Great experience!
We did a Chinggis Khan and city center tour, and also we booked an airport transfer. Definitely recommend Azur Travel. Super professional, perfect English-speaking guide, perfect car, everything was amazing. We definitely need to come back and do more sightseeing.
Friendly driver and excellent guide. Nice arrangement and comfortable stay in Mongolia esp Gobi and Central area. My 5 year old daughter enjoyed the trip so much. Highly recommended and for sure we will be back to discover the western and northern part of Mongolia! Thanks a lot Olivier and the team arrangement!
We had an amazing 10-day trip across central Mongolia with our 7 and 8 yr old kids, all organized by Olivier and his team at Azur. They set us up with a great guide who was able to explain a lot of the specifics of Mongolian culture, and we stayed in a mix of yurt camps, family tents, and guest yurts. It was great staying in the authentic tents with the families to see how they lived. We ate Mongolian barbecue, the kids ran wild and helped herd goats, and we went on some exquisite hikes. The Azur team seamlessly coordinated meals, stops, and outings and made it very easy for us. The kids loved it too. Yes, there’s a lot of driving, but it’s necessary to see it all and it’s beautiful! Olivier worked with us to craft an itinerary specifically for us, working to keep driving to a moderate daily limit and working in lots of animals and hiking opportunities. It really felt tailored to us ❤️

The tour was really great, Olivier didn't only guide the hike but showed and explained about the plants and sculptures we came across. The hike is a little bit of an exercise but the view from the summit is absolutely worth it! The monastery was interesting as well, too bad many of the temples got destroyed by the Communists. The whole area has a calming atmosphere and I enjoyed the trip so much!

We had a great experience on this hike with Oliver! He is knowledgeable about Mongolia and brings an interesting perspective as someone from Europe who has been living and working in here. He was also patient with us as we weren’t as prepared as we should have been for this hike, but with Oliver in the lead we persevered with a rewarding end to our endeavor. Notes on the hike: the trail is not marked as you would expect in other more developed places and it is important to keep an eye on Oliver, he knows this place very well. Also make sure to bring adequate clothing for a mountain hike. It’s was nice and sunny at the base and as we ascended it became quite cold, wet, muddy and we even went through snow.

I chose Azur Mongolia to organize a day trip of Ulaanbaatar and a 3 days/2 nights trip to the mini Gobi, the ancient capital city of Kharkhorin and a brief visit to the Terelj national park.
