It was easy to sign up , setting a appointment was fast i was needing to take part in the MAT program I was extreamly sick and was able to get a appointment not only the same day but with in hours , the visit (via phone ) was nothing short of awesome the dr was extremely pleasant and understanding he handling my issues and I was done before I knew it by the time I got off the phone googled the number to the pharmacy and call my medication was already ready to be picked up and to my suprise was covered by my insurance ! Suboxone/Mat program

So I’ve been struggling with finding a doctor that makes me comfortable to speak my needs, and I feel like I’m being a burden or being looked at weird. I came across this app, and even though I am financially struggling, I took the chance and paid the $99. I would like to say it was the best decision I ever made and the doctor that I came across which was Dr. Drew he made me feel so comfortable. He was kind and genuine and caring. He applaud me for my recovery and made me feel 100% valid, I recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction to come across his app and take a chance or anyone that is in the program already and just need some help to get their medicine and not be judged. I would give this app and the doctors on this app 1000 stars if I was able to the team that has been created for this app is phenomenal and I have never experienced this type of treatment from any doctor in person. All I can say is wow I’m blowing away by the kindness actually am. Thank you Dr. Drew for taking care of me and making me welcome.

Deceptive Business Practices

Due to the lack of Doctors to treat my condition in my area, I learned of this app and after verifying that they only match you with doctors in your state, I was extremely pleased. The doctor called right on time and he was very knowledgeable. He also advised that should I have any issues at all, to call the customer service number within the app and they will get in touch with him in case the pharmacist needs additional info. Well, that’s exactly what happened. Because the app is based in CA when a doctor sends in the electronic script, the location automatically defaults to the app’s location, not the doctor’s and the pharmacist refuses to fill it because they think it came from out of state. Then when they ask for a number to confirm the script, that’s when you find out the “customer service” number is just a number with recordings telling you to open a ticket. All you get from there is an automated reply and ZERO follow up. The “refunds” they guarantee you should you cancel a visit or are not able to get a script suddenly gets changed to “future credits” and they refuse to refund your money to your debit card. This is very disappointing considering the doctors are very good. I’m now having to file a report with my bank. I’m writing this review so others don’t have to find out the hard way like I did.

Not happy with my first visit to Quick md.I booked a appointment and waited.My phone rang at the exact time of my appointment then went dead.It instructed me to fill form out.I went ahead and filled the form out and made first available appointment with another doctor.I had the appointment and wasn't able to get a medication I have been taking for over 6 months.I then was charged $35 for the visit they would not let me take because A form was not filled out that being my first visit has no clue my Appointment would be dropped and me be charged $35 for it!I have insurance and had to check off that they do not take insurance? Does quickmd take insurance or not?I heard this was quick and convenient and took insurance and prescribed all kinds of medications?I feel I got taken advantage of!

I am impressed with this concept

I am impressed with this concept. As someone who is always on the go, I am constantly searching for accessibility and convenience. The sign up process seems very easy to understand as does the app you can download. This program accepts insurance which is a plus. If you do not have insurance, you simply pay a low fee which is exceptionally lower than most urgent care facilities and emergency rooms.

I Love this concept !

Being a Work-from-home mom, while homeschooling my kids and running them to after-school activities, QUICK.MD has been a lifesaver! I can use this from the convenience of just about anywhere, the car, the park, my house etc. I got assistance at a very reasonable price and the bonus here.. NO insurance needed! Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff as well. I would strongly recommend using this to anyone, whether it is unable to make it to the doctor's office or a lack of insurance. The experience of this application ...

The experience of this application provides a convenient access to a doctor. I really enjoy how it is at the palm of your hands, you can access the same needs as you would if you were to go to the ER. Another feature that stood out to me is the ordered prescription feature where they can provide the prescription to the pharmacy and you pick it up when ready. I believe this is great application and services for those who need this specific service due to lack of mobility.

Social distancing with a twist!

I think that in this day and age with all of the rapidly transforming technology, that most people have more time in their lives for personal activities. This could include spending time with family or taking trips, and I do think that many of the emergency room visits are usually able to be handled at home or by phone or video call. I thought it was great that I did not have to go into public areas, having been contagious, and was able to instead get medicine sent to my local pharmacy. Going to the doctor sometimes and being in the waiting room with other sick people coughing and whatnot can make you feel even sicker. Or even make you get sicker!

This app is absolutely excellent. It gives you the opportunity to see a doctor at anytime during the day or night from the comfort of your own home, or the comfort of anywhere you want to be. This app lets you see a doctor face to face at anytime. These doctors are all very good doctors and will prescribe you medication that you can go pick up from any pharmacy of your choice. This app allows you to see a doctor without paying those high E.R visit bills, they may even be cheaper than some doctor office visits. My issues were quickly

online doctors no way, yes way.

Greetings! Quick MD will prescribe medication/antibiotics. I had a really bad athletes foot and I had sweaty boots on 9 hours a day, the doctor helped me seek comfort due to the pain, then prescribed me ointment the doctors don't have to come face to face which is smart by stopping illness spread. I recommend Quick MD very good!

This is a scam company.i am making…

This is a scam company.i am making reviews on every platform I can. I've been using quick MD for 8 months and three times I've had to pay extra $100 payments to get them to send out my prescription to my pharmacy. The support lies to you and says they already did but the pharmacy won't get tour prescription until you pay a second or third time. Then they refuse to refund the extra appointments and threaten to cut you off of your medication if you charge it back. But there's no way to get your prescription sent out unless you pay to make 2nd and 3rd appointments.

• We share your treatment plan with you minutes once the physician reviews your request
• We notify you when any additional information is needed

After your visit is complete:

• Remember to routinely check for new messages in your patient portal because this will expedite your care
• You may message your doctor for up to 2 weeks after completing your treatment, in case you have any concerns
• The doctor sends prescriptions or vaccine orders electronically to your pharmacy
• Medication cost is NOT included and is thus charged directly by your pharmacy
• We send a visit summary with any new prescriptions (e.g. medication for a UTI or yeast infection), prescription refills or lab/vaccine orders directly to your portal
• Doctor's notes are sent to the Messages section of your portal by the end of the day, if not sooner
• Treatment for any additional health concern requires a separate visit
• We do not charge you when online treatment is not recommended
• We protect your private information, store it securely, and certainly keep it confidential (HIPAA compliant)
