Our trolley’s are all decked out in the holiday spirit ready with lights, holiday decor and music for the ultimate way to see the city’s beautiful light show this season! Our 2 hour Holiday Tour will take you to the best decorated streets in the city while you and your friends and family can sing along with us to all your favorite holiday music. City Sightseeing’s Holiday Light Tour is perfect for family, friends, holiday parties and corporate events. We are ready to have you book today and join us for this beautiful holiday experience.

Weekend bookings within 48 hours must be by agent. Please call (215) 922-2300. Group size 23 max (Call for larger groups). If your desired time slot is not available, please call (215) 922-2300. BYOB: Beer/Wine only (No liquor). Please drink responsibly and remove all trash.

In the event of inclement weather, we will offer you a new date and time or 100% refund if you can not pick an alternate date.

Cancellations initiated by the client will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking value.

Please note: Miracle on 13th St. will not be on display on November 24th and will be inaccessible on November 25th. Broad Street will be used as an alternate for this section of the route on these days. The site will be fully open beginning November 26th.

Yes,we have one stop on Smedley Street where we will walk for about 15 minutes to see the decorations on foot.

We would love to be able to stop here but due to parking restrictions and availability, unfortunately we can not. However the view from the Trolley will still be amazing

Before the tour, depending on the hours, the Bourse building at the beginning of the route has a bathroom and the Visitor’s center as well. (Before tour starts)

Due to the overwhelming demand for our Holiday Light Trolley Tour we are unable to offer refunds. We can change your date if we have another time available with a 48 hour notice, anything before 48 hours we can not guarantee a rebooking.

Hop on the Jolly Trolley for a tipsy holiday light tour of Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA -- The Philadelphia tour company Founding Footsteps is celebrating the holiday season with their annual Holiday Light Tour.

Guests board the Jolly Trolley for a musically-led tour through Philadelphia's famous neighborhoods all decked out in lights.

The tour is BYOB and makes stops at the Miracle on South 13th Street, The Smedley Street Christmas Spectacular, Santa's Speakeasy at Craft Hall and Sto's Christmas Pop-Up.

The trolley has live music to get trolley riders in the holiday spirit.

The tours run until December 31st.

A Taste of History Tour

There have been plenty of food tours launched in Philly but none have combined the history of Philly foods along with stops at many of the city's top eateries. Oh and did we mention being driven to various neighborhoods in a BYOB trolley? A food & history tour of Philly neighborhoods making stops at Reading Terminal Market, Little Italy, and other surprise spots. Guests will sample local sandwiches, cheesesteaks, pizza, beer and desserts throughout the tour. Well, Founding Footsteps is poised to launch the first-of-its-kind food tour that combines history and food, along with the sights & sounds of Philadelphia.

A Taste of History food tour will officially launch on June 29th and will run every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday through August 31st. Taking place from 1 pm - 4pm, this three hour tour will take guests to three of Philly's top foodie neighborhoods with over ten stops along the way.

Old City Historic Walking Tour

Explore historic Philadelphia on this walking tour of the Old City District, a quick and convenient introduction for first-time visitors. See outside of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, the Betsy Ross House, Ben Franklin Post Office, Carpenters’ Hall, and more. Then wander down Elfreth’s Alley, the nation’s oldest continuously inhabited residential street. Plus, choose from multiple departure times to suit your needs. BYOB trolley tour offers new way to see holiday lights in Philly

Tour includes a stop at must-see miracle on 13th street.

Many Philadelphia neighborhoods go all out at the holidays, creating spectacular presentations of lights and decorations. In South Philadelphia, neighbors pool resources to create amazing displays that attract people from down the street, across the city and even from other towns—all eager to get their fill of dazzling holiday spirit.

Last year, Founding Footsteps launched, offering BYOB trolley tours through Philly. This holiday season, the sightseeing tour company is offering a new, festive option.

BYOB Holiday Light Tours will take place on various dates in December and January . The first will take place Friday, Dec. 1, at 6:30 p.m.

The holiday trolley will travel through South Philly to the must-see Miracle on 13th Street and will also make a stop at Christmas Village,  the open air German market in Center City .

Along the way, sip on hot chocolate provided by  Shane Confectionery and Franklin Fountain, or enjoy the beer and wine you brought for the ride.  The trolley will also play holiday music to make the tour even more festive.

Tickets are $35 per adult.  Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It might be the middle of summer, but it's not too early to think about getting back to school in Philadelphia.

Across the city, clinics are already accepting School District of Philadelphia students who need to get up to date on their vaccinations and their physicals — and starting on July 29, the first of several free school supply giveaways will help get students ready to go back to school.

This is Ring the Bell PHL, the school district's back-to-school welcome tour starting in the summer. The Ring the Bell PHL bus tour is making multiple stops across the city in the weeks leading up to the first day of school.

Here's everything Philly students and parents need to know about getting a free backpack, physical, or immunization.

The welcome bus will provide free backpacks and school supplies while supplies last, free immunizations and physicals, snacks and frozen treats, on-site registration for the School District of Philadelphia and ways for parents to sign up for the district's Parent Portal. On top of all that, there will be fun education activities, games and raffles.

Where to get a vaccine or physical for a Philadelphia student

These five city health centers in Philadelphia are accepting walk-ins for school vaccinations through Aug. 25 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m:

• July 30, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Aug. 1, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Dr. Ala Stanford Center at 2001 West Lehigh Avenue is offering vaccines for Philadephia students as well as physicals for student-athletes.

What vaccines do Philadelphia students need?

Students must provide proof of vaccinations or an exemption no later than the first day of school. A flyer with more information on the required doses is available on the district's website.

With back-to-school just about a month away for Philadelphia students, the district is sending a bus tour to several spots around the city and offering free backpacks, school supplies and vaccinations for students.
