New England and Lighthouses

From our initial general enquiry with Audley we were passed to Stacey who is the New England specialist. She took the time to ask us about what we liked / disliked / what we wanted to see and what was not us. The questions also covered level of accommodation and any specific needs to level of dining from room only, bed and breakfast to full board. This information gathering took well over 1 hour and then she produced a tailor made itinerary for us. Sent it to us and arranged a zoom call to go over it and make any tweaks. Sent us a lovely gift a couple of weeks before with detailed travel pack - Brilliant and very attentative to every detail

We booked a safari to Zimbabwe and…

We booked a safari to Zimbabwe and Botswana through Audley Travel. The whole process from planning through to execution was so smooth. Our specialist, Simon Robb, was super knowledgable and helped us plan the perfect trip. We visited victoria falls, Muchenje lodge, and Shinde camp. All of these were fantastic. Would highly recommend audley travel and I will certainly be contacting them again for a future trip.

We had a great time in Grand Teton and…

We had a great time in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and the experience was even better than we anticipated. Would recommend to anyone interested in wildlife and nature. Have used Audley Travel several times and as before the holiday was arranged specifically to our requirements.

Exceptional Tailor Made Experiences.…

Audley provides exceptional experiences tailor made to your needs. Just returned from a month long trip in Borneo, starting in KL,finishing in Singapore. Attention to detail in managing our wishes was terrific, from luxurious hotels, to a simple village Homestay, mountain climbing to diving from “to die for” beach resorts, jungle trekking to big city experiences…. Best thing about Audley is they spend time listening to your desires and expectations up front, and are extremely professional in being able to match them up in an itinerary.

10 wonderful days in Spain!

10 wonderful days in Spain! From the first conversation to the last with our agent, Claire, we had an amazing experience! She listened well about what we wanted to see and do and then planned a great itinerary. Everything was top notch, from the hotels to the guides, transfer drivers, train travel and activities. We are recommending Audley to friends and hope to use their expertise again in our future travel plans.

Audley designed a terrific safari!

Audley designed a safari that was perfect for me. I am an experienced traveler, but had never been on safari nor to Africa before, so I didn't even know what questions to ask. But my safari went very smoothly and comfortably. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks so much Audley and Asilia, (my guide company), for a wonderful trip.

Not recommended at all

We have been working with this agency for the past year to plan a big trip just to find out they didn’t take into account our flight cost, already over our pre established budget and not willing to make it right. We want our money back or a planned trip as we originally discussed. Do not trust this agency with your trips. Consider somewhere else.

The Best trip to South Africa & Safari

What an amazing first class fabulous and fantastic trip to South Africa with our wonderful friends. Andy Freeman from Audley Travel organised an excellent trip starting in Cape Town for 5 days then driving down the Garden Route stopping in Swellendam, Plettenberg Bay, Wilderness, Oudtshoorn, Franschoek and finishing with the most wonderful Safari at Rock Fig which was excellent. There wasn't one thing we could fault about the whole 17 day trip (albeit we may have changed a couple of things) but it was outstanding. Thanks so much Andy and would 110% recommend it to anyone. South Africa was simply stunning and the people were fabulous. Love The Drewerys & Griffins xx

Treasured memories

Just returned from an unforgettable 3 week trip to Peru, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. As usual, Audley Travel and our rep Caroline Revnell organized everything perfectly. Hotels, flights and local guides were all perfect and the whole experience was something we will treasure for the rest of our lives. So looking forward to our next trip organized by Audley Travel to South Africa in January.

We have recently come back from Vietnam and Cambodia

We have recently come back from the most amazing holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. Everything from flights, transfers, the most amazing hotels, fantastic excursions, great food and great guides. Loved it. We felt very spoilt as everything was to a VIP standard. Our agent Joanna discussed our itinerary in detail ensuring we visited all the places we wanted to and making some tweaks and suggestions along the way. Excellent 15 day tailored trip to Japan

My wife and I just return from a 15 day tailored trip to japan. Adam Falk our planner and agent was "Five Star" excellent, and answered every question we had. The trip plan was seamless, and was tailor made based on our likes. The tours and tour guides that Adam arranged for were superb. Adam arranged memorable highlights such as a private dinner with Maiko, Sushi and Miso Soup cooking class in a private home, and a visit to the TeamLabs Digital Immersive Gallery. That goes without mentioning the incredible visits through locations with breathtaking parks, scenery, and superb cultural highlights. This trip was a trip of a lifetime, and again we thank Adam Falk for arranging everything for us.

Galapagos and Ecuador

We had an amazing time in the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador in April. It was an unforgettable experience. Claudia from Audley Travel handled the initial booking and took the time to understand exactly what we liked and did not like before moving forward. The end result was the perfect holiday. Her suggestion of visiting the Mindo Cloud Forest was inspired and suited us perfectly. Bellavista Lodge was incredible and the Galapagos Endemic Cruise beyond words! Scott took over our booking when Claudia moved on and was extremely helpful with flight issues which were resolved. The itinerary detail both on paper and in the app were perfect and every transfer was on time and very well organised. All our drivers and guides were wonderful. This holiday exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using Audley Travel again.

We wanted to travel to Borneo for my husband 70th birthday!

We wanted to travel to Borneo for my husband’s 70th birthday. It had been a long awaited trip to see Orangutans in the wild. We were not disappointed. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Charlotte listened to our requests and arranged everything in line with them. She also gave us useful information based on her travels in Borneo.

Experiencing Japan

We have recently returned from a trip to Japan organised by Charlotte Smith. The trip exceeded expectations and we were truly inspired by the wonderful temples, gardens, sightings of Mount Fuji and excellent guides. The people we met were very friendly and helpful. We experienced staying at a riverside ryokan with thermal pools and on the 30th floor of Media Tower in Tokyo. A juxtaposition of the tranquil and frenetic. This is our fourth holiday with Audley and would highly recommend

Scotland trip

Our travel adviser, Lily Cohen, booked us a great trip to Scotland when we had to travel there for a wedding. We decided to make a longer vacation out of it. She booked wonderful hotels and tours and mapped out a driving route for us, with suggestions for stops we might like. When we had some minor problems, she was quick to rectify the situations. All in all, I would highly recommend her for travel in Scotland.

Seychelles Holiday

We booked a holiday to the Seychelles through Audley Travel. it was a great trip very well organised, the hotels all met more than our expectations. We particularly liked Denis Private Island. We visited 3 islands in total where all the hotels were well appointed and gave us very good service. The travel arrangements were always on time. we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audley Travel.
