I have come across one of the worst…

I have come across one of the worst service, I have sent 70 emails to & fro response, they provide hotel in 2 star, 50 KM away from New York City that too with 2 Star rating and when claimed for rail fare for New York, simply declined. Hotel was in remote location with 2 star rating, no breakfast, so far very worst experience. I will advise never fall in trap and waste your hard earned money. Moreover I wasted a lot of time in writing emails, when one can book hotel in 5 minutes.

Terrible investment decision. Lucrative membership offers but the service is not what was expected. Tried booking a flight with them and was told that their ticketing system is down??? considering they are a travel service agency. This is just one of the many inconveniences they offer. Will keep you posted for more.

they are all scammer

they are all scammer, i pay 9500qr knowing that they have a good service. they dont know how we earn our money. the most disappointed they are pilipino who is a lier. please read first the review before coming to there office because they are so good to pursue people to available there package. very disappointed i will complain in police about them i have all my receipts and records even they penmanship how they lure us, i have also a picture of one of there staff. proving that we came to there office.

Memorable Experience with Royal Regis

Royal Regis Travel & Tours is a one-stop solution for all types of travel needs, may it be air tickets, hotel bookings visa services or fun and leisure. My recent experience with them through Mr. Saad was memorable, where he managed and coordinated for Dhow cruise on my wife's birthday. It was great to see that the Dhow was decorated with balloons and other things. It was a nice and memorable time to spend there on the Dhow with family. Also upon asking for a New year event, he promptly reverted with a positive reply and offered entry passes for my family to enjoy the New Year event. I appreciate the efforts put by Mr. Saad. This company in Qatar is a fraud. They will never provide the service they promised. before taking the membership they will say they will provide discounts on tickets. after taking membership when you contact them to book tickets first they will delay the process and then will give quotation for 2 times the cost. we are struggling with them for the past 8 months. No proper response.

They will extract money from you and sign a contract but they do it to dupe you. Every request for travel and booking you make to them will be met with excuses for their inability to “help you”. This is a big scam. And I am telling this from my personal experience and the experience of other victims known to me. Started the membership- Reviewing the performances

We are now using the membership features from Royal regis. Below are the review. Some are good and some need to be improved. We got discount for the flight tickets booked with RR which was good. Email communication were very delayed. later they assigned a particular person Mr. Isa, to deal with our communications, which is now better. We are yet to avail other features included in the package. Will be posting the review for those. They have offered a 2D/1N stay at 5 star hotel in Doha as a part of welcome kit. We will be availing it soon. The sales team promises are not completely alligned with the contract. So before signing read the contract clauses. 2 suggestion to Royal Regis. 1. Educate the sales team properly regarding the program properly. 2. Royal regis need to communicate properly with the associated restraunts and partners clearly to avoid last minute confusions, which we experienced while visiting a restaurant in the discount partner list. The restraunt management was not aware regarding the membership program.

Royal Regis is quite professional travel company, whose services are much above regular travel agents in qatar. Their staff is highly qualified and proactive to help. They build a relationship with clients and eager to help an extra mile.

Took a Sapphire membership

Took a Sapphire membership, for which i got a 6 nights stay for 5 years stretch(except USA) and offered a tour in each city visited. we planned for 9 nights (borrowed 3 nights from coming year) and visited 3 cities in Europe namely Paris , Zurich and Rome The service provided is good .The experience we had with Mr Altaf was pretty good. He offered all the destination hotels well in advance and in number. They answered all the queries with patience. Hope the same kind of service is provided in the future All the best

I have been member of Royal Regis for last 10 months and very much happy about the services . Under my Ruby package till now i have used their serivces for Hotel booking in Europe and extremely satsifactory with type of 4 star hotels provided along with Breakfast, airport pick &drop facilities. I can see that most of the reviews say that They are so happy with the service provided by Royal Regis. Me and my husband ae frequent travellers and this is the worst service we have encountered so far. We were selected as lucky draw winner for a free 3 nights hotel stay. We were informed to contact the Royal Regis one moth before we travel. i have being emailing them from last week. I still haven't got a single reply from them. First when i called them they informed me that the person who is in charge of the inbox was sick so they don't have any staff to look in to the email here since. when i spoke to them next day they say that they have got the email and will reply for the same. Since we didn't get any feed back for a week i called yesterday then the lady who answered transferred my call to another gentleman who said that he haven't got the email so to re send it . i have not yet got a single email acknowledging. We are glad that we didnt become one of there members i can imagine what kind of a service they would provide. we are frequent travellers and this is the worst travel company i have encountered with. will never recommend their service to anyone.

HONGKONG TOUR

had wonderful visit to HONGKONG, kids were happy to meet Minnie and mickey and other Disney characters. Amazing Service and follow up

I had made a staycation with a five star hotel during the Eid holidays. It was arranged from Royal Regis by the Operations Manager ShaRukh Khan The stay was excellent but what was amazing was the price at which the deal was give for me I had gone to the Royal Regis office for collecting my tickets for the Arman show and by chance one another client was thanking ShaRukh for his wonderful service for the staycation I just jokingly told him why he forgot me for such a deal and with in minutes he made all the arrangements and gave me the voucher. The whole incident happened with in minutes. I had an excellent stay and was surprised to receive a call in my hotel room by ShaRukh enquiring about my stay. This has really touching and showed his amazing customer service. I am now waiting for his next remarkable service. Surely I would recommend all to avail this opportunity with ShaRukh and Royal Regis.

Dear All, If you want your money to be safe don't go to Royal Regis, This was the worst decision we had mail in my entire life, Firstly they will call you and will scam you by saying that you're a winner of gift vouchers, Please do not respond and entertain them because they are going to deceive and trick you into taking advantage of their packages that are completely scamming. My experience was terrible after I paid for for Pearl memberships they no longer talk to you or reply to e-mails. Highly unprofessional people and a travel agency! and there is no refund for your money. If you go to cancel it that is also not possible, I will request our UAE Authority to ban this type of Fraud from people and companies. Now I Heard that they have closed their Mamzar office and all their staff have joined another company, If anyone knows how i can proceed legally please advise

Do not waste your money on ROYAL REGIS TRAVEL and TOURS

do not waste your money, they have poor service! you will pay for almost nothing but headache.they are good during selling promises but when you will avail your package. you need to pay for additional and its very hard to communicate with them. you send email, call them but no response. its like begging for them to give you the travel you pay for. I am a legit member check i purchase October 2018 valid until 2021 Membership No. 7692 5734 4720 2057. until now only welcome package we experience. all requested hotels encounter problems and as you mention 3 star hotel all over the world but in my own country its not included. Worst service :'( response will take minimum 3 follow ups and call and you need to wait for days....

Royal Regis is a FRAUD company, STAY AWAY, its a organised SCAM. They are bunch of liars, They took AED20500 from my card without telling me. They crossed out payment page and we signed but they filled amount fields without our knowledge. We agreed instalments which they presented to attract us but have taken the whole amount. THEY ARE FRAUD. Please share and advice each other for next step against this company.

It's good experience to get ticket booked thru them. Mr Shaikh Saad is having lots of patience to understand customer requirements and do needful. It can be further improvised either allowing customer to seat with them on terminal or they can have on line terminal in meeting room to make booking faster.

BEWARE!!! NO REFUNDS!!!

Beware of this company!!! They will call you because you won a desert safari and a dhow cruise from a raffle draw in some sale event. Once you get there, they will ask you first to listen to their fake promotion for an hour before they give your prize. Once you buy any of their package, there's no way backing out. Even if you followed their refund processing as per their T&Cs, they will have a lots of reasons to postpone until they reach a point that their CFO postponed the refunding process and no one knows when it will be done. It's been 3 months waiting and still waiting!!! GUYS, IF ANYONE WHO IS CALLING YOU THAT YOU WON FROM A RAFFLE DRAW, PLEASE ASK FIRST THEIR COMPANY AND CHECK THEIR COMPANY REVIEWS!!! DON'T FALL ON THIS TRAP!!!

SCAMMER! If you paid and realized late that they are scammers. You can still stop or cancel the deduction from your bank. Do not accept/approve the processing of your bank for the monthly deduction. In this way they cannot deduct from your account. I hope this can help to those who will read this review. Please share this so we can help others.

They have opened a new company named de meridian, sanjeev who was sales director of the company has opened new company by looting our money, I am attaching the link here is the address and more staffs all of royal regis are working here i saw all same faces i saw in hotel swissotel al ghurair, I have got his number also i am sharing. He stays in al nahda sharjah and he was part of scam we can go together and catch them and help other members to get into the trap. He was employee of royal regis and was one of the investor now they have new company and he is with the same owner yaser khan and hatim. They have same package of royal regis and the partners they have mentioned they don't have tie ups with any company, They are bluffing people and you can relate the logo as well these are the same group of people running the company. Geo nation, royal regis, de meridian all three owners and partners are same. Lets meet together in their office and get back our money. Together we can win. I have collected all the information about them including his address, He was before with hayaat vacations, country club, royal regis and now de meridian they all are same bunch of people.

I am Dr subodh Kumar a member of royal Regis since 1 year , we got the excellent experience from royal regis, recently we stayed in Radission blue in Yas Island and enjoyed the world Ferrari. It was amazing experience which provided by Royal regis, We also so many concerts in Dubai with free passes, they given welcome tour package, and many more which was very excellent experience , we are now planning to go Europe tour too. Their management and staffs are also very nice and careing too, .I definitely appreciate to MR syed Khajaji , who have so patience to manage the things regarding any queries, I always to dial him and he is always replying so patiently and managing solving our problems even in last moment , he never give up , thanks lots specially to him , We hope in future too , So I recommend to be a member of this company and enjoy the life with their team , thanks lots again to management and specially MR Khajaji.

Guys Stay Away from Royal Regies or any such similar offers. Read their terms and conditions. They will have all the reasons where practically you cannot plan a vacation or use thier vouchers. I am a member since 2 years and i could do nothing because of thier terms. the Hotel options they will offer (u need to pick from 2) for the trip package will be 3rd rated and very cheap, already having lot of bad reviews online. Late responses to your emails, taking lot of time for every conversation, this all will be clear that they dont want you to take a trip at all. Its a well planned scam. Looks like you will be saving lot of money and you can do a lot with their packages. But the truth is you can do nothing. They dont earn by organizing tours (they dont even know what that means), They just earn by selling these useless scam offers which is all build with lot of terms and conditions, which u will know while trying to use only. STAY AWAY.

Great experience ever. I can say that the Royal Regis Qatar is superior to any other agency based on my travel experiences. The itinerary is perfect with no wasted time everything is perfect and maximized due to the right place time and weather condition. Whether the hotel is well-organized and catering to the needs of the couple or family, the meals are delicious and the staffs are well-treated with foreigners. I will not hesitate to recommend the Royal Regis to my friends and relatives who are planning to tour overseas.

Beware of them !!! Membership No. 7692 5734 4720 6175 Royal Regis Travel &Tours LLC. FRAUD COMPANY ROYAL REGIS TRAVEL FRAUD COMPANY, DON'T WASTE TIME & MONEY! I want to inform everyone about Royal Regis Travel & Tour's. I got a call that, I have won a and holiday stay voucher, to collect the prize, and I have to attend a conference of 45 minutes. However, they manage the lied conveyed about the monthly payments 400 DHS installment plan and took 10900 from the card without any information. failed whatever was promised to us from the very next day from getting money from my credit card. DON’T SIGN the contract !! I am waiting to get my credit card statement to file a complaint in DED since I am tied talking with these scammers Now. They called us to the office and again wasted our time by offering 70% of our money back !!! wow we did not agree and left .. Don't trust them ever. Will keep you guys posted!!!

This is a fraud agency, do not register with them. Every time I had put a request for travel, they gave lame excuses and rejected the request. You call their customer care number, nobody picks the phone.

There are lot of tour and travel operators in market with annual packages but Royal Regis stand apart as they are not only financially stable who manage the financial challenges during Covid but arrange the best hotels and packages for their members. I travelled with them to Italy, Switzerland and Greece Our trips were superb and left lifetime memories for us.

This company deserves 0 stars but since I don’t have choice I’ll just put 1 star. They have the worst customer service I had encountered in my life. Most of the time they won’t respond to your email, especially if this is regarding money they owe you such as refunds etc. I hope NO one falls again to their tactics of giving away gold coins and free voucher. It’s NOT really free my friends, because they will get from you more than what they give or would I say 10x of that. ⚠️⚠️⚠️Don’t be fooled.. just a friendly warning!!! ⛔️⛔️⛔️

Stay away from these liars

We have been selected on withdraws tickets by Royal Regis (i guess the selections was based on our foreign european nationalities) and then they invite you to collect your wowcher where they make you sit for 3 to 4 hrs. Forget about the wowcher, they are here to force you to buy their travel package. They told us that the amount of the package is on installements that makes you feel that is a very good deal but ACTUALLY the take you all the money at ONCE from your bank account. Ask many times about the installement to Mr Pushkar, who deal us that day AND HE ASSURE US that the amount is deducted every months till 2 years so why all the money have been taken??? They are ready to lie on anything to sell their package! Eventhough HE ask me to sign on the contract where there were nothing fill before i signed! Once i went back home i realise that they fill the whole amount of the package on that page without my conscent. This company its really a BIG FRAUD, dont be trapped! The same day we emailed that we want to cancel it. And we got called to their office in al Mumzair, where Mr Syed, operational manager assist us. They are all one companie,all of them liars, one liar to support the other one , they found a way to point a finger at you! If any one needs help or information please contact me.
