they began planting vinifera varieties, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Merlot and Gamay Noir.

Niagara College Teaching Winery

Niagara College is located at the foot of the escarpment, on one of the most beautiful campuses in Canada! This is where the winemakers and viticulturalists learn their craft. Spend an entire afternoon on the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus: tour our winemaking facility, visit the greenhouse, hike the wetlands ridge trail and dine at the Culinary Institute dining room.
