The location was great—so close to the old town, monuments and the terrific street of bars, cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were helpful and informative.

Rooms were spacious and well equiped the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly great location and one of a few hotesl with onsite parking (paid extra)

Location is great, very central. Bar and courtyard garden lively and relaxing.

The room was very pleasant, not at all like one of a hotel chain. The hot water, Wi-Fi, bathroom, bed were fine. I didn’t use the TV.

The manager was so helpful courteous friendly and pleasant. She solved the problem right away. The lady in the breakfast room who is retiring today was super hard worker. She replenished the food all the time and breakfast was great. One item was missing is oatmeal which I enjoy so much.

The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All the other staff we saw said hello and smiled. The overall comfort was very good.

Excellent location. On-site parking was extremely convenient. The staff were amiable. Breakfast in the garden was relaxing.

The hotel was reasonably clean and inexpensive, liked the good sized beds. There were useful employees, a good service.

The staff is attentive here, the services are terrific, and location is perfect so close to the old town, the centre of Tours. Pretty nice rooms, delicious breakfast. Lovely lobby.

Pleasant best western place, it has ideal location close enough to cafes, bars and restaurants and tourist destinations. I enjoyed knowledgeable personnel that ensures guests have a really good stay.

The room is airy, staff is wonderful, location is favourable. All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have comfy beds. Well organised breakfast, efficient service. Check out is late.
