AC Milan tickets for US tour: Schedule, dates, host cities

As part of their preseason schedule, AC Milan will return to the US for the second year running in a 2024 tour.

While Pulisic and Musah were getting to know their new squad, the Rossoneri played three matches in the US last year. The Red-and-Blacks had a successful run on the West Coast. There, they played Real Madrid and Juventus in Los Angeles before battling Barcelona in Las Vegas. 

Pulisic, who has become a household name with Milan , and the rest of the club will be returning to the United States this summer to play three matches. 

Along with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester City, Milan will be a part of the Soccer Champions Tour . New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Orlando, Baltimore and Charlotte will play home to friendly matches between five of the most illustrious clubs in the world in 2024. 

Additionally, they made use of their market presence to host a variety of unique events aimed at engaging fans. The Rossoneri colors and brand will be introduced to their ardent North American audience.

The first matchup vs Manchester City will take place at the legendary Yankee Stadium, home to the New York Yankees. A long-term partnership between AC Milan’s major shareholder, RedBird Capital Partners, and Yankee Global Enterprises has led to this strategic alliance. 

Moving on to the second match in the exhibition series, AC Milan will go to Chicago, Illinois. In a match that echoes a 1991 friendly between AC Milan and the US Men’s National Team. Pulisic, Musah, and Real Madrid will square off at Soldier Field. 

In the last match of the competition, the Rossoneri will face off against Barcelona at the M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland. This is an area where AC Milan Academy Virginia maintains a consistent presence in the US. 

Preparations for 125th anniversary

Having established a strong presence in the North American market, AC Milan now have 43 million US followers. In addition, worldwide market research firm YouGov acknowledges them as the most esteemed Italian soccer club. 

During their 2024 preseason trip, the Rossoneri will play a series of highly publicized matches against elite European teams. During the next season, AC Milan will commemorate the incredible achievement of 125 years of history, and they will prepare for it in the US.

AC Milan will travel to Los Angeles tomorrow for their pre-season tour in the United States and the squad has now been revealed by the club. A few from the Primavera are included, while some first-team players are missing. 

The Rossoneri played their first pre-season friendly earlier this evening, beating Serie C side Lumezzane 7-0. Christian Pulisic bagged a brace of assists in the clash, while both Tommaso Pobega and Lorenzo Colombo got a brace of goals.

Milan will face significantly tougher opponents in the United States, though, and Stefano Pioli will fortunately be able to rely on a strong squad. The stars of the team are all included while the Primavera stars Chaka Traore, Jan-Carlo Simic and others are included as well.

Goalkeepers: Maignan, Sportiello, Mirante, Nava.

Defenders: Kjaer, Tomori, Kalulu, Florenzi, Calabria, Theo Hernandez, Gabbia, Simic, Thiaw, Bartesaghi.

Midfielders: Krunic, Loftus-Cheek, Pobega, Adli, Zeroli, Reijnders.

Forwards: Pulisic, Leao, Giroud, Saelemaekers, Chaka-Traore, De Ketelaere, Messias, Colombo, Romero.

It’s worth noting that Fode Ballo-Toure, Mattia Caldara, Marko Lazetic, Divock Origi and Ante Rebic have all been left out of the squad. Not because they are injured, but because they aren’t part of Milan’s plans and should leave.

This is a problem with Pioli. It happened to Bakayoko and others before. It gives bad influence to the team. I hate this coach.

I think both of them should be given the chance(Lazetic, Colombo) so that their potentials can be known or better still another year on loan

The truth about Bakayoko not playing was because management didn’t want to pay the agreed fees to buy the player once he plays a certain amount of games. It was the same situation with Vranckx.

There were times both players could have helped the team, but Pioli didn’t play them, maybe because he doesn’t like their approach, or whatever. It was obvious that they weren’t his kind of players and if they played the amount of games that would force Milan to pay the agreed fees, then he would be stuck with them.

What about Bennacer?

He is injured and will be sidelined for a long period of time

How is Messias giving a chance and Origi is not??🤷🏻‍♂️

Well, Messias had more goal contributions than Origi.

Lazetic should be given a chance don’t want milan loosing him, he has a lot to offer

AC Milan kick off their pre-season tour in the USA today with three fixtures coming over the course of the next week. Milan will take part in the ‘2023 Soccer Champions Tour.’ The tour is a way to build the reach of the club in the US and strengthen links since the acquisition of the club by RedBird Capital Partners.

Stefano Pioli already has a number of new signings at his disposal and on the tour to test out including USMNT captain Chrisitian Pulisic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Tijjani Reijnders, Luka Romero, Marco Sportiello and Noah Okafor - who will fly out soon.

The upcoming fixtures of the Rossoneri are as follows:

23/07 - Real Madrid - Los Angeles

27/07 - Juventus - Los Angeles

01/08 - FC Barcelona - Las Vegas

As per the official statement , ‘‘ A Meet and Greet event will take place on 29 July at Niky’s Sports in Santa Monica, organized in collaboration with PUMA, where a number of Rossoneri players will be present.’’

Real Madrid and AC Milan among European teams touring SoCal this summer

Champions League semifinalists Real Madrid and AC Milan will face off July 23 at the Rose Bowl in the first of three Southern California summer friendlies featuring five of Europe’s biggest soccer clubs.

The second game will see La Liga leader Barcelona play Arsenal at SoFi Stadium on July 26 while Italian rivals Juventus and Milan will meet July 27 at Dignity Health Sports Park. The games are part of an 11-day, eight-game series of exhibitions that will kick off July 22 in Santa Clara with Barcelona playing Juventus and will conclude Aug. 2 in Orlando with Juventus taking on Real Madrid.

The Soccer Champions Tour, being produced by in partnership between the global investment firm Sixth Street; Legends, a premium experiences company; and AEG, owner of the Galaxy , will also include England’s Manchester United , which faces Real Madrid on July 26 in Houston.

“AEG is excited about the partnership with Soccer Champions Tour and Legends to bring the most successful soccer clubs in the world to fans across the U.S.,” said Tom Braun, the senior vice-president for soccer and business operations at AEG. Braun oversaw a five-game tour July that drew more than 93,000 fans to the Rose Bowl to see Real Madrid beat Juventus.

That was the largest crowd for a soccer match in the U.S. since July 2018.

Alex Waxman, co-founder and CEO of Sixth Street, said the company has plans to expand the tour to include women’s teams.

“While this year’s tour consists of men’s clubs, we look forward to expanding next summer to bring the world’s best women’s clubs to local audiences around the globe and to evolve this series into a format with real games of consequence.”

Presale tickets for the tour will go on sale on May 16 at SoccerChampionsTour.com with general on-sale access beginning on May 19 at the same website.

All about FC Barcelona v AC Milan on the 2024 US Tour

FC Barcelona end their summer 2024 tour of the United States with a game against one of Italy's strongest sides, AC Milan. That's on Tuesday 6 August at a time to be decided, following on from the games against Manchester City and Real Madrid.

The Catalan and Italian sides go head to head at the M&T Bank Stadium , Baltimore, the biggest city in Maryland. The 71,008 capacity venue was opened in 1998. As well as American football, it has often hosted soccer friendlies involving European clubs, as well as games at the CONCACAF Gold Cup in 2013 and 2015.

Previous friendlies against Milan

Barça and Milan have met in 11 friendlies over the years, the first two at the old Les Corts ground way back in 1933, with a win for each side. Milan have been the guests at three editions of the Joan Gamper Trophy, with Barça winning in 1986 and 2004 (3-1 and 2-1) and a draw in 2010 (1-1).

Barça played two friendlies at San Siro in 1977 and 1987, losing both by a single goal (2-1 and 1-0). Milan also won 3-0 when they met at the Carlos Tartiere, Oviedo, in 1993.

And they have met three times in the US, with two blaugrana wins and one for the Milanese. Last summer, Ansu Fati scored the only goal in a 1-0 win. Earlier, in 2018 the Catalans lost by the same score in Santa Clara but in 2003 they were again victorious, this time 2-0, in Washington.

Star attractions

Rafael Leão and Oliver Giroud in attack and Theo Hernández at the back are among the biggest names in a Milan squad that, to a large extent thanks to their services, has won its way back into the European elite after a series of disappointing campaigns.

AC Milan is officially ready to land on the West Coast of the United States, where the Rossoneri will be the protagonists of a Pre-Season Tour in California and Nevada in preparation for the 2023/24 season – an important moment for the growth of the Club, both on and off the field, within the new chapter of development under the guidance of RedBird Capital Partners , controlling shareholder of AC Milan.

Coach Pioli's team will have the opportunity to compete against some top European clubs participating in the Soccer Champions Tour 2023. This friendly tournament will see the Rossoneri take the field on 23 July at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena against Real Madrid - a prestigious friendly match between two of the most decorated clubs in the world. On 27 July, AC Milan will face Juventus at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Los Angeles, and on 1 August, they will play against Barcelona at the modern Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

During their preparation in the United States, the players and the staff, led by Coach Pioli, will have access to state-of-the-art locations, services, and facilities, including the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, which will host the team's training sessions throughout their American stay.

AC Milan's departure to the first leg of the tour, California, was preceded by a special activation featuring a hot air balloon soaring through the skies of Los Angeles, carrying the Club's badge and the iconic Rossoneri colours above the hills of Hollywood, one of the symbols of the Californian city.

Thanks to its presence in a strategic territory like the North American market, the Club has the opportunity to continue its growth journey, both commercially and in terms of brand strength, by strengthening relationships with various global partners - such as Principal Partners Emirates and PUMA - and expanding the AC Milan brand internationally. During the tour, the newly announced Sleeve Partner of the Rossoneri, MSC Cruises, will also make its debut on the red and black jersey. Another debut will be the new PUMA Away Kit, which was recently unveiled by the Club and will be used for the first time in the match against Real Madrid at the Rose Bowl. To celebrate the launch of the new kit, AC Milan and PUMA will host an exclusive event in Los Angeles that will highlight the close connection between football and fashion. The event will feature the participation of AC Milan players and local celebrities.

Matches will be held in New York, East Rutherford, Orlando, Baltimore, Chicago and Charlotte.

Madrid and Barcelona will play three games each, including a Clasico at New Jersey's MetLife Stadium on August 3.

The Soccer Champions Tour debuted in 2023, and will return this summer with six games featuring five clubs: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, AC Milan, and Manchester City.

The season ticket campaign for the 2024/25 season begins, marking the 125th anniversary of the rossoneri club's history. the "125 volte insieme" campaign will be broadcast on tv, digital, and dooh platforms.

AC Milan presents the 2024/25 season ticket campaign , in the 125th year since the Club's founding , which will be celebrated on 16 December. Starting from Wednesday 12 June, Rossoneri fans will be able to reserve their spot at San Siro to experience all the emotions of the new season as protagonists. Season ticket holders will be able to attend AC Milan's 19 home matches, access a dedicated sales phase for all Champions League matches, and enjoy exclusive discounts at all official AC Milan stores, the Mondo Milan Museum, and the Casa Milan Bistrot.

HOW TO PURCHASE As in previous years, it will be possible to purchase 2024/25 season tickets online at acmilan.com, at the Casa Milan ticket office , and at Vivaticket sales points, in the following ways:

• Seat Confirmation : Starting from Wednesday 12 June at 12:00 CEST until 23:59 CEST on 26 June, 2023/24 season ticket holders will be able to confirm their seats with an exclusive price list.
• Seat Change : Starting from Friday 28 June at 12:00 CEST until 23:59 CEST on 30 June, season ticket holders from the previous season who have not confirmed their old seat can change their section and choose from the available ones.
• Waiting List : Starting from 1 July at 17:00 until 3 July at 23:59 CEST, fans who had registered on the "Waiting List" at the end of the 2023/24 season ticket campaign will be able to subscribe to the 2024/25 season ticket. They can choose a seat from the available ones with a dedicated price list.
• Free Sale : Starting from 5 July at 12:00 CEST, the general sale phase will begin and will continue until all season tickets are sold out.

FAMILY, UNDER AND SENIOR SEASON TICKETS Family season tickets for the Tribuna Family in the Primo Anello Verde are back. Some sections are reserved for the purchase of family season tickets, allowing up to two Under 16 and/or Under 6 season tickets to be added to a full-price season ticket. Family season tickets can only be purchased at Casa Milan and through the Vivaticket physical sales outlet. Special rates are also available for season tickets reserved for Under 25 in the Primo Anello Verde and the Primo Anello Arancio, and for Over 65 in the Primo Arancio and the Arancio Armchairs.

CLUB 1899 AC Milan confirms the VIP Hospitality initiative, offering the opportunity to purchase the "Club 1899" season ticket.
